MMironovaTatianaNormal. Very interesting interior, but very dark. Living on the second floor, nothing can be seen in the room. Always half dark. And so, in general, everything liked.
Service is good. All polite, helpful with any questions.
There are no shops nearby where you could buy fruit.
But it 's on the coast as a whole.
GGuest UserI think a lot of people forget what sort of accommodation they would get at home in the UK for the price they have paid for a week or so by the sea, constant good weather and a lovely swimming pool to hand. Our standards are exceptionally high but we forget that the culture is different in Morocco.
For me, as long as I have a clean bed, clean bathroom facilities and a version of everything I expected to get/have access too, then I can cope with a chipped floor, dusty floors, tired decor.
Surely a friendly, helpful welcome is more amenable to a good experience?
The pool is immaculate and throughly cleaned every morning. The only negative is the Gawd awful techno, trance, ******* (C) rap sample music the guy plays at full bunge all afternoon. You cannot even have a conversation with the person next to you. It REALLY was a pain in the Rse every afternoon.
The restaurant food scenario does leave a lot to be desired. I thank the Lord I was only having breakfast. The cooked food is basic and poor choices of bread.
NO FRUIT! But lots of salad???? 🤔🤔
Only One toaster for the guests to use.
Omelette EVERY day, surely a change to pancakes/crepes wouldn't tax them too much?
The poolside cafe is dire. Very poor selection. The staff are as slow as treacle in the north pole!!
There is no gym or spa available at the time of my visit.
Overall, I felt it was value for money. Most of the staff work very hard and are friendly and polite.
GGuest User1. The showerhead was too small, and the water pressure felt too low during showers!
2. The hotel's Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak. There seemed to be only one router for the entire hotel, making it very inconvenient for business travelers who had to rely on their own mobile data.
3. The balcony door handle was broken, preventing the door from closing properly. This meant we couldn't effectively block out the loud rock music coming from the hotel next door.
4. The daily menu only had text and no pictures, so ordering food was a guessing game.
5. The furnishings in the room were quite old-fashioned, probably not updated in over 20 years. Even the duvet covers were faded to grey, and I couldn't find any new ones.
GGuest UserA great complex, a huge hotel comprising of lots of rooms, most with a sea view. Breakfast was good and the Mecca seemed to be the egg person, you could have fried, scrambled or an omelette with various fillings!
A great place to be. The guy who sells tours, I’ll be honest I had little faith in him at first, however he was the real deal when we took a trip to Paradise Valley, it was so good, but not for the feint hearted! Worth every penny and yes of course I haggled!
GGuest UserThe staff members were so nice and helpful.
Special thanks to Azedine, who was helping me to organize surf lessons or also trips to Marrakech or finding opportunity to participate on cooking lessons.
The location of the hotel is perfect for people, who want to stay just at the hotel, as you are directly at the beach. Most of the guests were either families or older people. If you want to walk to Taghazout it is possible, but it takes around 45 minutes.
The pools are not heated, which made them not so enjoyable as the water really gets cold.
The breakfast has a lot of variety to offer, but it gets very crowded and at some point the food is not refilled.
The rooms were spacious and clean.
What I did not like so much is that the live music, which is offered mostly every night is playing either Spanish or Latin American Music. It doesn’t feel authentic to come to Morocco for this. I rather would like to listening to Moroccan Music there.
But in general the hotel is nice with nice staff members.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very good. Staff are very kind and attentive and always ready to serve you and answer to your requests with a smile on their face.
Front desk staff are amazing. It was our wedding aniversary and they gave us an upgraded room with a pool and sea view and had it decorated! Highly appreciated.
The food was great in all restaurants. The only ”less positive” (not a critic) thing I would say was that the BLU restaurant which is supposedly for seafood, but on the evening we were there, had no seafood (at least what we consider as seafood in Portugal) and was mainly about fish, which was all well cooked in any case and we did enjoy the food.
The facilities around the pool area are very good. Bar at the pool side serving pizza and hot snacks all day! Kids area and a bar serving drinks all day.
24/7 Cafeteria in the hotel lobby. Pastry and f drinks plenty of of high quality.
Could not ask for more honestly. If we´re ever back in Agadir, this will with no doubt be the place where we´ll be staying!
Direct access to the beach
PPASMFor the price this hotel gave me everything I wanted. Great location, decent room, balcony with stunning view and free breakfast.
It's a bit tired around the edges and the rooms may be variable though but if you get a good room it's a great deal.
GGuest UserThis is not a 4 or 5 star property and is getting on a bit in terms of age. The place is kept clean but rooms and carpets are worn but some are in the process of refurbishment. Room facilities are basic but sufficient with enough power sockets for charging and hot water always available. The gardens and pool area are maintained daily and common areas mopped and cleaned also. The reception staff are very helpful as is the bellhop and security staff. Breakfast is basic with bread, rolls, cake, boiled eggs, salads, cold meat, preserves, honey plus tea or coffee. You can buy drinks from the bar all day and they serve food at very reasonable prices. Omelette with chips and bread for about £3. There is an excellent well stocked shop just next door for snacks and drinks too. Overall it's a basic hotel but what you get for the price is amazing and it's location is asgood as it gets in Agadir.
