Great resort w amazing hot spring, a free lounge w free flow of drinks and snacks. note that there’s no convenient stores or restaurants nearby, the only option is hotel’s buffet restaurant that cost almost 9 thousand yen per pax. Better bring some snacks and food.

The hotel offers free wifi only inside the room. When you step outside your room, there is no free wifi in the lobby or even in the corridors outside your hotel room. There us a free shuttle service to Sannomiya. View outside our room is nice though.

I had a wonderful **3-night stay** at Seaside Hotel Maiko Villa Kobe. The location is beautiful, with relaxing seaside views and a stunning look at the Akashi Kaikyō Bridge. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay, and I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to others.

Hanamusubi Ryokan has been our favorite place when we plan our trip to Osaka region. We always book the same room with our private onsen so we can soak ourselves unlimited times a day while enjoying their cuisine both in the evenings and mornings in our room. Although we see some minor changes in their overall operation, their standards of service remain high and we couldn't be more satisfied during our last stay as well.

The room was clean overall and service was quite good. But my stay at the hotel ended on a low note. On my check-out day I decided to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant on the 2nd floor. The menu included a ”Continental Breakfast” (at 2000 yen), for which I could choose between toast/croissant/danish, different juices, and coffee or tea. I assumed that the above choices are breakfast items with options, and expected a normal ”Continental Breakfast” which usually includes an egg, bacon/sausage/ham, and some potato fries etc. It turns out that this continental breakfast includes *only* 3 pieces of toasted bread (they later gave me 2 additional pieces because the original 3 were too burned), along with juice and coffee, charging me 2000 yen just for these. I felt this is a rip-off even for a hotel breakfast, and misleading.

The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are large and clean, we enjoyed the bar with a jazz singer, the food was delicious. I love the jacuzzi bubblebath and the amenities is awesome all rooms has verandas you can see the beautiful view of kobe tower & port .The only thing I didn't like was the receptionist at the front desk, not friendly, the treatment was not welcoming, you didn't see a smile when greeting.

Hotel is quite aging and look old . The room is very old and has a bit of smell . But location is very good just near the station.

3姉妹の家族、9人で利用させていただきました。 別々の部屋を予約しましたが、同じ階にしていただきました。 夕食、朝食のビュッフェは野菜が多く、とても美味しかったです。ガチャガチャしておらず、ゆっくり食事を楽しめました。 子ども達に好評だったのはナイトプールでした！ 来年もまた行きたいです。

The high-end hotel that has the longest history in Kobe. It is above a free museum about Kobe. It was very luxurious, and had a wonderful restaurant for Kobe beef, but don't forget to reserve online. All rooms face a certain direction toward the mountains, but not toward the water. During our stay, the gym was not available. And the location is surrounded by luxury brands, not by the station or markets for food.

Просто потрясающий рекан! Долго выбирали, где именно остановиться в Киносаки - у нас с мужем у обоих очень много больших татуировок, поэтому Киносаки для нас стал идеальным вариантом онсенной деревни, т.к. все онсены тут - тату френдли, даже если у вас очень большие татуировки и их много. В итоге решили остановиться в Yuraku и остались в диком восторге! Отель находится на небольшом удалении от станции и главной улицы (буквально в 5 минутах пешком), что лично для нас было огромным плюсом - уединенное место, красивый лес, тихо, спокойно. Сам отель выше всяких похвал: внутри очень красиво, невероятные номера, из окна открывается классный вид на небольшой прудик с водопадом и лес. Кайсеки вообще превзошел все ожидания, невероятно вкусно и очень сытно, мы буквально выползали из ресторана. Вы можете выбрать несколько удобных для вас временных интервалов ужина и завтрака. Очень вежливый, дружелюбный и приятный персонал. Отдельный бонус - онсены в самом отеле; после того, как мы прошлись по всем публичным (при заселении вам выдадут специальную карточку, по которой вы бесплатно можете проходить в любой публичный онсен в Киносаки), решили проверить онсен в самом рекане. Вы можете бесплатно забронировать приватный, но мы пошли проверять публичные. В итоге ни в мужском, ни в женском не было ни одного человека)) В женской части есть потрясающая уличная купель под навесом среди бамбуковой рощицы, это нечто! Кроме того, при заселении вам бонусом предлагают бесплатно забронировать горячую ванну на двоих, можно выбрать разные варианты - ванна с цветочками или с фруктами. Очень классно! Честно, это было одно из самых ярких впечатлений за всю нашу поездку, всем советуем этот рекан!
