It was one of the most strangest experiences I have ever had. I booked this hotel for someone else and they were led to another hotel with the same name (the address on the check-in voucher was not for this specific hotel). There were a lot of complications for the guests and they had to pay extra for one night, and both the hotels ended up not processing the refund. I would advise people to coordinate with the 'real' hotel platinum before proceeding for the booking to avoid issues and complications.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at ramada murree, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s prime location made exploring the city a breeze, and I can’t wait to return to ramada murree on my next visit. Highly recommended!

A very pleasant stay all-round. The entirety of what I personally witnessed during my stay at hotel Nova, from the room and ensuite, to the lobby and 5th floor breakfast area was that it was impeccably clean, and as for the overall design, it was certainly to my taste, with crisp decor throughout. The room was well sized and included all the necessities, and beyond that already stipulated was the professionalism and intelligent mannerism of the owner who was very welcoming. As such I would of course recommend this hotel to all those seeking a comfortable stay in Lahore.

The room service and laundry were really efficient. Although they have some run down older rooms, there are also large beautiful rooms available with hairdryer and wardrobe. The air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was decent. The downside was no hot water.

Sarapan pagi rata-rata, hotel di lokasi yang baik, menghadap zoo, saya sangat berpuas hati dengannya, sekurang-kurangnya di sini di Pakistan, hotel ini bagus. Ia agak mahal, dan hotel yang menyukai Islamabad kelihatan lebih selesa. Ada periuk panas! ! ! ! Secara keseluruhannya saya berpuas hati😃

Located in the area of Johar town and It was a nice hotel and great hospitality. It's very convenient for transportation and it has many restaurants and mini markets around it . Easily accessible from airport and Daewoo bus stand.
