Very Nice place, the location is near to Cenomi Mal, Lu Lu. The room is spacious and clean.

일단 수압이 너무 약해서 변기물이 잘 안내려가고 샤워기는 잘 나와요. 외국인들을 위한 콘센트가 없이 사우디 것만 가지고 있어서 외국인이 이용하기는 불편하고 프론트에 콘센트가 배치되어있지 않아요. 105호에 묵었는데 전화기가 고장 났고 청소기 안되어있어서 샤워타월에 아주아주 긴 머리카락 붙어잇고 비누 땡 스티커 화장실 문뒤에 있었고 냉장고에 음식 얼룩있었고 거실 티비 앞에 어떤 스티커 붙어있었습니다. 핸드폰 충전때문에 사우디 스타일 차져를 요청 했지만 받아드려지지 않았고 물이 좀 더러웟지만 프라이빗한 비치라 좋았습니다. 직원들은 친절한데 외국인이 이용하기게 편리하지는 않은 리조트예요. 수영장 물에 가래가 떠다녔고 바닷물에 비닐봉지 날라다닙니다. 그래도 지낼만 했어요 위치가 좋앗고 직원들 사비스 좋앗고 뷰가 좋았습니다.

Quiet Location is good for business travelers Spacious rooms

It was a wonderful two nights to stay here because atmosphere was a great and beautiful building. I highly recommend it to stay here.

Bilik yang ditempah buat *****tara waktu. Setibanya di kaunter penyambut tetamu, keesokan harinya sudah pukul enam pagi. Tetapi sikap pelayan itu masih sangat baik. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah meja depan tidak lagi mempunyai harga yang baik pada masa itu, dan ia jauh lebih mahal daripada Ctrip. Kemudian saya menempahnya di Ctrip dan ia cukup bagus.

Good for money. Reasoble price witg breakfast. The location is good. Everything near you. You can walk around cafes and restaurants. Plenty of parking lot near the hotel entrance.

such amazing hotel and service, the only comment that we have a corporate meeting that coordinated between the hotel and our company . and we have extra guest so it was so stressing that they asked to pay for the extras on time where sometimes we dont have enough cash or limits in our personal credit card they must have away to get preautherization or online payments to facilitate this process specially we are at the weekend. 

I don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.

前台服務很棒，特別是大叔，看到我們滿頭大汗，先來個涼濕巾紙，再配一杯橘汁，特別舒服、清爽。早餐很棒，食物很多。
