"Nicely located, clean and comfy bed. However the design of the wall mounted TV is questionable as people of the same height of the TV might bump their heads - I did a few times due to the narrow space between the wall and bed.
The hotel staff themselves are helpful but they should train the kitchen or delivery staff as when we were checking out and asking to store our baggage, although the receptionist was really lovely and helpful, somebody with the kitchen symbol written on their uniform joked/commented ”it's not a bomb right?”. This is a totally unacceptable comment, and people from the service sector should not say something like this, especially if we pass all the security controls to get to your city and spend money in your city."

"Alles was echt prima behalve de ondergrondse parkeergarage naar waar ze ons verwezen om te parkeren. Met een hellingsgraad van 26% en veel te smalle parkeerplaatsen voor de iets grotere wagens( Renault espace) kostte het ons vier uur en professionele hulp om de auto eruit te takelen. Dit voelde aan als een ware nachtmerrie! Ook voor andere hotelgasten die zelf ook niet uit de parking geraakten doordat onze auto alles blokkeerde. Toch prima geholpen geweest door ADAC die ons professioneel kwam bevrijden!"

Thomas SuzhouThe hotel is conviently located very close to the central train station. In the pedestrian walk way of the train station take the exit ”Bürgerweide/Congress-Centrum” and turn right. The entrance to the hotel is less than 100 m from the exit of the train station. The reception staff is friendly, my room was clean and nicely furnished. The hotel does provide room service only every 3rd day of your stay. While I do not need a new towel every day, I felt annoyed by the lack of daily service to make up the room, as I certainly expect this daily service from a hotel of this price category. I felt even more annoyed by the fact that this lack of service comes along with ridiculous mission statements ”be part of the future” (see picture). I am not interested in being part of a travel future, where maximizing profit through reducing service is the vision of the brand management.
My conclusion, if you stay one night, I can recommend the hotel, if you stay more then one night consider to chose a brand that still provides room services.

Guest UserThe location is very good, within three minutes walk, you can reach the Submarine Museum, the Climate Museum and so on.
The entrance to the hotel is the downtown square, with theaters and several restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel goes out and turns right to the commercial street.
Give the room on the fourth floor, the window is large, the view is very good, facing the square in the city center. There is a slippery table in front of the window, which is convenient if you need to work.
The air conditioning in the room is very air-conditioned, but the air-conditioning noise is a bit loud.
Health and facilities are quite satisfactory, not old in Germany, but not new. The mattress is a bit soft.
Breakfast is the breakfast of a normal German hotel, bread, jam, meat, eggs, yogurt, sashimi, cereal, fruit.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent. Turn right out of the hotel and walk about 400 meters to reach the train station and a large supermarket. Turn left and cross a green area, and in about 800 meters, you'll be in the city center. The room was spacious and clean, and there was tea and snacks in the lobby. My only complaint is about the parking. The hotel clearly has its own parking lot, but they made us park in a public one, which was two traffic lights away and very inconvenient when lugging luggage. When we later discovered there was a hotel parking lot and spoke to the front desk, we were told it was full. This simply isn't a valid excuse. We arrived half an hour early, before check-in time, so how could there be no spaces? We clearly saw several empty spots. Their attitude was truly unacceptable.

Hotel is nicely renovated. The lobby and restaurants looked impressive. Breakfast had enough selection and was nice. Towels and bedding were new.
However, the bathroom was extremely small and quite difficult to get in the shower due to the positioning of the door. Water bottle was not refilled so maybe it’s only one bottle per stay.
Overall good for our needs.

The location is great, not far from Bremen Central Station. Unfortunately, we had a terrible Saturday-Sunday night due to the fire alarm going off at 3 AM, triggered by smokers in a non-smoking room. 😴

Anonymous UserIt was very good! In front of Bremen station and long-distance bus terminals such as FlixBus are a 3-minute walk away. The room was the cheapest room after renovation, but it was very clean and there were shelves to spread luggage and places to put clothes. There is no toothbrush, but there is a refrigerator and a pot, and the location is the best, and the front desk staff was kind. There is no problem because there is a supermarket REWE in 2 minutes walk. There is a lot of food in the station.
The only difficulty is that the walls are too thin. Is it a veneer board? I could hear the voice of the next room as much as I thought. I think it depends on the room. I think there are about 40 〜 50 rooms on one floor. From one room in my room, I could hear a little when I was in the bathroom, and from the next room on the bed side, I could hear a voice out of the way (laughs), but I just went sightseeing and went to bed. I went to bed early or after 21 o'clock, both were quiet, so I rested well at night.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were so friendly and helpful with getting us settled. The room was lovely, and the whole experience truly felt like a relaxing getaway. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to everyone.

Great staff and nice location. Really helpful and tried to resolve all issues. Tea and coffee available 24/7 free of charge. Will definitely stay again when I’m in Bremen next time.

Guest UserWe absolutely loved our stay at Holiday Inn Niu Bremen! The hotel is perfect for families, with spacious rooms and large bathrooms featuring strong water pressure. The beds, pillows, and comforters were incredibly comfortable – we slept like babies!
The location is excellent, just a few steps from Bremen Airport, making it super convenient. We couldn’t ask for more – truly the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Europe!
