It's a really good hotel with high level service. All the personnel in the hotel is nice, helpful and friendly. Expecially many thanks to receptionist Rita who was very helpful when I appeared in a complicated situation. Hotel has a good spa center with a warm waterpool. Also, an important thing is that the hotel is a good option for those who travel by car, public transport is not optimal choice

Avevo grandi dubbi nel prenotare avendo letto le recensioni negative . Confermo che il posto è BOOMER ma gli spazi a disposizione sono ampi proprio come gli alberghi di una volta la hall è grande quanto una albergo del Millennium. Abbiamo pagato 55€ la stanza matrimoniale con vista lago e tv da 50 Pollici , 15€ la cena a persona con un primo un secondo e Dolce e 2,50 un cappuccino un caffè e cornetti a volontà. Certo se volete la stanza al Gran Palace Hotel avete sbagliato indirizzo qui troverete un albergo con piscina vista Lago a prezzi imbattibili . Grazie Luana sei la Mirandolina dei giorni nostri e lascia stare i commenti negativi perché non meritano la tue battute alla Checco Zalone .

唯一的缺一分其實是因為自己，完全不知道佩魯賈是山城，以為從火車站到酒店走路輕輕鬆鬆，可誰知道都是陡坡，簡直瞬間石化，憑藉毅力一家大小拉着箱子上山，絕對比跳本草綱目消耗的能量多，酒店出門5m既有上山的電梯，非常便利，早飯也很豐盛，介意不要不行了，公交或者mini地鐵都可以。

We spent 12 days in Umbria and used Perugia as our home base. This lovely hotel is about 10 minutes from the center of Perugia. You must have a rental car to stay here as the bus rarely comes by and it is not within walking distance of Perugia center. We had a car so no issues for us, There is excellent on site free parking. The hotel is wonderful. Big thanks to the fabulous Jessica and Aymen at the front desk! They helped us every day and made dinner reservations for us several times. They were always warm, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and lovely. The shower is small, but typical for Europe. The buffet breakfast included in the room rate is phenomenal. There is nothing they have not thought of to serve!! The staff at breakfast are also absolutely lovely. We had a wonderful time at this hotel!! Highly recommend.

Per lavoro ho prenotato questa struttura elenco i punti forza Cordialità e cura dell’ospite da parte della proprietaria Rachele; spazi esterni piscina, ristorante, angolo aperitivo tutto si affacciano su un panorama bellissimo, colazione giusta sia per il dolce sia per salato così da evitare gli sprechi, la cena molto buona e curata anche nellimpoattamenti. Cose da migliorare: la mia camera era vicino all’ascensorista e pertanto avendo il sonno leggero sentivo spesso il motore in funziona, insonorizzazione delle camere da migliorare, farebbe molto piacere ad un cliente trovare dei dosatori sapone per la doccia e per il bagno, ed un phon a parete anche se per quest’ultimo Rachele ha detto che sta provvedendo, per la mia camera la doccia per me era un po’ piccola e il materasso a molle non era di mio gradimento. Comunque essendo un tre stelle può andar molto bene come sistemazione per una notte ma lo consiglierei moltissimo per trascorrere un giorno in piscina e per aperitivi e cena stupendi.

We we're atleast 7 time in Italy, North and South parts of it, but never stay in such a nice hotel like this one!! Room size great. Bathroom size perfect. Clean and shine. Staff very very nice. Stayed there 3 nights,and loved it. For sure coming back!!

Prenotato senza conoscere la struttura,ma attratta dal prezzo vantaggioso e dalle foto particolari. Molto gentile il personale e disponibile. La stanza pulita ed il cambio asciugamani quotidiano. Nella stanza c'è sia condizionatore che la possibilità di usare un ventilatore al soffitto. Letto comodo..Purtroppo il ristorante in questo periodo è chiuso,ma ho avuto dal personale ottime indicazioni. La colazione nello spazio ristorante è ricca di dolci,molto buoni e di salato..con grande varietà di scelta. È un hotel piacevolissimo ,i disegni i colori sono molto belli.Consiglio questo Hotel.

I stayed for Umbria jazz and was amazing all the staff..the room...faboulus breakfast...so clean so quiet!! There a plus ..the bus that tales you for free to Santa Giuliana Arena for concerts and back every hour from 5 p.m. and back every hour too..in the same plaza you take the elevator for center so this bus is a great great thing!! So nice!!!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per un viaggio lavorativo, posizione ottima vicino all'uscita della superstrada. Dista circa 5 min dalla stazione e dal centro città. Stanze con luce e ben pulite. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Colazione ottima e abbondante!

This is a very nice hotel. I rate five stars for the wonderful people working there and the amazing breakfast that came with our booking. The wine shop was nice too. Grabbed a bottle and drank on the terrace our last night there. Room needs improvement. Could have been cooler (a/c), for sure. Needs a painting and some maintenance/attention. It was clean, though, and had a nice firm mattress. Cleaning crew did an amazing job also. Wish there was a 4.5 on the scale as I would have selected it.

I liked this hostel itself, very small but nice; modern interior, clean, very good WiFi, nice staff (Mariam and Veronica) at the reception, which is however only manned for a short time. And the central location is great anyway! I would have liked to stay 3-4 nights, especially since the price/performance ratio was right for me. BUT: the weak point of this hostel seems to be the lack of communication and the missing respectful treatment. Why? When I arrived by bike at about 19.30, I asked for a bed in a 8-bed room, as it was still advertised on *********** for €22. As I wanted to book directly, they only charged me €20 - great! So I booked right away for two nights and paid by credit card. However, the first of the two 8-bed rooms was already fully booked and apparently they forgot to take the offer off the platform - that's what I assume. So the boss instructed the employee via WhatsApp to sell the dorm, which I now have to myself, as a private room for the double price, €40, although the deal (for the dorm, 2 x 20€) had already been done and was paid!! I objected and in the meantime, of course, the offer was no longer on the platform. They said the supervisor would come in about 15 minutes, I wanted to discuss this matter with him. During about an hour I did not use the room, but the boss never showed up! After I insisted on my position the next day, they wrote me via WA that there is no free bed for the second night anymore. This was a LIE of course, but it showed me clearly how they deal with unwelcomed guests. In the afternoon, they wrote me that the €18 for the second night (already paid) would be waived, only to announce 15 minutes later that the management had had enough of my complaint and that my (paid) booking had been cancelled and I should vacate the room by 8pm otherwise the key would be blocked - WOW!! I can say with a clear conscience that I always expressed my arguments objectively and remained friendly in communication, so there was no real reason for this childish step. In the end, however, I gave in because I didn't want to change accommodation in the evening after my day trip and I was tired of writing with them. The decision-makers, whom I unfortunately never got to see, argued that they could set the prices themselves as they want and that they did not want to trade like on the fish market. I can understand this attitude. But to change the conditions AFTER the payment, I think it's unfair! One more detail: normally they charge daily €5 to store a bicycle somewhere inside. This months they don't ask for this amount because of renovation work or something, as the receptionist said. But, to counter my dissatisfaction, the bosses in the background said they would be so generous and waive the (currently non-existent) bike fee ... The bottom line is that these people don't take the truth too seriously.

Comodo parcheggio, comodo letto, ottima doccia, colazione aria e discreta. Hotel un po' antico ma funzionale per business. Omaggio di bottiglietta d'acqua e snack alla partenza, molto apprezzato.

斯納布魯法尼大酒店是意大利千年古城佩魯賈的五星級酒店，位居老城中心區，環境絕對一級棒！尤其三樓露台，各種手繪桌面色彩斑斕！四下望去，新老城區輪廊線分明，早上山上山間山下教堂鐘聲餘音裊裊，令人心靜自然涼，間或有風琴聲若隱若現，不禁令人心馳神往…… 但是，作為佩魯賈國際音樂節的客人、青年施坦威藝術家和家人，對這家酒店的員工對華人（東方人）的“隱性怠慢”表示非常非常不滿！作為攜程鑽石客户，我個人強烈建議攜程採取不推薦不鼓勵國人去受辱的舉措，維護中國人的尊嚴！ 首先，早餐廳中老年女領班對東方面孔（包括參加音樂節的韓日旅客），每早必問房號，而且從不領位！而對同時或隨後進廳的西人白人不僅不問房號，還親自引位，令人對比反差太大！我從1998年至今公、私出國上百次，飛成白金卡，到歐洲幾十次，還是頭一次在不發達的G7山城，見識到一種難以名狀被怠慢、甚至是隱性歧視！無獨有偶，離開佩魯賈前我們想約來自歐美的鋼琴教授好友聚餐，特別到一層露天吧枱定位，問女店員靠窗桌子有無定位，得知無人訂就提出晚上預約，一男店湊上前問了房號，説不能預約靠窗桌？我説：女店員説了那張桌沒人約，況且我們也是酒店客人，可那個男店員非常“固執”，説不能預訂！我説先交預付款，那個男店員揮手錶示拒絕！這種服務態度實話實説，已經不是相互尊重的問題了！這家老酒店老舊了，但對顧客如此惡劣，我覺得是對中國遊客的無理怠慢！因為我們的臉是東方人、華人，因為我們不是看上去“高貴”的白人旅客？！（明年我們若來佩魯賈，絕不會看這些對國人無理的酒店，順便説一句，我們後來一行人去了當地米其林餐廳，非常嗨皮……）

Il soggiorno è stato purtroppo deludente sin dall'arrivo.Eravamo in viaggio con una bimba di 4 anni e ci siamo ritrovati a salire due piani di scale (più alte del normale) a piedi, portando valigie e passeggino, senza alcuna assistenza, dopo aver perso un'ora a cercare un posto per la macchina (cosa impossibile).All'arrivo in albergo, abbiamo chiesto di poter utilizzare un bagno, ma ci hanno chiesto quale fosse la nostra camera, senza considerare il disagio evidente. A quanto pare, non esiste un bagno comune accessibile ai clienti. Nonostante avessi specificato che la bambina dormiva con noi, ci è stata assegnata una camera con tre letti, quando sarebbe stata sufficiente una matrimoniale. Le lenzuola, inoltre, non sono state cambiate, e quelle fornite erano sporche, un dettaglio davvero inaccettabile. La colazione lascia molto a desiderare: vengono forniti cornetti confezionati, oppure un ticket per un bar che si raggiunge solo dopo una lunga camminata, praticamente impraticabile con una bimba piccola o senza un'ottima forma fisica. Per raggiungere il centro dall'hotel è un'impresa: se avete 20 anni o siete allenati, può andare, ma con bimbi o persone poco abituate a percorsi faticosi, lo sconsiglio. Dopo 3 giorni, almeno si risparmia sull'abbonamento in palestra, ma purtroppo non è abbastanza per giustificare un'esperienza cosi' poco soddisfacente. Non consiglierei questa struttura a famiglie o a chiunque non voglia affrontare disagi di questo tipo. Peccato, perchè con un minimo di attenzione ai dettagli e ai bisogni degli ospiti, potrebbe migliorare notevolmente.

In occasone di una veloce tappa ad Assisi ho optato per questa soluzione e mi sono trovata molto bene. Appena arrivata la simpatica proprietaria mi ha accolta facendomi sentire a casa e fornendomi utili consigli su come organizzare al meglio il mio breve soggiorno. La camera assegnata era pulita, spaziosa ed accogliente con affaccio sulla piazza della stazione ferroviaria. La colazione, servita al piano terra, offriva ottime torte fatte in casa e piccolo angolo del salato. Grazie ancora Sig.ra Flor, tornerò sicuramente!

Very nice place, close to the historical city of Assisi. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice rooms, very comfortable. All essentials were present. Good food. Parking in front. Nice walkings around; stunning garden. The meeting rooms are quite good as well.

Ottimo hotel. Pulitissimo e in un ottima posizione centrale nella città. Colazione abbondante.

We received a warm welcome and our rom was ready early. Assisi is exceptionally steep so while the hotel is not far from anywhere it extremely hard walking. This meant getting to dinner was not easy. The hotel restaurant was very expensive. Breakfast too was a fairly ordinary affair although those staff were terrific. Suggest staying mote centrally.

We selected Asisium for our 2-night stay based on TA reviews and we were not disappointed. This is our second stay inside Assisi. Great location and a very small (14 room) boutique hotel. The hotel is new, very clean and contemporary but very comfortable. Rooms are large with very comfortable beds, and a very nicely appointed bathroom. Breakfast is included and is fine--nothing over the top but all the breakfast essentials. There is an expresso/cappuccino machine in the hall way outside our room with is a nice touch. Reception was excellent and helpful. The hotel also has a restaurant where breakfast is served and then open for dinner. While the hotel does not have a bar (only 14 rooms!), there is a great wine bar immediately across the street. Only feedback I would provide is that it would have been nice to have bottled water in the room. Other than that, it was a great and comfortable stay. The hotel has an agreement with the parking lot up the street. You drop your bags off and then drive the car to the lot and you pay 20 euro per night. We had a bit of a challenge with our GPS initially finding the hotel, but eventually got there. Make sure you enter the correct end of town. You do NOT want to come in on the end with the San Francesco Church. Also, very well priced for Assisi. Overall, I highly recommend.

Reduce dal pellegrinaggio sulla “Via di Francesco” ho soggiornato per 2 notti presso l’Hotel Pallotta approfittando della trattoria per la cena. Per quanto riguarda il soggiorno in Hotel le piccole ed accoglienti camere sono ben curate e pulite, il bagno purtroppo è molto piccolo e poco pratico a causa della doccia a vista che bagna tutto. Bella la vista dalla mia finestra, per quanto ai rumori essendo una struttura vecchia affacciata su vie molto frequentate, non si può pretendere, sia per gli interni che gli esterni. Buona la colazione ed il servizio annesso, (merenda e caffe a disposizione tutto il giorno). Ci tornerei.
