Half a month in advance, the aurora itinerary was determined, hovering between the white horse and the yellow knife, and finally chose the white horse because of the hotel. Although the aurora was not satisfactory due to the weather, this hotel is undoubtedly excellent. The restaurant downstairs solves all dining problems, perfect.

The room was large and clean. There are gas stations and car wash shops when you go out. There is an Indian restaurant with a cake called bread that is delicious. Other curry dishes are not well evaluated.

This beautiful 5 bedrooms Log cottage with wrap around deck, screened-in porch and amazing view of the Saint-Elias Mountain range (the biggest mountain range in Canada) is the best place to go relax with friends or family. Only 5 minutes from Pine lake and 5 minutes from the town of Haines Junction it's easy to go swimming, fishing and then head to Frosty Freeze for and amazing ice cream or to the Village bakery for amazing sweets and coffee. You are also right beside Kluane National Park where you have access to tones of amazing hikes. The room is very clean and the owner is very welcoming. It’s a good breakfast. It provides a variety of fruits and milk. The self-service kitchen is equipped with all kinds of utensils, which is very suitable for self-service tourists to live here. And the surrounding environment is good, very close to large supermarkets, gas stations, and hospitals.

The hotel is located in the center of Shanghai, but the Baima city is actually very small, only － Street.
But in December, the temperature is below zero and you don't want to go shopping on the street. The hotel has a shuttle bus to and from the airport, and you have to make an appointment with the front desk in advance.
There is no facilities in the lobby of the hotel, and the heating is not enough.
The room space is not bad, very clean, and the bathroom is clean.
The front desk staff is also happy to help guests.

GGuest UserVery busy hotel. Some of the front desk staff need foe client training. Was not offered a room at check in 3 pm as room# not cleared. but other rooms available. told to wait 5 min..that became 30 minutes. Another front desk clerk assigned me a different room#. then the cash terminal wasnt working. Get to the room, beside a barking dog in the romm next door. barking for 2 hours.
Hotel is nice. very popular. Would be incredible if more team work with staff to process long line of check ins and also support to clients to get them easily checked in..no waiting 1 hour more for a room

GGuest UserAfter comparing prices at a few different options and physically checking out some different places to board for the evening, I decided to stay with this Hotel. It was the most affordable, clean, close to everything, and the laundry facilities were great! I didn't need to wait for another guest to finish their laundry, I was able to take care of my laundry quickly with zero hassle. And the kind lady (I think she was the owner) was so helpful with any questions I had. Her demeanour was welcoming and friendly and her customer service was on par! After being on the road for so long, it was nice to feel instantly comfortable in the place I was going to be spending the night. It may not be anything like the Hilton, but what they lacked in aesthetics, they made up for in overall comfort. I highly suggest this Hotel over the others nearby.
