"Tolles Hotel in einer alten Klosterkirche. Mein ”charming” room war toll, vor allem die Kirchenfenster. Das Bett war sehr bequem. - Das Hotel ist klein, aber fein. Es gibt außer einer kleinen Bar keine weiteren Hoteleinrichtungen. Das Restaurant im Altarbereich wird leider nur für das Frühstück genutzt. Das Frühstück ist von hoher Qualität, auch wenn die Auswahl etwsa größer sein könnte. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt genossen, und würde jederzeit erneut dort wohnen, sollte ich nochmal nach Mechelen reisen."

Nice room ,the space is quite big and look comfortable.
The hygiene is good! Very clean!
The breakfast place is acceptable bit the variety of food is not more. The picked food areas are not very big enough to many people to line up to pick good!
I recommend all come to have breakfast as early as you can.
Overall I sleep well in the night! Thank you!
The housekeeper is helpful. The reception desk is helpful too.

K-AnnAn easy and convenient place to stay when you are on the move and on a budget.
Decent bunks, and nice quite new bathroom.
Very small window opening and no AC, so it was very warm inside the room.
A bit cramped hallways and noisy people. Also the street noises are a bit annoying.
Overall okay for the money you pay.

Guest UserThey said it was right next to the train station, but you still have to walk a bit, which is tough when you're dragging luggage.
The hotel isn't big, and once inside, there were a lot of chaotic scenes, which was a bit irritating to look at.
First, they said they didn't have toothbrushes and told us to go buy our own. Then they found one, but they only provided one set of toiletries for two people, and no slippers at all. My friends, if you come later, remember to bring your own.
I'm not sure if it's because I booked through Trip.com, but the room they gave us was indeed the first one on the second floor, right by the elevator. I figured it was just for one night, so I let it slide.
The breakfast was decent, with baked sweet potatoes and roasted potatoes, which tasted good. There were also some small cakes and dorayaki, and you could even make your own waffles.

Very close to the Central Station, just a 5-minute walk. However, the hotel's Wi-Fi had some issues; I could connect but there was no internet. The room was also a bit old. Overall, it was okay, nothing special but not bad either.

Anonymous UserI really liked this hotel; it absolutely met my expectations. The (small) gym was a definite bonus for me, especially since I didn't even know it was there when I booked! Ultimately, for my specific trip, the hotel's location was slightly less convenient than another option I had in mind, but certainly not bad at all – just in comparison. This also had to do with having to change my transport to Antwerp at the last minute, which had nothing at all to do with the hotel, but rather with the trains from Rotterdam.

Egor KrombergI had a mixed experience at Moxy Antwerp. On the positive side, the breakfast was really good, with a nice variety and quality. The location is also convenient: you can reach the city center in about 30 minutes on foot or 10–15 minutes by tram, and the largest museum is just a 5–10 minute walk away. There’s also a grocery store nearby that’s open on Sundays, which is very handy.
However, there were several downsides. The check-in process was slow - staff needed to verify something, and I had to wait in the lobby with my 5-year-old child instead of going straight to the room. The “welcome drink” was disappointing: after we had already chosen cocktails, we were told we could only pick from a single limited option. It felt misleading and poorly communicated.
Cleanliness was also an issue. There was a dirty table in the room, stains on the bathroom walls, and the room had an unpleasant smell - possibly due to pets being allowed, which raises the question of why carpet is used at all.
Overall, while the location and breakfast are strong points, the service and cleanliness need significant improvement.

Guest UserWe had a very enjoyable stay in Antwerp. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Central Station, with the added bonus of a Starbucks opening at 6:00 a.m. nearby.
Our junior suite was spacious, and the large sofa made the room feel especially comfortable. The huge shower was another highlight, but the real standout was the memory foam mattress. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable and made the stay feel quite special.
The room rate itself was attractive, although several extras were charged separately. Parking and breakfast are understandable, but €2 for a capsule of rather average coffee felt excessive. I am not saying Starbucks serves exceptional coffee, but at least it is a recognised brand. Charging €7 to use the pool was also unusual, although it was at least available for guests who wanted it.
Overall, this was still a five-star experience for us. The spacious room, excellent location and, above all, the fantastic bedding made the stay memorable.

Great location, just a two-minute walk from the train station and close to a metro station, making it very convenient for visiting the Christmas markets. The room was a bit small, and the shampoo and shower gel dispenser was broken, which was slightly inconvenient. Breakfast exceeded our expectations and was very good. Special thanks to Momo at the front desk for the friendly, funny, and welcoming service on our check-out day.

This hotel is very old and run-down. There's a strong smell coming from the bathroom. The first room we were given, when we opened the door, there were suitcases and men's shoes inside, but no one was there. We were very shocked and asked to change to a second room. When we opened the second room, the bathroom smell hit us with a very strong odor. The third room we got was very cramped. If possible, you should choose a different hotel.
