Hotel Dengan Bar di Bremen, Jerman

The Ibis Budget hotel is in a great location right opposite the Hauptbahnhof (main train station for the city). If you’re looking to go to the Bremer Freimarkt in October, it’s right behind the Hauptbahnhof so you couldn’t find a better place. The Altstadt (old town) isn’t far away either, and you can get buses, trams or taxis right outside. This isn’t a hotel for peace and quiet - there is lots going on around it and it was fairly noisy inside and out with all the hustle and bustle of city life. We booked online and I was able to check in prior to arrival which was helpful - on arrival we just picked up keys and signed the forms, and the bill was sent later by email. The room is as you’d expect - very basic but clean and tidy. Everything worked and it all looked fresh. The beds were fairly comfortable and the shower was good. Unfortunately our air conditioning didn’t seem to work properly - there seemed to be no cooling function. As a consequence the room got really hot and stuffy overnight. We couldn’t really open the door because the city outside was noisy. The other serious issue we had was returning to our room after a day out to find it had been left unlocked by the cleaners. Luckily nothing had been taken, but I was not happy. The price was reasonable and the 12pm checkout is later than many hotels. We just had to drop our keys in a box in the lobby. In summary - this hotel’s best asset is its location. If you want to be in the middle of things:l, this place is for you.

Reception was very friendly and helpful . Modern hotel with lift and good bike storage . Room quite large with good ventilation. Comfortable bed and nice clean and bright bathroom with a bathtub as well as a separate shower . Not too close to other restaurant choices and with a limited menu but the pizzas were very good and the price point for them as well as beverages was very reasonable. On outskirts of Bremen in a corporate area but along the bicycle path and very convenient.

The room was clean, toilet also but still sound outside corridor can be heard clearly, especially when kids were shouting while walking through. Check in / out process was fast. Elevator helped much for bringing luggages Breakfast was good, the man who served was friendly. A bit difficult to find the location directly from Bremen Hauptbanhof, need google map to guide.

We stayed here in December 23 with friends, the room was fabulous, overlooking the station so not a great view but we wasn't here for a view. I wouldn't say the staff were over friendly, polite enough but didn't really want to engage with their guests, very business like but again, we wasn't here to make friends with the staff. The Reception and Bar area was really nice and the bar was reasonably priced although not a great selection of drinks. The area wasn't the best but just a 5/10 minute walk to the main centre and christmas markets. It didn't seem an overfriendly area, some 'different' characters shall we say. Bremen had a lot of homeless people aswe which was very sad. Perfect for the train station and trams. All in all, this hotel did the job and it was a pleasant experience.

The Courtyard is located next to Bremen Hbf railway station. The comfortable hotel was built in 2010 and offers 155 rooms and 3 suites over 5 floors. Part of the hotel is the restored Lloyd building from 1913 with artifacts of the North German Lloyd and Bremen's maritime past. Staffs are friendly and correct. Our room was nicely decorated and furnished, with a very good double-bed. The room had desk & chair, fridge, TV, wardrobe with iron & ironing board, safe, airco, club-chair & table, and coffee & tea making facility. We had a separate bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower. Free Wi-Fi Internet. Windows can be opened. All was clean. An adequate buffet breakfast is served with a good variety: scrambled eggs & bacon, boiled eggs, sausages, cold cuts, ham & cheeses, bread & toast, rolls & croissants, cereals, fruit juice, milk & yoghurts, preserves, tea & coffee. When you like to stay in an adequate town hotel, Courtyard Bremen is the place for you.

We really enjoyed our time in Bremen. Location was great, close to the train station and city center. Room was clean and Nice. Recommend.

Le personnel présente à l'accueil était très sympathique et ceci malgré une arrivée fort tardive de ma part. La charge de ma voiture s'est effectuée sans problème durant la nuit La chambre était très correcte propre et spacieuse. Rien à reprocher, le seul bémol très mineur est qu'il n'est pas très clairement indiqué que le parking de l'hôtel est payant.

De kamer was koud bij aankomst, geen verwarming. Direct bij aankomst digitaal en mondeling aangegeven dat er geen dagelijkse reiniging hoefde plaatsvinden. Helaas iedere dag deels toch gebeurd. Beide nachten tot soms 03:30 horeca muziek hoorbaar. Bij ontvangst kregen wij geen Stadtplan mee, anderen wel. Douche op middag soms klein straaltje, afzuiging werkte niet waardoor enorme mist in 2x2 meter badkamer.

Superb hotel, friendly and attentive staff. Excellent breakfast. Lovely room which was a very clean and well serviced. Comfortable bed and chairs to relax in. Good sized bathroom and shower. Ideally situated being only 10 minutes walk from Bremen City centre. Near the train staion and excellent tram connections to and from the airport.

Wir haben auf unserer Jahresfahrt von unserem Verein mit 27 Personen, drei Nächte in diesem schönen Hotel gewohnt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, mit Blick auf den Fischereihafen ( gebucht)! Das Doppelzimmer hat viele Lichtquellen und ist sehr gut mit Steckdosen ausgerüstet. Das Badezimmer hat eine große Abstellfläche👍 und eine praktische Wärmelampe unter der Decke. Es fehlt ein Kosmetikspiegel und der Duschkopf, sowie die Duschkopfhalterung sind veraltert und müssten erneuert werden. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, mir persönlich fehlte es an gar nichts. Der Kaffeevollautomat für diverse Kaffeespezialitäten und der Milchschaum sind traumhaft. Eine ausgezeichnete Auswahl an Tee! Brötchen, Stuten, Brot, Wurstsorten, Käsesorten, Salate, warme kleine Gemüse-Käsebällchen, Gebratene Nürnberger, Speck, Rührei, gek. Eier, Marmeladen, Nutella, verschiedene frische Obstsorten : Ananas, Erdbeeren, Trauben, Melone, Milchreis, Joghurt Natur und mit Obst, Quark! Ballen, Müsli, Trockenfrüchte, Nüsse

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Bremerhaven, haben wir das Hotel gebucht. Leider nur eine Nacht. Wir buchten in Familienzimmer mit Hund. Bekommen haben wir eine Art Suite. Es gibt zwei Zimmer, eine Doppelbett inkl. Extra Bad Im Hauptraum steht ein Schlafsofa Viele Ablage Möglichkeiten und noch ein zweites Bad mit Badewanne. Es gibt auch eine Küche inkl. Kühlschrank, dass wussten wir vorher nicht, es hat uns jedoch begeistert. Unser Hund hat eine extra Decke bekommen, ein Leckerchen und einen Trinknapf. Der Hund darf nicht mit zum Frühstück, darf jedoch ganz auf dem Zimmer bleiben. Das Frühstück war auch ausreichend und vielseitig. Da war sicher für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Für uns ganz wichtig, es gab Brötchen vom Bäcker. Für Familien wirklich ein schönes Hotel, da viel Platz im Zimmer war.

Grundsätzlich war ich bisher mit dem. Nordsee Hotel zufrieden. In erster Linie habe ich es gebucht wegen dem Sportstudio nebenan, das. Ist im preis mit dabei. Im ganzen ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. In der ersten auf die zweite Nacht bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt konnte ich nicht wirklich schlafen da das Fenster völlig undicht war und es lautstark gezogen hat. Auf am nächsten Tag nachfragen wurde mir gesagt der Hausmeister kann nichts machen es sind halt alte Fenster. Es wurde mir ein Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer gewährt. Die letzte Nacht eine von zwei hat meine Freundin mit im Hotel geschlafen und auch mit gefrühstückt. Jetzt sollte ich noch einen Aufpreis zahlen da ich das ja nicht gebucht habe. Ok sagte ich lassen Sie uns doch dann meinen 7 tägigen Aufenthalt vom Januar damit verrechnen….. da habe ich sieben Tage und sieben mal Frühstück bezahlt und war alleine. Das ginge nicht und ich müsse beweisen das ich allein war. Der Mitarbeiter im Januar, ich kann mich nicht mehr genau erinnern wer, sagte mir man könne das beim nächsten Aufenthalt sagen und dann verrechnen. Vielleicht hatte er auch damals nur keine Lust das umzubuchen. Sicher ich hätte es gleich sagen können nur habe ich da nicht mehr daran gedacht. Jetzt fängt dann die Mitarbeiterin an mich zu duzen und ich muss das jetzt bezahlen. Ich sagte ich muss grundsätzlich gar nichts……. Dann rief sie ihren Chef an….. Der bestätigte ich soll beweisen da ich im Januar allein war….. Ich finde es eine Frechheit so mit Gästen umzugehen. Klar soll ein Unternehmen wirtschaftlich denken, nur kann das Hotel dem Gast nicht entgegen kommen? Warum wurde dem Gast lügen unterstellt mit den Worten könne sie das allein sein beweisen? Ich bin gespannt morgen will man sich bei mir melden.

Zunächst einmal einen herzlichen Glückwunsch an das Management des Hotels oder die Eigentümer: so engagierte und freundliche Mitarbeitende in allen Hotelbereichen findet man selten. Es gab einen herzlichen Empfang, bei dem auch Sonderwünsche bestmögliche Berücksichtigung fanden. Das Frühstück war sehr angenehm, da das Team alles bestens im Blick hatte. Weder wies das überaus reichhaltige Büfett trotz des großen Andrangs Lücken auf, noch blieb auf den Tische länger gebrauchtes Geschirr stehen. Und dabei wurden die Gäste auch noch sehr zugewandt begrüßt und bedient. Nicht zuletzt der Zimmerservice leistete einen guten Job. Das Zimmer war sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Erwähnenswert ist auch der Zuschnitt der Zimmer (mit Hafenblick) Schon beim ersten Betreten des Raumes fällt der Blick durch die grpßzügige Fensterfront auf das Treiben im Hafen. Einziges Manko des Hotels ist der sehr kleine Barbereich, sodass wir an keinem Abend mit unserer Gruppe von fünf Ehepaaren einen geeigneten Platz finden konnten. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen und das Hotel auch Freunden uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Volle Punktzahl!

Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt direkt beim Hotel gebucht und dadurch einen nennenswerten Preisvorteil erhalten. Unser Deluxe-Zimmer in der 7.Etage bot einen wirklich tollen Ausblick… Frühstück mit übergroßer Auswahl , auch das Abendessen war lecker. Achtung, Tischreservierung empfohlen. Tiefgarage mit 7€/Tag erschwinglich und zentral gelegen für Besucher des Klimahauses, Schifffahrtsmuseum und Auswandererhaus; alles in allem ein entspannender Aufenthalt Zudem alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend
