Были в сентябре 2024. Отдыхали 2 недели. 1. Расположение. Пригород Котора. До центра пешком неспешно минут 25-30. Удовольствие. Все по берегу залива. Красота. Рядом магазин - 3 минуты. Ресторан - минут 10 пешком. Район тихий. Кому нужны пляски и музыка, то это не здесь. Кому нужна тишина и покой - выбирайте это место. 2. Берите номер на верхнем этаже с видом залив (обязательно!!!). Море и горы. Вид потрясающий! Каждый раз новая картинка. Не надоедает, а удивляет снова и снова. 3. Хозяева. Редко встретишь такое радушие и доброжелательность. Любая просьба, пожелание выполняются незамедлительно, с улыбкой. Все решается. Просто молодцы! Станка и Джури - огромное вам спасибо! И всем, кто вам помогает, конечно тоже спасибо! Кстати, нужно было сдвинуть сроки поездки - договорились моментально. Ранний заезд - тоже решили без проблем. 4. Удобства. Все есть для длительного отдыха и на пару дней заехать. Кухня (хотелось бы микроволновку, но и без нее можно обойтись), посуда. Нормальный санузел в номере. Хорошая кровать с отличным матрасом. Жили 2 недели без бытовых проблем. 5. Хозяева всегда помогут с трансфером, подскажут по экскурсиям, найдут гида (у нас был Марко - прекрасный, культурный, интеллигентный человек. Спасибо ему отдельное!). В итоге. Выбирайте эти аппартаменты. Точно не пожалеете.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is the view. Swimming in the sea is not advisable unless you have a very strong immune system, as the city's sewage is discharged just 100 meters away. Most staff, except for the friendly front desk team and the two Black ladies at breakfast who were very lovely, were extremely rude. Interactions often felt tense and could escalate for no reason. Asking questions or making reasonable comments was met with hostility. For instance, we asked about guests reserving pool chairs at 9 a.m. and not using them until the afternoon, which happened frequently. The pool waiter rudely stated that guests can ”do whatever they want” and refused to address the issue. How is this even acceptable at a place where the number of seats is very limited? Every luxury hotel has a policy against such practice... As others have mentioned, staff treat guests inconsistently. We followed a couple into the restaurant who was warmly greeted by the manager, but when we passed by and said hello, we received only a cold stare without a smile.The staff's behavior falls far short of 5-star hotel standards.

Otel , Kotor şehrinin dışında . Manzarası kotor körfezini görmüyor fakat Tivat havaalanı ve tivat körfezini çok net görüyor.port montanengro manzarası da var . Tepenin üzerinde çok temiz havası olan bir yer. Arabası olan kişiler tercih edebilir . Oda içerisinde çamaşır , bulaşık Mkn,kettle, Ocak, buzdolabı ,tabak Çanak,tencere tava her şey ama her şey var . Deterjanlara kadar var , ama dediğim gibi kotor şehir merkezinden çok uzak , arabası olanlar için ideal. Fakat C20 nolu odada kalmayın inanılmaz rutubet ve nem var. Biz odanın değiştirilmesini istedik ama değiştiremedik

It’s within the Old Town itself so lugging the luggage was a little difficult. But the room made up for that. It has really quaint-looking and authentic old town kind of furnishing. Breakfast was really simple given that it’s winter and there’s not many customers.

Hotel con una ubicación de ensueño, desayunar en esa terraza junto al mar que tiene unas vistas que quitan la respiración un desayuno muy variado .Súper recomendable pasar alguna noche

Очень хороший отель с удобным расположением. От центральных ворот идти метров 200-250. Жили на последнем этаже в номере-мансарде. Из окна открывался очень красивый вид. Вкусный разнообразный завтрак. Шумно не было. Вообще читала другие отзывы и готовилась к худшему, но отель оказался даже лучше. Сантехника новая, кровать удобная. Кресла и матрас не продавлены. Винтаж, очень приятная обстановка.

オールドタウンの北側にあり、コトル城壁の入り口まですぐのところにある。メインストリートから一つ奥まったところにあり、少々わかりづらいが、近くを見回ればすぐ見つかるだろう。しかし、指定されたチェックインの時間内に到着したにもかかわらず、レセプショニストが誰も中にいなかったようで、インターホンを押しても何の反応もない。結局5分以上待ってようやく入ることができた。 受付でホテルからの連絡が行っているはずだと言われたが、trip.comのアプリ、WhatsApp、SMS、メールを確認した限りは来ていない様子であった(私が見逃していた可能性もあるが)。 それ以外の受付の対応は悪くなく、感じのいいお兄ちゃんという感じであった(なぜか常に過呼吸気味であったが)。 チェックアウトは鍵を指定された場所に入れておくだけで良いタイプのホテルである。 部屋は清潔そのものであり、部屋の中にはIHヒーター、ホテルの部屋にしては大きめの冷凍室付き冷蔵庫、幾つもの収納や物を置ける台、作業机、枕元を含むたくさんのコンセント、テレビ等がある。タオルも清潔なものが用意されている。 シャワールームはトイレと扉で仕切られているが、なぜか扉を閉めていたのにシャワー後バスルーム全体が水浸しになっており、換気扇を回したものの朝まで濡れていた(その夜雨が降っていたのも一因かもしれない)。また、シャワールームの扉の目の前にトイレが鎮座しており、同線が干渉するのは少々不便であった。しかしこれらの不満点は些細なものに過ぎず、シャンプー兼シャワージェルや高出力のドライヤー、ハンドソープ等が備え付けられており、十分満足できるものであった。 総じて、ホテルに入る方法がよくわからなかったことを除けば満足であり、十分人に勧めることのできるホテルである。

This hotel is very cute and located in the middle of old town. Very easy to get around. Even though it is on the main walking road, it is very quiet and we didn’t have problems sleeping. There is a terrace which has a good view of the old town, but we were told that reservation is needed. Would be great if there is more variety of breakfast options.

Great hotel, with a really good breakfast included. Location was brilliant, 40 minutes walk along the water front to Kotor old town. Incredible views from the hotel across the bay. Unfortunately the pools were out of action during our stay. The beach was definitely the highlight!

The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus. Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled. If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.
