Excelente lugar para descansar y conocer la ciudad de cerca, al su al rededor diversas tiendas y restaurantes baratos para comer.

A very nice hotel with an awesome price value ratio. They also have a free shuttle every 30 minutes to their own beach club with a great restaurant and a very beautiful beach. Well come back for sure.

El hotel en lo general está bien ya que tiene alberca y es un pequeño Resort y ademas está cómodo lo malo que si hace mal la estancia es la higiene ya qué hay muchos mosquitos y por lo que cuesta no es bueno ademas no tiene playa y aunque está cerca y en la Marina es incomodo por lo que cobra tal vez volvería

Muy céntrico y buenas instalaciones adecuada relación de precio y calidad

The location is perfect for the bea it'sch, has everything you could want. There are room upgrades which you don't see here, but the quality and convenience of a simple room with breakfast was all that was needed considering A+ location, Amenities and staff.

Todo estuvo bien excepto que yo reserve y pagué una habitación con cama grande y me dieron primero una habitacion con dos camas dobles, a lo que por supuesto reclamé y me dijeron que se sobrevendieron las habitaciones por eso me daban una con 2 camas dobles sin costo extra, yo les dije que era muy incomodo porque solo eramos mi esposo y yo y no dormiriamos en una cama chica pues yo reserve cama grande para nuestro dedcanzo, total que me rehubicaron a otra habitacion estandar con solo una cama normal que para nada era cama grande como yo reserve, la verdad me sentí estafada, no fué lo que yo pagué y no era mi culpa que ellos sobrevendieran las habitaciones, además que yo llegué 2 min antes de las 3 de la tarde, hora en que inicia el check in y me dijeron que ya todas estaban ocupadas, lo cual no creí, ademas, el hotel estaba medio vacío

On the whole it was a good experience. However I have been to this hotel several times but this time the food and restaurant service really disappointed me. The beach restaurant was not coping and in two separate occasions I had to wait over 1 hour to get served. They delivered the food as it came out of the kitchen and everyone had their meals at different times. On the second occasion, I waited for an hour and a half to get served very expensive lettuce with some fish. Even though the restaurant was almost empty. The staff should be honest and tell people they cannot cope for whatever reason and let customers go somewhere else. The staff just shrugged their shoulders when I raised my request of food. Perhaps this is the time to look for other hotels in the area.

really liked the hotel itself but staff were a little overbearing, particularly male staff asking if I was by myself and if I had a boyfriend as a young female solo traveller… not cool. Also, at one point staff just walked into my room without knocking and then didn’t even apologize! Just asked if it was only me in the room and walked back out! That was crazy to me. Otherwise, pool was lovely, gardens very nice, and I like the beach club down the road
