Need to be careful when driving into that expo , ikea and the hotel zone as they located along with each others and shared the same directory board which the indicator bit small you might miss the hotel car park entrance
The front staff he is super friendly and helpful 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

HHuanqiuyuzhoulvxingjiaThis hotel was the most impressive one on my trip through the Netherlands, Germany, France, Luxembourg, and Belgium. It's located right in the heart of Ghent's scenic riverfront, a World Heritage site, one of Europe's top ten design hotels, and on the list of the world's top 100 hotels! Staying here, it truly lives up to its reputation. It's incredibly well-designed, opulent, a genuine antique with a strong sense of culture and history. The classic Baroque style is evident, and the furniture and decor are all traditional European. It exudes the luxurious feel of an ancient European palace! The breakfast was also excellent, especially the breakfast restaurant, which has fantastic views!

GGuest UserLocation is geared more toward those who intend to take quite a bit of daily intercity train trips like us. It's very, very near the ghent st Peters station. Hence, there is not much night activity or eateries around the area. But it's an easy bus ride toward the town centre thus its not too much of a hassle to travel within the city.
Service at the main desk was professional and friendly. I stayed 4 nights there, and on the last day of my stay, the cleaning lady did not bother to clean the room or take out the trash. I complained about this to the front office lady, and she was apologetic and waived my city tax payment.
Overall, I would still stay there if I need to go on daily intercity train trips as the price is actually quite reasonable. I only ranked the service as 4 stars due to the lapse of cleaning service on the last day.

The soundproofing in the room was excellent, ensuring a quiet and comfortable atmosphere perfect for a good night's sleep. The location is superb, offering great convenience for getting around. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, making meals incredibly easy. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, covering all daily necessities. Overall, it offers great value for money, and my experience was exceptional. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

The location is excellent—convenient, accessible, and close to everything I needed, which made getting around the city very easy. GGuest UserSint Niklaas was going thru a process of major road and town works. Confusing one-way systems at play gave me a flat tyre reversing back around the right way and hitting a bunch of stones popping out the ground near the kerb.
I think it would be nice to return once the town face-lift is complete... 🤔
Ibis, I thought you'd be better than that. €20 deposit for a kettle and no milk, coffee, tea, or sugar in your room on arrival.. 😒
The ladies working there were lovely enough to give my gf & I a smile 🥰 they know where to park and at what times to pay the machines at the car parks 🤓
Cheap and fairly cheerful but also stressful to load and unload. 🤕

BByungjikFirst of all, I really appreciate the amazing service and kindness.
It was my solo trip for pleasure, and NH collection ghent was the best choice. Here are some reasons:
1. Employees are so kind and helpful.
They even told me about some good souvenir options and festival information.
2. All the things are ready.
Anything you need? They just give you the right thing. (For instance, shaver)
3. Room is very spacious and clean.
I'm not sure it is new, but it feels like new.
Four. Fine room cleaning service
5. Great facilities: They have restaurant & gym & even bar.
Thank you for everything, I truly had a good time there.

GGuest UserExcellent location, right in the city center. The breakfasts were superb – delicious red fish, various cheeses including brie. A wonderful lady named Serda at the front desk. Her attitude towards guests alone deserves a solid 5-star rating for the hotel. The room is small, but the city is so beautiful that you won't want to stay cooped up inside. There's an outdoor pool at the hotel, so bring your swimsuits!
