The hotel is beautiful, the service is ok. The beach isn't good, but the pools compensate. The restaurants are amazing, very very good! The bed and the pillows made me suffer the 2 nights!! Tried to relief the pain in the tube, but there was no hot water in it, only in the shower. Went to the spa, very good service and massage! If you are looking for a nice pool, good drinks, a very good spa and amazing food, is a place to go. But bring your pillow!!

excelent hotel, but the wifi signal is so bad in all rooms. the daily activities are very good and professional, the restaurant services are very good, the food is fresh and with variety. the pool and bar are very good specially with the licour you can ask and enjoy differents types of beer whisky, etc

Las instalaciones deben actualizarlas. No contamos con lámpara de noche, y tampoco secador de cabello, el que tuvimos que solicitarlo. Algunas baldosas del balcón estaban quebradas y el piso de la ducha manchado. El personal muy amable, la comida buena, sin embargo sólo pudimos acceder al bufet no logramos visitar otros restaurantes. Las piscinas, playa excelente. Los salvavidas muy pendientes y colaboradores.

The hotel has a lot of potential but unfortunately should not be hosting guests at this time. It is so rundown, the bathrooms the doors the handles the closets. I'm just going to mention the basic necessities that weren't up to standard to any hotel. All my children did not receive blankets until the end of our stay. Cleaning service will take out towels without replacement. No running hot water had to take showers literally by the sink. My elderly mother's room had puddles of water and mold. They were worried about slipping and falling the whole stay. They would not switch us out to another room. Front desk was polite but never gave consistent true answers and just kept stringing us on.
