My 2x in the Gale village in salvador I like so much that I always go back to la. The view of the sea of the apartment has no price to pay
I did 1x for the gale site and 2x for the trip app. I was afraid to make a mistake because I never did it, and I just loved it. I'll come back

We love stay at the Portal Pousada da Concha! From the reception, all very educated and attentive, very well-hygienized and organised accommodation, delicious breakfast, everything perfect!
Unlike other hosting experiences, everything we saw in the photos of the Portal Hostel of Concha was exactly the same personally .
Superou as nossas expectativas!

AAna SuellenPéssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento.
Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

RRenai Ajustes de RoupasExcellent service, exceptional breakfast buffet, cleanliness, laser area. You have to pay R$5.00 for the pool towel. My son cut his foot on the beach, they carefully bandaged it. I loved my stay and I recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserEsse resort é muito bom. Têm praia, piscina, parques, quadras de tênis, beach tennis, futebol, vôlei, salão de jogos... É super grande e tranquilo. Ótimo para relaxar e/ou se divertir. O quarto que ficamos foi espaçoso e super completo. Tudo ótimo!!!!

Só que as toalhas de banho nem sempre estavam disponíveis e tínhamos que pedir na recepção.
De duas a três vezes, corria um blackout, pelo menos no nosso apartamento. Nada que prejudicasse, pois logo a energia voltava. Mas para nossa filha autista, esses blackouts eram um grande problema, porque ela tem muito medo.
Talvez o hotel pudesse orientar ou investir em uma infraestrutura melhor para o pessal que volta da praia e usa as piscinas. Muitos não passavam por um banho para tirar a areia e, com isso, as piscinas do hotel acabavam pagando o preço. Na parte da manhã estavam sempre limpinhas, mas ao final do dia, tinha muita sujeira, principalmente de areia, acumulada no fundo.
