JJiandanjihaoThe location is fantastic, right above the station. The hotel is very new, and I loved the three-part bathroom (toilet, sink, and shower/bath all separate). The hotel's hot spring is quite unique, with a small pool filled with 'yukemuri' (hot spring minerals) and lots of fresh large apples floating in it. The yukemuri is special too; after soaking, my skin felt incredibly smooth. Breakfast was excellent, and the service was warm and welcoming. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.
Just a small suggestion, hoping the hotel sees this: for environmental reasons, if guests opt for towel-only changes, it would be great if you could also provide trash bags so we can change them ourselves.

GGuest UserFacilities: The room had a very traditional Japanese feel, and the window view was absolutely stunning!
Environment: It's located right where the bus drops you off, literally right in front of the hotel.
Service: All the staff were older, white-haired individuals, but their service was excellent.
On the downside, the food was quite bad 😂. Dinner was really unappetizing, so I skipped breakfast altogether.

SSpyridoula DellaWe thought it's going to be fresh in August up the mountain but it wasn't. Very hot and without air-conditioning you'll be suffering. Rooms are tiny and it barely fit 4 people. Road to get there is rough so make sure you have an off road car (the last 5 min only). The onsen is insanely beautiful especially the women's. Food was pre-served and left out in the heat to stand. Didn't look particularly appealing. Shared bathrooms.

GGuest UserBreakfast and dinner are divided into Japanese and Western styles. Dinner is very ceremonial, especially French food. The hotel is very close to the ski resort and Suantang Hot Spring, and there is a shuttle bus. The restaurant has a good view. It is very pleasant to sit in the warm restaurant, drink hot coffee, and look at the snow outside.

NNoriko ShimoThe tea and coffee service for the meal are delicious and surprised. I thought the service was very good for the price.
It was a surprise even though the futon was laid. Very happy. It was a service that I wanted to dive as it was.
The bath is far away, but the morning bath is very beautiful and amazing. I was able to spend a leisurely time.
Also, I knew that there were 33 lakes in the poster in the building, and I went around the next day. There was a good response.
I think it is a good hotel for the price.

TThanathip MoolvongAlthough I chose this ryokan as alternative place but it turned out it is my best stay so far. It is not far from Kuroishi and it is accessible by public transport.
Room is very spacious and has both a bathroom and a toilet.
Onsen is good. It has both indoor and outdoor ones. Usually it is not busy.
Food was great both dinner and breakfast.
Free flow of both alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks are also included. Very generous.
Staffs are very friendly, although their English are very limited.
Extra 150 yen per person for onsen tax. Cash term only.
Cashless payment is available.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Todawakohan Sakura. My family especially enjoyed the kids' club—it was a great space for the children to have fun while we relaxed. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and attractions.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. However, the breakfast selection was quite simple and modest, and we hoped for a bit more variety.
Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right by the JR station. This was incredibly convenient given the heavy snow in Hirosaki, as I didn't have to drag my luggage far. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent. It's also very close to Hirosaki Castle, within walking distance or you can catch a bus right outside. There's even a direct bus to Morioka from the front of the hotel, which I'd consider for my next trip – super convenient without having to take the Shinkansen!

GGuest UserThis hotel is right next to the ski resort. The snow quality is excellent, and on a clear day, you can even see Hokkaido across the Sea of Japan from the summit. It seems that over half of the guests are international visitors.
I didn't encounter a single foreign guest who was loud or bothersome.
The staff all appear to speak both English and Chinese.
While the variety at the buffet might be a bit limited, they do ensure it's always replenished. The food is tasty. Disposable slippers are provided, but they're very thin, so you feel the cold directly. I saw many people who had brought their own flip-flops.

玩玩转星球-Kevin這家酒店一切都非常棒，尤其是服務和餐飲。
特別感謝酒店的職員，後來才知道是老闆娘。在我們抵達之前因遇到意外因語言不通時，請求酒店提供額外幫助時，酒店前台特意找懂普通話的老闆娘瞭解我們的需求並力所能及的給予幫助。
餐飲方面 無論是晚餐還是早餐都非常棒，超出我的預期。
不過照片都是我早餐時拍攝的，晚餐忘拍了。
客房也非常棒，空間夠大是你近距離看到日本海。
