The hotel is located beautiful, the rooms are very large and clean. I don't think it is just the hotel's parking fee.

For the price we paid it was great :) receptionist was great and upgraded us! The only thing I’d say is cleaners do not clean the carpet so lord knows when it’s been last hoovered. Defo recommend

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

My only dissapointment was that I didn't book longer. Originally I booked two other hotels for 4 nights before moving here for my final night in Beirut. All were almost equally priced, however, the difference in standards was vast. Napoleon hotel was by far the best. The reception staff were the most professional, well-mannered, efficient and best dressed. The room was the largest by far, including the bed, and had more amenities and newer appliances. The bathroom seemed almost new and was very large, and a bonus addition was the 8th floor balcony. I have no complaints, the only less notbale features were the broken hairdryer, the water taking around 5 minutes to heat and the wifi was a little slow, however, even with these small issues, it was by far the best hotel for the price paid that I stayed at in Lebanon, and I can thoroughly recommend it to all.

Benefits: The hotel room is large with a small balcony, the sea view is great, and the breakfast can be seen on the top floor. Disadvantages: 1. Book one month in advance and write an email to the hotel to book the airport pick-up service. After the arrival, I can't find the car. After I went to the hotel, I asked if I didn't even apologize. I said, ”Oh, the colleague who may have promised you forgot. ”. 2. The hotel is not allowed to bring water and food, and no kettle is provided. You can only drink mineral water from the small bar in the room. The cheapest one is a 2000LL bottle. 3. The hotel buffet breakfast is from 6 am to 11 am, but it is basically cold cuts, there is almost no hot food, and there are not many styles. 4. There is a seafood restaurant opposite the hotel, which will be open to the public. At 8/9 in the evening, the music was loud and loud until the early hours of the morning. The music and the crowd cheered only louder and louder, and could not sleep at all. 5. Although it is a bit old, it is very good overall. There is free bottled water and a small balcony. You can see the Mediterranean Sea from the high floors. The hotel can help you book a shuttle bus to the airport. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to the airport.

It was nice experience. I enjoyed the swimming pool and the facility was clean and well managed.

Add some from the last review After breakfast on the morning of leaving the store, the lady at the front desk of the restaurant asked me to fill out a questionnaire. I was not satisfied with the type of food. She asked me to fill in the specific point. What I wanted to eat, I wrote fried rice and fried noodles. She said that she could tell them to cook it in the kitchen. This really surprised me, the service is really good. But next time One more thing, in Lebanon, you don't have to exchange Lebanese pounds, because there is almost no place to collect dollars, and the exchange rate is more cost-effective than the exchange point. Strangely enough, in Lebanon, Uber drivers often ask for a price increase outside the system price, and I would rather re-hire and refuse, but sometimes it is not good to take a taxi and have to accept a price increase.
