The room was large with a large bathroom, modern design and furniture. The large balcony has a wonderful view of Kuşadası and the bay. Super clean with tea and coffee making facilities and a refrigerator. TV has Turkish TV world news in English. The breakfast is unbelievable in quality and quantity, buffet style with homemade jams and proper local butter. This is a family run hotel with the most amazing friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I was staying in March so didn’t get to use the swimming pool.
There is free parking and it’s 5 minutes walk to the harbor and town.
Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Avangarde Ilayda! Everything was perfect—the location, service, and especially our room, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and truly amazing. It felt luxurious and comfortable in every way.
However, the only downside was that there was no shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser. I requested it from the reception multiple times, but unfortunately, they kept forgetting to bring it, which was a bit disappointing. 🥲
Aside from that small hiccup, everything else exceeded our expectations. Would still recommend the hotel and would love to come back!

Room was very comfortable and the marina view is perfect for enjoying both sunrise and sunset. The staff were amazing – extremely polite and helpful. We didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast, but other guests mentioned it was very good. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the beach, taxi stand, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, and coffee shops.
The only downside was the WiFi, which was quite poor. However, we shared our feedback and the team received it positively.
Thank you so much, DoubleTree – we look forward to staying again next time!

Very good vacation hotel in Kusadasi, with good sea view overseeing the Aegean Sea. Good restaurant for breakfast and viewing the sunset prior to having a decent dinner. Also facilitating a nice spa with Turkish bath and massage. Staff are all hospitable. Good hotel to stay in Kusadasi.

First, I must mention the lack of cleanliness at the hotel. My bed, in room 301 was infested with bed bugs, and could not sleep most nights due to being bitten all night long. The carpet in the corridors, which wasn’t even gotten properly, was filthy.

Приличный отель, расположен в пешей доступности от многих ресторанов, но несколько на отшибе.
Чистота, удобства, завтрак - на высоком уровне.
При этом:
- нет своей парковки,
- мы приехали около 9 вечера и хотели поужинать в отеле, так как устали от долгой дороги. В ресторане отеля нам отказали, т.к. они уже закрылись (хотя часы работы ресторана заявлены до глубокой ночи). По просьбе девушки с ресепшн нам подали ужин в баре, но это выглядело как одолжение,
- мы приехали на день рождения супруги. Мало того, что отель никак это не отметил, даже простым поздравлением, так ещё и вазы для цветов не нашли. Предложили для букета пивной бокал. Впервые такое.
В общем, для 5 звёзд слабо.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gehobenem Standard.
Alles war top: saubere und moderne Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten, ein toller Spa-Bereich und ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück.
Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Много ресторанов и магазинов.
Тихо спать , много иностранных пенсионеров.
Завтрак скудный.
Холодильник в номере не работал.
Чайник был,а стаканчиков, чайных пакетиков и воды не было.
В ванной свет темный, ничего не видно.
Душ нужно исправить, неправильно сделан, мыться неудобно.
Цена недорогая.

AAbujiuhaobangbangThis is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and is located close to the beach. It has both an outdoor and indoor pool. The Turkish bath also has private rooms.
There's a highly-rated seafood restaurant at the hotel entrance, but it's quite expensive. There's also a Western restaurant on the first floor, which is reasonably priced.
For fish, I recommend heading to the beach, where there are many good value restaurants.
PS: Booking through Ctrip is at least 250 RMB cheaper than booking in person. It's incredible!

Amazing
RR.ZhangWe went to Ephesus during the day and booked this hotel for the evening. It is 23 mins drive from Ephesus. After checking out the hotel and surroundings, I wish we had booked here for longer.
The hotel is across the road from the sea. There are plenty of nice restaurants around. Highly recommend Bottarga restaurant, it is 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel has a really nice roof top swimming pool !!! The view is amazing from the roof top. You can see multiple landmarks from Kuşadası at here.
The room is really clean and the staff is helpful. The hotel has its own parking lot, we just drive the car to the front of the building and the staff will park it into the parking lot.
There two things could be better though:
* Breakfast, the options are a bit limited.
* Balcony: the room we stayed in does not have a real balcony, but it has a small outdoor space to dry the clothes. However, the drying cord was missing. So we had to dry the swimsuit in the bathroom instead.
In the evening, we take a walk along the sea after diner, there was a live music festival. We love the lively feel here.

Ooz_hurricaneLet me start with some positives - First the staff are friendly and attentive. The beach area is great with a nice bar. The location is easy to find opposite the Zeus cave entrance, and has a dolmus (minibus) that goes to kusadasi ever 30-40mins (cost 46tl (2024)). The cake selection is good as well, they may have someone who specialises in desserts on site.
The negatives
- The drink sizes are tiny, seriously tiny small plastic cups which I understand is to reduce wastage but as a guest I don't want to visit the bar area 2-3 times to quench my thirst. Note beer sizes appear decent so if you don't drink alcohol don't bother with here.
- food wish alot the dishes are the same day in day out, I liked a few but still variety keeps customers happy.
- entertainment is focused couples and the same thing over and over so lack variety here too. The staff truly do try.
Overall I had more expectations, the hotel most probably needs better management as the staff appear eager to help.

GGuest UserBreakfast was basic, which is worse if you don't come early, there will be some food because they are not supplemented. The dirty plates were not taken. Little things for warmth: soup, fries, hard eggs and spinach that. We asked for omley 2x because each servant was probably made of one egg.
Parking in front of the hotel, no problem, but it is out of season. Wifi -OK. Air conditioning heated correctly, floor in the room with glaze, so it was cold for a long time.
Restaurant on 5th floor - a good view of the area!

TtomaSophieThe service is unbelievable for a 2-star hotel. I got an experience that was worth more than the price.
When I looked at the map, I thought I had to walk up to a high point, but I actually took the elevator down to the clock tower.
The staff were very friendly and called me a taxi to the bus stop on the way back. The taxi driver was also super friendly and made my stay in Kusadasi wonderful.
The view from the room was amazing, and I could smoke on the balcony, so as a non-smoker, I had to close the window and rest at certain times, but that's normal in Turkey. lol
The breakfast was also delicious and I had seconds!
I'd definitely like to use it again when I come to Kusadasi.

Die Preiskalkulation empfinde ich als etwas ungewöhnlich, da man immer pro Person berechnet wird. An sich ist es ok, Jedoch sehr benachteiligtend für Familien mit Kindern.
Ich hätte für mein 12 jähriges Kind den vollen Erwachsenen Preis in meinem Zimmer zahlen müssen, wäre er mitgekommen.
Die Zimmer sind wirklich gut. Klimaanlagen funktionieren einwandfrei, wie auch die Fernseher. Ebenso gutes WLAN.
Duschen sind Glückssache, aber die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Der Pool ist ganz schön.
Das Frühstück ist üppig und es ist für jeden etwas dabei.
Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen, wenn ich alleine reise. Mit Kind würde ich mich wohl für eine andere Option entscheiden.

Room was ok, with no view. We could see from the room a garbage truck on the street as the room was on ground floor.
Requested for the room with sea view if it is available. The person at the reception told that rooms are available with sea view, but you have to pay £50 per night extra.
Breakfast ok, not much variety. Charging extra for fresh orange juice, which is again ridiculous for a 5-star hotel.

GGuest UserChecked in at dusk, and was shocked by the sunset over the sea outside the floor-to-ceiling balcony as soon as I entered the door. Very beautiful sea view. The hotel service is good and the facilities are complete. There are kettles, toothbrushes, etc. The room is large and the bedding is comfortable. It is the most satisfactory hotel in the four-day trip to Türkiye.

Aairyyan4636The hotel is very new, some of the new location is still being renovated, the location is on the mountain, the sea view can be overlooked, and the neighborhood is not lively. The pool and spa are very good, the horse killing chicken is also very comfortable (75 euros an hour), the room is not big, the facilities are relatively new and clean, that is, the level of the whole season, enough.
