This hotel was the best choice to stay during our visit and even though I had some comments Mr. Abbas and a receptionist were very accommodating and positive and promised I’d have a better stay next time .. they serve Saudi coffee, dates , juice and water in the lobby and the staff are friendly .. I kept ordering delivery and they kept bringing the orders to our room every time .. thank you it was a good stay and I’ll be back
Bilik yang ditempah buat *****tara waktu. Setibanya di kaunter penyambut tetamu, keesokan harinya sudah pukul enam pagi. Tetapi sikap pelayan itu masih sangat baik. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah meja depan tidak lagi mempunyai harga yang baik pada masa itu, dan ia jauh lebih mahal daripada Ctrip. Kemudian saya menempahnya di Ctrip dan ia cukup bagus.

such amazing hotel and service, the only comment that we have a corporate meeting that coordinated between the hotel and our company . and we have extra guest so it was so stressing that they asked to pay for the extras on time where sometimes we dont have enough cash or limits in our personal credit card they must have away to get preautherization or online payments to facilitate this process specially we are at the weekend.
”The hotel is a bit far from the airport, and the check-in process was very slow. The front desk staff asked me to pay an additional fee even though I had already paid via Trip.com. I explained this, but they still made me wait while they checked and asked to see my booking documents. Not impress this hotel service.
HHoustonianI don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.
MMTMSThe hotel room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, the space is suitable, and the price-performance ratio is high. It is very good. It is just that the amount of water in the bathroom is small. It would be better if it can be improved.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, providing easy access to major attractions and transport. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff's service was outstanding, always attentive and helpful. The facilities were generally good, though a few amenities could use some updates. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The food was delightful, adding to the overall excellent experience.
GGuest UserThe hotel is good overall, but I feel that Ctrip still has no initiative for overseas hotels. I booked three nights, but my schedule changed and I wanted to cancel one night in advance. I went to the hotel front desk and the hotel told me that I could cancel and they would refund the price of the remaining two nights. But Ctrip said that I could not refund and I was not able to get a refund. So it may be more convenient to book overseas hotels on the official website.
