We were extremely pleased with our stay at the Maritimo Hotel. The hotel is four-star, located on the main road, and its proximity to the airport makes it very easy to get around. The open-air restaurant downstairs is a great advantage. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The breakfast room was spacious, and the breakfast selection was quite rich and delicious. In addition to all these positive aspects, the attentiveness and friendly demeanor of Mr. Sina at the reception made our stay even more enjoyable. He is an extremely polite, helpful, and attentive employee. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel in terms of cleanliness, comfort, location, and service quality. It has become one of our preferred choices for future stays.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. The stay was wonderful, Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport.. It came out that it was part of the fun The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows.. However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes, The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components.. Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming Definitely will stay there again

It's nice, but the problem is the room service. I called the reception to ask them to clean the room, and they said that the room service hours had ended. Of course, I called them in the afternoon.

Very nice and conveniently located to the centre of markets and shopping. I was very disappointed in the breakfast - unimaginative and very limiting. Instant coffee - no Turkish or decent coffee. In the restaurant a family was having a loud Skype session with their young child. No other patrons were considered and the waiter did nothing to quiten this intrusive communication. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Rooms have a few bad knocks from travellers coming and going.

The room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

The hotel is situated near the central park and street. The hotel corresponds its price. If you need some place to sleep, take a shower and discover Trabzon it's quite a good option.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Every detail was handled with care, and the service was prompt, friendly, and professional. I truly felt valued as a guest—highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for outstanding hospitality!

Housekeeping is not good, service only by demand. Meals are average, there were a hair in the dishes, we showed them, but they didn't react. Eventually we would be better and reasonable get breakfast outside. You can a full breakfast for the less fee in local Cafe (Uc Kale) just under the pedestrian passage.

The hotel rooms are great. We had almost a whole apartment) the location is not so good - you can't walk to the water, Migros is far away. You can get to the beach by your own transport) the prices in the hotel restaurant are more expensive than everywhere else, well, that goes without saying. We stayed here for one night to lie around in a beautiful room - it worked out. The pool, by the way, wasn't working(
