Hotel Dengan bar di Pirkanmaa, Finland

The staff there are so lovely and helpful. But it was quite stressful not being familiar with Tampere, and not being able to stop right in front of the hotel to bring the bags down. The parking connected to the hotel was full but thankfully there was another parking nearby, but a little inconvenient to have to drag the luggages across the road. The room itself was fine, no kettle but able to get hot water in the lobby, and the aircon was leaking water and it leaked onto the extra bed :( water pressure was fine but could be better. Honestly wasn't a fan of these things BUT, breakfast was sooooo good. Excellent quality ingredients all cooked to perfection. Really enjoyed it and would actually stay again just for the breakfast :)

Stayed there for one night. Standard Room With 1 King Bed. A few dusts on the bed, some dirts on the duvet cover, the curtains and sofa chairs. I think curtains hv a little bit dirts are fine, but definitely not the duvet covers.  slippers and pyjamas are not provided (perhaps because I stayed for one night idk). Towels and bedding doesn’t smell well-cleaned. The location kinda convenient, three minutes walk to Moomin museum (it’s just next to hotel),around fifteen minutes walk to spy museum and Tampere Cathedral.

Overall, it was a great experience great location nice hotel with old. The breakfast was great excellent excellent. The only thing is parking parking is in an extra 20 or €25 per half day or so there’s not enough parking on site but there’s parking across the street. It is the only problem the rest excellent highly recommended.

It's close to the train station, but not noisy and quiet. There's a supermarket nearby, which is convenient. The breakfast was also very generous, including instant noodles in a bucket. The front desk staff was very friendly.

I booked three nights for two persons with breakfast. Location is excellent and room is nice with sauna. BUT restaurant is closed, and NO BREAKFAST although paid for all the mornings. Hotel didn't arrange anything to eat in the morning. How bad service is that!! In addition it's spa hotel and swimming pool and saunas were closed. Quite a disappointment. On my opinion hotel staff should use a little imagination and innovative solutions to serve customers better. I guess they never heard about good service.

The Lapland Hotel in Tampere was really good. On the first day of check-in, because the room was a bit noisy, customer service Sakira immediately changed us to a smaller but quiet room than the original reservation, and promised to change us to the original room type and quiet room early the next morning. Thank you for the beautiful customer service Eerika who changed rooms for us the next day. After her kind greetings and arrangements, she stayed in a quiet and comfortable room type. In addition, the breakfast was very exquisite. I tried the venison omelette for the first time and the taste was not bad. The traffic is very convenient. The hotel is only 100 meters from the No. 1 and No. 3 trams in the city.

It's behind the station, but it's close to the Moomin Museum. It's also easily accessible from the station. I was very grateful that they provided slippers and tissues, which is rare overseas. I'm not sure if it depends on the room, but my room had a bathtub so I was able to warm up my body properly. If you ask at the front desk, you can get a discount coupon for the Sokos department store! I didn't get one unless I asked.

The location is superb. The view is amazing. The breakfast has various nice options. The place is more of family place. It looks like the place is quite popular among people travelling with kids. So its possible to hear kid crying late at night, not that it disturbed us. For noice sensitive travellers I recommend to avoid going to breakfast between 8:00-9:30. Its like trying to eat in a kindergarten. The noice gets easier after 10:00.

Come to the hotel for a business trip, the location is very good, the city center, very close to the restaurant bar, walking distance, walking nearby can go to the shopping center, etc., very convenient. The room facilities are very complete, there is a sauna gym, but the room size is not large. Breakfast is OK, the level of the ordinary buffet breakfast.

The Lapland Hotel is a relatively stylish Nordic hotel. A lot of work has been done on the details. The hotel's restaurant is very nice and the waiters are enthusiastic and professional. Salmon and steak are all available online. By the way, the cream of mushroom soup and French fries are outstanding. Comparatively After visiting so many restaurants in Finland, it left a special impression on me
