The location of the hotel and the room view were very good, but the cleanliness of the rooms and the replenishment of toiletries needed more attention, and we should have reminded them to take care of this. Also, the breakfast menu was quite ordinary.

Let me start with some positives - First the staff are friendly and attentive. The beach area is great with a nice bar. The location is easy to find opposite the Zeus cave entrance, and has a dolmus (minibus) that goes to kusadasi ever 30-40mins (cost 46tl (2024)). The cake selection is good as well, they may have someone who specialises in desserts on site. The negatives - The drink sizes are tiny, seriously tiny small plastic cups which I understand is to reduce wastage but as a guest I don't want to visit the bar area 2-3 times to quench my thirst. Note beer sizes appear decent so if you don't drink alcohol don't bother with here. - food wish alot the dishes are the same day in day out, I liked a few but still variety keeps customers happy. - entertainment is focused couples and the same thing over and over so lack variety here too. The staff truly do try. Overall I had more expectations, the hotel most probably needs better management as the staff appear eager to help.

One of the best hotels that we have stayed in. I really wished I had booked the sea facing room as the property has great balcony space for people to enjoy. The lounge is awesome and they have happy hours twice in a day. It's also close to first part of the markets with many restaurants easily accessible by foot. There is also an awesome Gym with a beautiful Hamam. We enjoyed the Hamam space that is so beautifully done. The breakfast spread is humongous and they have multiple fresh hot counters. They also have Starbucks onsite. I would come back for sure

Checked in at dusk, and was shocked by the sunset over the sea outside the floor-to-ceiling balcony as soon as I entered the door. Very beautiful sea view. The hotel service is good and the facilities are complete. There are kettles, toothbrushes, etc. The room is large and the bedding is comfortable. It is the most satisfactory hotel in the four-day trip to Türkiye.

A great location, to Ladies beach walking 15 minutes, side of the noisy city center. The hotel is beautiful and clean, all as in the photo, delicious breakfasts. We all really liked it, the only one - it would be good if more drinks were added to breakfast, and then there only tea and water

Quality hotel. Especially for the price we got at the time of booking its totally worth it with room, food, thermal pool etc. Only sadly the indoor pools and gym were closed for renovation or so when we were there. Location could be better but they have a really nice private beach reachable via shuttle bus .

Very comfortable. Honeymoon by car, is the exploration of maps and Baidu maps are not allowed, around a large circle to the top of the mountain and found back around. The room is small, there is a safe, the hotel is beautiful, the morning is full, it is also very delicious, but unfortunately not suitable for the people.

From the moment you check in, you'll realize you've made the right choice thanks to the warm welcome from Banu Hanım and her team. The materials used in the rooms are top-quality, and the hotel consistently prioritizes quality and customer satisfaction at every turn. The staff are also highly professional. I wholeheartedly recommend it for an almost perfect experience.

First, I must mention the lack of cleanliness at the hotel.  My bed, in room 301 was infested with bed bugs, and could not sleep most nights due to being bitten all night long.  The carpet in the corridors, which wasn’t even gotten properly, was filthy.

Very pleasant hotel as we passed through Aydin for the night. Comfortable bed and helpful friendly staff. Decent breakfast but very bread heavy.
