Hotel Dengan Bar di Trabzon Province, Türkiye

Maritimo Hotel’de konaklamamızdan son derece memnun kaldık. Otel dört yıldızlı, ana yol üzerinde yer alıyor ve havaalanına oldukça yakın olması sayesinde ulaşımı çok kolay. Alt katta açık restoranının bulunması büyük bir avantaj. Odalar temiz, düzenli ve bakımlıydı. Kahvaltı salonu ferah, kahvaltı çeşitleri ise oldukça zengin ve lezzetliydi. Tüm bu güzel özelliklerin yanında, resepsiyonda görevli Sina Bey’in ilgisi ve güler yüzü konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Kendisi son derece kibar, yardımsever ve misafirlerle yakından ilgilenen bir personel. Genel olarak temizlik, konfor, konum ve hizmet kalitesi açısından gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. Tekrar tercih edeceğimiz yerlerden biri oldu.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Every detail was handled with care, and the service was prompt, friendly, and professional. I truly felt valued as a guest—highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for outstanding hospitality!

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Ailemle sehayat için burda konakladık .Hekim olarak önemli kriterlerimi karşıladı.(Temizlik,hijyen vs) En çok dikkatimi çeken ise otelin çalışanlarinin fazla ilgili olmasiydi.Tesekkurler.Memnun kalmalari icin dört döndüler.Ayrica bir aile oteli olmasi da avantajdi.Guvenli bir şekilde aile ile konaklanabilir.Kahvalti da ***et yeterli ve yerindeydi iyiydi.

Trabzon 明顯感覺像是國內的地級市，在這種地方，酒店有這樣的衞生和服務已經是非常滿意了。各方面都不錯，唯一缺點是當室外温度低時，酒店會統一關閉冷氣，儘管室內其實還是比較悶熱。

Отель находится недалеко до Трабзона (на авто). Номер был с видом на море, очень тихое утро с пением птиц👍завтраки хорошие, есть парковка для машины.

The room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

Mein Urlaub war sehr angenehm und erholsam. Besonders die schöne Aussicht hat jeden Tag zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut gepflegt, was für viel Komfort gesorgt hat. Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal hat den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet.
