I had an amazing time at Wish Hotel da Bahia! The hotel is clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always making me feel comfortable and cared for.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of fresh options and great variety each morning. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salvador!

Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento.
Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

It was a good stay again; the hotel is in a good location, good sized comfortable room and really excellent breakfast.

The staff at entrance and in lobby make absolutely zero effort to help with bags or anything else: not sure why they are there and unlike the helpful recepyion staff.

Amei muito estar no Brisa, os funcionários impecáveis, localização ótima. Quem ama curtir, tem muito o que fazer pelas redondezas.
Quem tem crianças, esse hotel é ótimo, o play kids é muito bom para as crianças.

Pena que foram poucos dias, mas foi uma experiência maravilhosa nos hospedarmos no Eco Village Indaiá. O atendimento foi excelente! A sensação era estarmos em meio à uma floresta tropical com um paisagismo deslumbrante, só que com o conforto que o hotel nos proporcionou. Agradecimentos especiais a Priscila, Jô, Ana, Felipe e à massoterapeuta (que esqueci o nome...) Todos muito simpáticos e solícitos. O café da manhã perfeito, a cerveja trincando e moqueca de camarão espetacular! Espero voltar em breve com a família toda. Só um ponto negativo a ser observado: a entrada do hotel infelizmente não condiz com o que encontramos lá dentro, além de a guarita não funcionar. No mais, tudo de bom!

Achei o café da manhã fraco, com pouca proteína, apenas ovos.
Elevador estava quebrado, tivemos que subir até o terceiro andar por uma rampa.
Hotel muito bom para quem quer relaxar…
No porta chaves não tem informações como número do telefone da recepção, senha wi-fi…. Poderia ter informações que são essenciais.
O jantar é saboroso, comemos buffet.

The double room we were given was spacious and very well equipped. It had a central air conditioning system that was very easy to use, and windows for ample ventilation.
The bathroom had a hairdryer.
The pool is nice, spacious, and has towel and bar service. Surprisingly, during our stay, guests rarely used it.
The breakfast is excellent, very complete, varied, and delicious. A spectacular buffet with good service, it had everything from seasonal fruits to cakes, hot dishes, various types of bread, and so on. Without a doubt, there was something for every palate.
The hotel restaurant, which is the same one that provides breakfast, also provides other meals at an additional cost. The first night we went to dinner at the hotel and we were surprised by the quality of the food, the mix of flavors, and the excellent service they had with us. Without a doubt, it was one of the best gastronomic experiences we had in Salvador.
To improve, I will only mention one important detail, and that is the fact that guests should not be interrupted at any time to check the items in the minibar during their stay. I honestly do not understand why there are hotels that have this policy, and even less so at this level, when it is something that can easily be done during room cleaning and/or check-out.

A small bemol for noise inside the hotel with staff who does not make a effort to be discreet when checking in the new guests, has all hours of the night ...
The staff is very helpful, and the reception team speaks English
A special mention for the very complete breakfast, and the possibility of being in the complete black in the room to rest

GGuest UserWell, we have stayed at this hotel before. It's a great place for those going with children... they have recreation, a great breakfast and cleanliness and satisfactory service. However, when we were checking in, the girl at the reception informed us that we only made the reservation for a couple and that children were not included... I don't know if the problem was with the hotel or with TRIP as it still avoids embarrassment as the reservation was made with the correct number of guests. The Wi-Fi leaves a lot to be desired... it almost doesn't work! Ah, the toilet in the room (65) is terrible! To carry out our needs, we sat without support, because I don't know what kind of engineering it was, we sat and stood on our toes! Very high and extremely low sink… but overall it was good and I would go back…
