We only stayed 1 night, but it was clean and comfortable, in a good location, with parking and the breakfast has lots to choose from. It also had a bar and restaurant which we didn't go to but looked very inviting.

Actually, I wanted to live near Estrela Forest Park. The result was that Estrela was misled here because of the hotel name. It was far from the forest park. It took more than 2 hours to drive over a mountain from the foot of the mountain. It’s still an hour to drive, it’s too unreliable. And the room is very cold, the heating is not good and the sound is very loud, the bed is hard, the breakfast is very simple, completely fooled, absolutely not recommended!

After Gym Hotel races behaviour, the police led us to this hotel and it was a great place to stay. Our other commitments didnt provide the opportunity to extend our stay. The employees were friendly and helpful. We promised to visit the ancient city again.

Localização muito boa para quem pretende silêncio total. Recepcionista muito simpática, atenciosa e prestável. Bom pequeno almoço. Quarto espaçoso e bem decorado. Com estacionamento privado.

A estadia teve pontos bastante positivos. O pequeno-almoço destacou-se pela boa qualidade dos produtos, assim como a decoração dos espaços comuns, muito agradável. O ambiente geral é quentinho e acolhedor. O spa foi uma ótima surpresa: pouca gente e a água da piscina à temperatura perfeita, o que tornou a experiência muito relaxante. O colchão também era confortável.
Como ponto negativo, o quarto onde ficámos acabou por ser dececionante e, provavelmente, dos piores disponíveis. O lavatório estava no próprio quarto e o espelho tinha pouca iluminação, o que dificultava maquilhar-me. Além disso, o quarto ficava mesmo ao lado do elevador, o que causava bastante ruído. Para completar, havia várias luzes acesas durante a noite (saídas de emergência e o piscar do alarme de incêndio), o que torna o quarto pouco indicado para pessoas sensíveis à luz na hora de dormir.

Easy and free parking at the back, with entrance on the 7th floor of the hotel, close to the fire department parking lot.
Cozy room, spacious bathroom and everything clean (some wear and tear but nothing that compromises).
Very good breakfast which ends up being a strong point.

CCaGirlVery nice hotel, we only stayed overnight but it was perfect; clean, quiet, and a pretty big room, and we had a nice view out the back. They had a restaurant in the hotel but we walked into town instead, but the breakfast was good, lots to choose from and the staff was very accommodating.

GGuest UserA vista do hotel é deslumbrante, proporcionando uma experiência única aos hóspedes. O atendimento, tanto na receção quanto no restaurante, destaca-se pela simpatia e profissionalismo da equipa.
No entanto, um ponto a melhorar é a qualidade do Wi-Fi, que apresentou falhas frequentes de conexão.
A gastronomia do restaurante é de excelente qualidade, com destaque para a sobremesa de pudim de castanhas e a carne T-bone, ambas altamente recomendadas. Além disso, a área de lazer adjacente ao restaurante é extremamente acolhedora, equipada com lareiras que proporcionam um ambiente agradável. No entanto, foi notado que as lareiras estiveram acessas apenas no primeiro dia da estadia, sendo que nos dias seguintes, apesar do frio mais intenso, o ambiente permaneceu confortável devido ao ar condicionado.
Por fim, uma sugestão de melhoria seria aumentar a temperatura da piscina aquecida, tornando a experiência ainda mais agradável para os hóspedes.

GGuest UserThe spa is absolutely amazing, one of the most beautiful I have ever been to. In addition, the facilities are very well maintained. Since the location is on a mountain, it is a bit cumbersome to get to, but no problem with GPS.
