Vidro externo do quarto turvo e com baixa visibilidade
Armário do banheiro inchado
Esquadria externa com péssima acústica fazendo o barulho externo incomodar a noite e pela manhã cedo

Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento.
Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

Amei muito estar no Brisa, os funcionários impecáveis, localização ótima. Quem ama curtir, tem muito o que fazer pelas redondezas.
Quem tem crianças, esse hotel é ótimo, o play kids é muito bom para as crianças.
Sem dúvidas, voltarei mias vezes.

Hotel precisa dar uma modernizada. Copos de plástico que parece de merenda de escola. Falta flexibilidade no check in e check out. Comida muito boa e qualidade razoável nas bebidas. Não é um resort como vendem e sim um hotel all incluisve 3 estrelas. Ponto positivo é o beach point.

Pena que foram poucos dias, mas foi uma experiência maravilhosa nos hospedarmos no Eco Village Indaiá. O atendimento foi excelente! A sensação era estarmos em meio à uma floresta tropical com um paisagismo deslumbrante, só que com o conforto que o hotel nos proporcionou. Agradecimentos especiais a Priscila, Jô, Ana, Felipe e à massoterapeuta (que esqueci o nome...) Todos muito simpáticos e solícitos. O café da manhã perfeito, a cerveja trincando e moqueca de camarão espetacular! Espero voltar em breve com a família toda. Só um ponto negativo a ser observado: a entrada do hotel infelizmente não condiz com o que encontramos lá dentro, além de a guarita não funcionar. No mais, tudo de bom!

Hotel com muito boa infraestrutura mas que necessita de melhor sinalização e integração entre os espaços. O valor da estadia foi um pouco mais alto que outros hotéis da região mas com a festa de Reveillon incluída, o valor realmente compensou. Hotel amplo, muito bem localizado com bela praia em frente e a poucos minutos do aeroporto e poucos quarteirões do comércio local (supermercado, restaurantes). Quarto espaçoso com bom banheiro. Mas o hotel como um todo necessita de atualização profunda.
Ponto negativo: a piscina deveria ser fechada à noite para limpeza com produtos que clarificantes da água. No período de minha estadia, não deu vontade de molhar a ponta do pé.
Ponto positivo: a festa de Reveillon foi excelente! Muito bem servida e variada, produtos de qualidade no buffet e bebidas, atendimento primoroso! Parabéns!!!

Eigentlich gutes Hotel, aber:
- Die Umgebung ist voll mit Moskitos, das ist natürlich, aber das Hotel sollte schauen, dass man die Fenster schliessen kann. Leider hatte es immer 2-3cm Spalte, die offen blieben. Daher kamen unzählige Moskitos rein. Anstatt zu renovieren, hat das Hotel lieber Unmengen Gift gesprayed, was auch nicht angenehm war.
- Wifi war extrem instabil, war immer wieder für Stunden offline.
-Frühstücksbuffet umständlich. Man hatte anscheinend das Corona setup beibehalten… (man konnte nicht selber vom Buffet nehmen). Eventuell weil die Gäste so weniger assen?…
Schade stimmten diese Details nicht… Hotel wäre sonst gut.

Achei o café da manhã fraco, com pouca proteína, apenas ovos.
Elevador estava quebrado, tivemos que subir até o terceiro andar por uma rampa.
Hotel muito bom para quem quer relaxar…
No porta chaves não tem informações como número do telefone da recepção, senha wi-fi…. Poderia ter informações que são essenciais.
O jantar é saboroso, comemos buffet.

The double room we were given was spacious and very well equipped. It had a central air conditioning system that was very easy to use, and windows for ample ventilation.
The bathroom had a hairdryer.
The pool is nice, spacious, and has towel and bar service. Surprisingly, during our stay, guests rarely used it.
The breakfast is excellent, very complete, varied, and delicious. A spectacular buffet with good service, it had everything from seasonal fruits to cakes, hot dishes, various types of bread, and so on. Without a doubt, there was something for every palate.
The hotel restaurant, which is the same one that provides breakfast, also provides other meals at an additional cost. The first night we went to dinner at the hotel and we were surprised by the quality of the food, the mix of flavors, and the excellent service they had with us. Without a doubt, it was one of the best gastronomic experiences we had in Salvador.
To improve, I will only mention one important detail, and that is the fact that guests should not be interrupted at any time to check the items in the minibar during their stay. I honestly do not understand why there are hotels that have this policy, and even less so at this level, when it is something that can easily be done during room cleaning and/or check-out.

A small bemol for noise inside the hotel with staff who does not make a effort to be discreet when checking in the new guests, has all hours of the night ...
The staff is very helpful, and the reception team speaks English
A special mention for the very complete breakfast, and the possibility of being in the complete black in the room to rest

GGuest UserFood was excellent. Breakfast has a lot of options. Bedrooms are very large. Everything went fine except when i arrived the door guys didnt even moved to offer to take my suitcase. I noticed that this happened to other guests. They just stand there and watch. That is not good for a 5 star hotel. Everything else was fine.

GGuest UserThe Resort has an excellent leisure structure with area for children and adults ( with shows during the night period). Besides this positive question we go to the negative: Beside the restaurant near the beach there are cats that do their needs next to the bar, the smell is horrible, at the point of losing appetite. The restaurant is a bit fat, but ”generical” there is no taste of a regional food. The staff's bad humor is visible, as much as there is constraint to ask for something. There is a near resort that staff make you feel at home, but not there!
