HHoustonianI don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.

MMTMSThe hotel room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, the space is suitable, and the price-performance ratio is high. It is very good. It is just that the amount of water in the bathroom is small. It would be better if it can be improved.

GGiovanniBThe place is clean and nice, the only issue was about the gym and the pool services. They don’t specify anywhere that these services are available only in the afternoon for men. Unfortunately the pool has no sunlight in the afternoon and the gym was perfect for a morning session but I wasn’t allowed to use it. These were the only reasons why I choose this hotel and it’s been a pity to don’t have the possibility to use them. The breakfast was ok.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, providing easy access to major attractions and transport. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff's service was outstanding, always attentive and helpful. The facilities were generally good, though a few amenities could use some updates. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The food was delightful, adding to the overall excellent experience.

LLonghanThe hotel is very grand and the service is very thoughtful. The service of foreign hotels is really good. It is not very close to the airport, but the airport in Dammam is in the suburbs. The hotel is not in the city center.

MMaha AlshihaThis hotel was the best choice to stay during our visit and even though I had some comments Mr. Abbas and a receptionist were very accommodating and positive and promised I’d have a better stay next time .. they serve Saudi coffee, dates , juice and water in the lobby and the staff are friendly .. I kept ordering delivery and they kept bringing the orders to our room every time .. thank you it was a good stay and I’ll be back

ZZhao LupengThe room was spotless and well-equipped. Breakfast was also very good. It's conveniently located close to the train station. Good value for money too. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Dammam.
