I recently stayed at The Adelphi and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Its proximity to the train station was incredibly convenient for getting around. The convenience of having bar on-site was a definite plus. However, one significant drawback was the absence of refrigerators in the rooms. This was quite inconvenient, as it meant I couldn't store any perishable items or keep drinks cold for later, even with the bar downstairs. In today's world, having a fridge in a hotel room is almost an expectation, and its absence was definitely felt. Despite this, I would still recommend The Adelphi for its other positive aspects, convenient amenities, and easy access to transportation. I hope the management considers adding refrigerators to their rooms in the future, as it would greatly enhance the guest experience.

An absolutely amazing hotel, beautifully decorated. Bed was big and very comfortable. You can definitely see where the £30M renovation 4 years ago was spent. Staff where super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, I didn't rate my evening meal but that's just down to personal taste. Would definitely go again. Loved it/

Good location, lovely staff, very accommodating. Comfortable bed in a nicely decorated room. The only issue we have is that the cleaning products are highly scented and both me and my husband are sensitive to anything perfumed. So on the morning we were bunged up and with the windows not opening made it even worse. This is the first time we have noticed the highly scented chemicals and we have stayed in many hotels. I thought it would be best to be honest because there are people who have allergies that could stop them from staying at your hotels. Location is great. It’s across the road from the Albert docks. 1 minute’s walk. 🚶 Breakfast is great. Staff are efficient and helpful and check in was rapid. We had a great time. The rooms are clean but grotty, they feel like too many stag or hen dos have been through the hotel. This is not the staffs fault, the shared space is lovely and has a good vibe. The rooms do have a working tv and great internet but are below standard to what I had expected of Ibis. 🛜

Hard Days Night Hotel is in the heart of The Beatles area, next to Mathew Street where The Cavern Club is located. Despite its being weekend, we didn't hear any noise at night from our room on the fifth floor. The bedroom was large and pleasant. (Our room had a picture of George - my favourite Beatle - on the wall, which made me very happy!) Things some people find remiss are (1) no fridge in the room (at least not in the Classic Double), (2) TV had a very basic remote and fuction, and while it claimed to allow internet access, we couldn't use any app /mirroring from our iPhones; (3) toiletaries were very basic (just liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner refilled); (4) no movable shower with a hose. Breakfast was truly excellent! It's self-service buffet-type, but all the full-English parts were there and they were all very, very good. We also went to a bar in the evening and it was also very nice with Beatle-themed cocktails, in addition to usual drinks. Overall, we would definitely love to come back to this hotel!

It was lovely being in Liverpool it’s a nice place and the hotel too buh some delay on house keeping and I didn’t like where my room was located,they should give a chance of opting a preference..

Very friendly staff. Was kindly upgraded to a bigger room when I asked for a quiet place. Reception is a bit tired and could do with renovation. Fine for short stays.

This hotel was excellent! Ideally situated for the M and S Arena, the Albert Dock and Liverpool 1 shopping area. It is literally 15 mins walk from Lime Street Station. Check in was done online and key was ready to collect via a machine in the foyer. I'm not 100% keen on this as I do like the personal contact with the reception. Had to go there to ask for breakfast details so in future would probably just check in there anyhow, but the option is there if you prefer that. The room on the 4th floor was really nice, clean and comfortable. Slight grumbles were regarding the bed being a bid hard and the small shelf, rather than a table in front of the mirror. Breakfasts were excellent, a very wide range of good quality choices. The lounge and dining areas were very clean, modern and well designed. All staff were very pleasant. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool. It was excellent value in comparison to others we have visited in the city in the past. Will definitely be back! Spent 2 nights at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Locatated at the Albert Dock meant that you were pretty close to a lot of the attractions like the Beatles Story Museum. But coming from the railway station would take about 20+ mins by walk. The walking distance would not be ideal if you had large luggages. Even if you took the bus, it would only get you to the Liverpool One shopping mall, with another 7-8 minute walk to the hotel. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was suited to our needs. They also had their in-house washers and dryers (without needing to cost extra) so that was very much appreciated. Would consider coming here again our next visit.

Awesome location with easy access. Very near to the city centre and train station. Staff are all friendly, and rooms are clean as well. Will definitely stay here again for my second visit in Liverpool
