Hotel Dengan Spa di Khanh Hoa, Vietnam

I spent three days with my family in the Alma Resort, our room type is the oceanfront villa has 3 bedrooms with a private pool, this was a wonderful villa. I can say this is the most beautiful resort recently and can say it was 5 star + and we absolutely loved it. Especially, there were 12 pools, a beautiful beach which was clean and plenty of sunbeds to relax on at the pools and beach. A multitude of things to do, yoga in the morning, a water park, mini golf, a tennis course, and even a cinema. The Service Center and Receptionist were friendly, they answered all our questions and also made sure we had everything we needed. We can't thank you enough for all of the staff. We were a bit sad we couldn't spend more time at this resort and we will come back here for the next holiday. Thanks a lot!

Ia terletak di pusat bandar, jadi mudah untuk perjalanan kerana kedai urut dan restoran semuanya tertumpu di sana. Walau bagaimanapun, pengering adalah agak rawak, jadi ia mungkin rosak. hotel was nice. Located next to the sea. price for rooms was fair. Staff who is working there was very polite and friendly. Highly recommend. They provide free sauna and steam room for customers. We enjoyed a lot. Next time when I go to Vietnam, I’ll stay there again. Thank you Havana Hotel !

Sarapan pagi sangat, sangat lazat dan memuaskan, kecuali kekurangan mangga. Terdapat waktu gembira di tengah-tengah, dan saya sangat menyukainya, jadi saya menikmatinya sepanjang hari! The WORST resort ever.....!!! TOTALLY a SCAM !!! PLEASE READ before booking! FIRSTLY, we paid for 3 nights in a bungalow with a sea view, what we actually got was an appartment with a sea view. The resort does not have the typical bungalows you would expect to find in a tropical resort. SECONDLY, during our stay they were constructing a new area on the sea front near the pool and our appartment. We raised this with the resort as the noise was annoying when we booked a resort to rest and relax. One of the Managers discussed this with the owner and informed us that the work would stop for the remaining duration of our stay (2 days). Later that day in the afternoon they started to work again which we found strange. Later that evening on returning from the city we found a letter from the hotel in our room informing us that the work will continue for the coming days. We discussed with the Manager again (apparently only responsibile for the restaurant) and he was as supprised as us. We left it with him to discuss again with the owner. After being informed by the hotel that the work would stop for the coming two days to help us enjoy our stay at the resort, we thought amazing a hotel that really focuses on its guests experience....! We are really disappointed and feel that a hotel with such high ambitions should be more focused on its guests and when you say something will happen make sure it does....a promise is a promise. THIRDLY there is no PRIVATE beach, only a slab on concrete by the sea. On booking said the resort has a private beach, this is not true and maybe what they are trying to build..... We picked this resort because reviews seemed very positive, photos looked amazing and location was ideal for our need to take 3 days rest and relaxation. What we got was 3 days of banging, crashing, dust and diesel fumes whilst the construction continued.....Thanks for ruining our time in Nha Trang....! TOTALLY a SCAM !!!

Vinpearl exceeded our expectations with excellent service. Our stay was truly delightful, thanks to the attentive and courteous staff. The breakfast offered an array of high-quality options. I must commend Vinpearl for their exceptional handling of a situation when our room's air conditioner malfunctioned. Upon our return in the late afternoon, we discovered a thoughtful message accompanied by complimentary fruits as a sincere apology. 💯 Thank you!

This is a brand new hotel with all villa, inside the room is very very clean, bed is comfortable, faculties in the house are new (without kitchenware), but there is a little problem is you will find some little flies inside the villa (because of the drainage system problem), also outside the villa are quite dusty, I don't find mosquitoes around (maybe is not the season) , but honestly, hotel have to improve all the public areas cleanliness, swimming pools are very big, the beach sands are the white and fine but with many trash (hotel already have staff pick up the trash everyday but still many), staff are very friendly but have to improve more English, Cam Ranh is a new developing resort area with many hotels resort along the beach (few kilometers long, still building many resorts) , 5mins drive away from the airport (private taxi cost around: 80,000/way), 35mins drive away from city center (private taxi cost around: 300,000/way), there is a street ”Cau Moi” 10mins drive away from hotel with some seafood restaurants (many local people goes, need to compare the prices)

Hello! As a traveler who visited Ana Mandara Cam Ranh Resort, I would like to leave a very satisfactory review. This resort truly brought my dream vacation to life. The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed, in particular, was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room cleaning staff did a great job of keeping everything neat and tidy, making for a pleasant stay. The pool and beach were outstanding. The children's swimming pool, in particular, was clean and safe, making it perfect for those traveling with kids. Enjoying a swim and strolling along the beach was a delightful way to relax. Furthermore, the resort staff were always friendly and accommodating, promptly attending to our requests. Their service truly added to the specialness of our vacation. I had such a fantastic experience that I would love to visit again. Thank you!

I loved Nha Trang and LeMore offered its charm and location which contributed to our feelings. Nha Trang has so much beauty, restaurants and activities to offer and the LaMore did its best to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Staff were helpful with any taxi or booking requirements.

The best Hotel/Residence in Nha Trang. Located in the center of Nha Trang tourist area with an absolute fantastic seaview/seafront balcony. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, safe and the staffs are very friendly. The service is exceptional. On locations there is a seafood buffet restaurant which also serve breakfast buffet for hotel guest or resident, and a Highland coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The infinity pool is stunning, and gym is also great. I live there for over 1 year and half and I was a returning customer from few years ago. If you want the best location, the best seaview/seafront don't hesitate to choose Citadines Bayfront, this is the ultimate place to experience Nha Trang without any doubt. 5 stars!

The hotel has a very good view and position in Nha Trang beach. I and my family enjoyed our wonderful weekend here. Services is excellent. I will came back here in the future. Hotel serve poolside BBQ with a beachfront view and the open atmophere. You can see the whole beautiful drone show event in Nha Trang Festival 2023. What a nice place!

This resort is absolutely stunning. It is all you need if you’re looking for a relaxing resort type holidays. Breakfast selection and customer service is also great. The only downside is the cleanliness. My room was not cleaned properly as there were a few stains on the carpet and on the bedsheets. Bathroom was also dusty. For a brand of this caliber I would expect better than this.

Some people may find the location inconvenient as there is nothing nearby. However, for those who want to spend a relaxing time at the hotel, I think they can have plenty of fun inside the hotel. The facilities, food, service, and scenery were all wonderful. I will visit again. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the hotel staff.

I made two separate bookings and will be staying at Fusion for a total of 5 nights, which covers all of my time in Nha Trang. The resort is expansive and boasts a beautiful private beach. One of the resort reception staff members, Thay, is exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. The resort's breakfast buffet offers an abundance of fruits, may source from their own farm. We spotted peacocks and goats wandering along the paths, which was quite charming. The best aspect of Fusion, in my opinion, is the all-inclusive spa. We are able to choose one spa treatment per day. There are two main areas for improvement: Firstly, the resort is quite far from the town, and the shuttle bus service only runs one service to the city and two back to the hotel a day. If you opt for a taxi, it takes approximately 45 minutes to reach the town. Secondly, dining options are limited, with only two on-site eateries and no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby.

Очень понравился отель. Выбирайте опцию все включено - это невероятно удобно. Кухня разнообразная и на каждого даже очень привередливого найдутся свои блюда. Пляж роскошный, чистый, но открыт до 6 вечера, как и бассейны. Детская программа на русском. Есть детская игровая. Расстроил аквапарк - часть горок закрыта, детям остается всего пара горок маленьких и на них сын во второй день порезал руку довольно глубоко и купаться уже не мог. Было немного обидно. Но порадовало, что ему сразу обработали раны и заклеили пластырем прямо на месте. Сервис там просто шикарный. Очень отзывчивый персонал. Вода в бассейнах чистая. Номер просторный с очень хорошим кондиционером. Отель предлагает встречу в аэропорту. Это оказалось невероятно удобным. Есть еще бесплатный шаттл-бас в центр Нячанге до торгового центра. Ходит в 11 утра и возвращается назад в 4 часа дня. Хотя у нас ни разу не возникло желания уехать из отеля 😅 Обязательно вернемся в этот отель причем поедем на подольше 👍

Comfortable and luxurious hotel with a great sea view, in which there is everything for a satisfying stay. We had some minor problems with the air conditioning in the room, but they were quickly fixed. The room had a creaking floor and it was a little annoying. Especially I want to mention the service from the young lady Pham, who works at the reception and helped me with the delivery of flowers for my wife's birthday, as well as helped us with all the questions that arise. Thanks for the rest. I hope to come back again!

Khách sạn hơi cũ, phòng của mình còn bị trục trặc cửa, bụi nhiều, nhưng bù lại,nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình, vui vẻ. Mọi người rất thân thiện. Nhưng lúc mình lưu trú khá vắng, nên hơi buồn

Tôi thích biệt thự nghỉ dưỡng này. Tiện ích không thua gì các cơ sở lưu trú 5 sao, có hồ bơi riêng mỗi căn villa, hồ bơi vô cực, nhà hàng, bar, gym, khu vui chơi cho trẻ em, bãi tắm đẹp... Đặc biệt là nội thất villa sang trọng, bếp hiện đại, đầy đủ và tự do nấu nướng, rộng rãi, cực kỳ riêng tư. Gia đình tôi đã có thời gian gắn kết, vui vẻ ở đây. Giá tốt mà hướng dẫn tận tình. Khuyên mọi người hãy trải nghiệm nghỉ dưỡng ở đây nhé

Saya tinggal di sini selama 3 hari 2 malam Ia agak jauh dari pusat bandar, tetapi terdapat bas ulang-alik. Paling penting, kakitangannya sangat mesra! Malangnya, disebabkan wabak mahkota baru, orang tidak ramai, jadi kemudahan terhad, tetapi tempat penginapan cantik dan kakitangan sangat mesra ✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️

The hotel is amazing! Villas are clean and comfortable. The hotel staff are very friendly and always try to help. I would especially like to mention the managers Ha Nguyen and Viet Nguyen, who made our stay as comfortable as possible and solved all our problems. Really nice hotel situated around 2/3 miles from the airport. The location was ideal for an early flight and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. The staff were fabulous. They told me where to go to replace an electrical item and even set it up on Google Maps for me to follow. The rooms were basic, but most importantly clean and the bed was comfortable. For the price you’ll pay for a night there especially if you have an early flight to catch. You’ll not find any better in the area for value for money.

가족단위로 특히 부모님을 모시고 간다면 추천할만 합니다. 올인클루시브 이용했는데 식당에 한국 이름으로 음식이 표기가 되어 있었으며 아침엔 된장국 점심엔 김치찌개가 나오며 한식코너에 오징어 볶음 무김치 오이김치가 있어서 좋았습니다. 프론트에 한국어 가능한 직원 있어서 전혀 불편함 없었고 다만 시내와는 거리가 멀으니 참고하세요 셔틀버스가 있으니 미리 프런트에 말씀하시고 표를 구매해두세요 아이가 있는 집도 추천합니다. 저희는 일정 내내 비가 와서 수영을 할 수 없었는데 키즈클럽이 잘 되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 한국의 키즈카페처럼 되어 있고 낮잠 자는 공간도 따로 마련이 되어 있고 시간별 프로그램도 운영합니다.

Location is close to the airport, and they offer free shuttle to the city center which is about 40 mins away. Nice beach and swimming pool has a lazy river and a slightly shorter than 50m pool. Amenities are great, but could perhaps offer conditioner too. Limited food choices during lunch and dinner as they only have set menu. Massage have to go to city Center. Overall a quiet, peaceful and stress free stay

Absolutely amazing! Came here after nearly 2 weeks of traveling round Vietnam and it was the luxury we needed! The bungalow was incredible, the staff so friendly and helpful, the surroundings were so beautiful! It was very quiet and we were often the only people in the pool. When we checked in we were told they were also including free massages and afternoon tea! The breakfast was immense with every type of food you could possibly want, and the afternoon tea was delightful. I wish we could have stayed longer - 3 nights was not enough. The staff were so attentive and fast! My son hurt his arm and the nurse was there within minutes helping him out. I was worried when we booked it that it would be really corporate and lacking in character, but it was delightful - many of the pictures don't do it justice. I've never seen such a big pool! If you're looking for a bit of luxury then this is the place! It was very quiet, which suited us, but others might find it too quiet. We were there mid-week though and were told it gets busier at the weekends.

Super close to airport but we did not hear a single air plane. Nice service at the front desk with very good English. Excellent service in the restaurant, both dinner and breakfast. Pizza was very nice! The only thing I criticize is that they gave us a room located next to the entrance to the construction site nearby, so there were trucks in the early morning and all day - the hotel was nearly empty, so why didn’t they give us a better located room??? Very annoying and unnecessary.

The hotel is spacious, beautiful, the rooms are clean. At first it was not clear where to go, to which building. The beach has trash in some places. If breakfast is not included in the price of your room, then food will become a problem, as it is quite expensive in the hotel and around the hotel. You need to shop at the supermarket before your trip to eat properly. The hotel has a transfer from Nha Trang, I didn’t know about it, it would have been cheaper than taking a taxi. Admin Harry at the reception was quite helpful and very polite and made up my mood. Also, he helped me figure it out. Overall the hotel and service are excellent. Would like breakfast included (will be better).
