Booked Novotel Saudi Arabia Dammam Business Park on Ctrip, the experience was beyond expectation! The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation. The room is spacious and bright, with modern and simple decoration, complete facilities, soft and comfortable bedding, a good night's sleep. The staff is warm and friendly, the service is meticulous and thoughtful, and there is no barrier to communication. The restaurant has a rich menu, combining local characteristics with international flavors, and the taste is amazing. Whether it is business or travel, it is an excellent choice. Next time I come to Saudi Arabia, I will choose here without hesitation!

The room is very good, the sanitation is very good, the lobby is very spacious

The breakfast is rich and hygienic, the transportation is convenient, the service is ecologically warm, and you can choose for business trips. It is a 40-minute drive from Dammam International Airport and surrounded by large supermarkets.

I don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.

Every time I go to this hotel, I can often upgrade to a suite, very comfortable

From check in to check out, the hotel staff whom I associated were very friendly. Services were efficient. The pool table was great game for the guests and the small coffee place with lots of space for private meetings was conducive.

The hotel is good, the room is very large and the breakfast is very good. The price is a bit high. It is the peak tourist season. There are not many guests in the hotel, but the price is still very high.

Great location and extraordinary breakfast , recommended .
