Every time I come to this hotel on business, the front desk speaks English, and it is also very close to the riverside park. It takes ten minutes to walk. The most attractive thing about the hotel is that the breakfast is great, the breakfast is rich in variety and caviar.

Hotel is good, room was in the white body, two rooms, big bed, sofa, two TVs, two bathrooms, there is even a dressing room, kitchen with bar counter, dishes, microwave. There is a large swimming pool, a cinema. Everything would be great if not a couple but. The room on the 1st floor was, the floors were ice, the TVs were raising strongly, both. In the pool it was time to make repairs and sauna didn't work, in the cinema there was a class film, but the sound so adjusted that words at all were not heard, only bases, it was necessary to guess what they were saying. I think these nuances can be corrected if the management pays attention. Breakfast is good.

I want to point out the noisy operation of the bathroom fan, in principle it will not turn off, so you will have to fall asleep under the noise measured by the fan. We stayed in the hotel for 2 days, and for some reason, the maid didn't change the towels, just got them wet. Restricted access to the refrigerator: the cabinet door opens to one side and the refrigerator door opens to the other side. It turns out that this is a complete task, even though the weight of the refrigerator door only takes a few minutes. In the hot spring bath, there are two pots of water without a lid, which are convenient for visitors to visit. When the administrator sprays the fungicide on the ground and drips a drop of the fungicide, it is very interesting to watch. In general, in my opinion, this hotel does not meet the international standards of the Holiday Inn hotel chain, so it needs to be improved. Although it is considered one of the best in Samara.

Есть парковка. Номер хороший, в целом чисто(но паутина имеется, в кружках пыль). Кровати, подушки удобные, чистые. Одноразовые умывальные принадлежности есть. В их кафе не ходили. За 2200 руб/ сутки - хороший вариант . 4 из 5

Спасибо, огромное всему персоналу отеля и Директору! Приезжали на 2 дня в командировку, нужна была локация у ТЦ” Парк Хаус”. Жили в номере стандарт, ве прекрасно. И завтраки, и ужины и доброжелательность и безопасность и чистота!!! А картины Адама и Евы нас просто сразили) Всех благ, вам!

Хороший отель за свои деньги! Останавливаюсь второй раз! Все ок! Если еще буду в Самаре, то остановлюсь снова!
