Great location (Applebee's right next door!). It was very clean -- that's not something I can say for most hotels post pandemic. Breakfast was good and the hotel was easy to navigate. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back on Aquidneck Island.

設施：常規四星級酒店設施，感覺比國內的萬麗要好，酒店設施不算新，風格有點像國內麗思卡爾頓，但維護的較好。房間也很大。我們住的最高樓層，視野也不錯。
衞生：房間很乾凈。
環境：酒店地理位置很好，就在州政府辦公廳這裏，旁邊是個大商場，商場的停車庫停一整夜20美金，價格也能接受，整潔安全。住在這裏吃飯方便。商場一樓的cheese factory營業到晚上十點多，晚到的朋友不怕沒飯吃。不帶早餐的話也可以去商場一樓的麪包店吃早飯，選擇多樣也不貴。
服務：前台服務態度好，笑臉相迎，沒感受到什麼歧視。

Great trip, close to ” mansions” and Newport music festival...Staff was very helpful, kind. Room was clean. Plenty of parking.

Our access to Internet was non existent for one day...as, apparently, bad weather plays havoc on Internet/ wifi. Also wish they had more options for breakfast....I may have overlooked, but do they have a brochure re local restaurants/ activities. We were there for brothers birthday and concert so additional activities were not a requisite.
We' d stay there again but further discuss the ” upcharge” for ” stuff” we were either not going to use .

This “boutique” hotel was NOT inexpensive. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the building itself lacked everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was so dark it was impossible to read.
There was no room for two people to place toiletries in the bathroom. There was no closet or dresser, so if one is staying for more than one night it would be difficult to store clothing. There were exactly two hooks on the wall and four hangers!
Worst of all….. the mattress was so uncomfortably soft that my husband slept sitting up on a hard chair.
Perhaps some would find this hotel charming, ……not us.

從紐約開車到羅德島訪校，入住Aloft。接待小哥很熱情，提醒早上有免費咖啡👍。房間乾淨寬敞，處處充滿設計感。可以選擇酒店35美金的代客泊車或者選擇自己停在旁邊停車場（附近很多停車場20美金左右）。到羅德島藝術學院和布朗都是步行距離。附近吃飯的地方不多，晚上會有些不便，但白天可以步行到downtown覓食。推薦！

GGuest UserI am how genuinely happy my recent stay was at The Loom. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful, welcoming, and exceptionally well-run.
Check-in was smooth and professional, and the front desk team immediately set the tone—warm, efficient, and genuinely hospitable. After a long day of travel, it was refreshing to be greeted by people who clearly care about guest experience. Throughout my stay, every interaction felt consistent: friendly, attentive, and proactive without being intrusive. Whether it was a quick question, a request, or simply passing staff in the hallway, the level of professionalism and kindness was noticeable. It’s rare to see that kind of consistency across an entire team, and it made the stay feel effortless.
My room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The bed and linens were excellent, and I slept better than I expected. I also appreciated the small details—well-maintained amenities, a clean bathroom, strong water pressure, and a layout that felt functional and relaxing. It’s clear that housekeeping takes pride in their work.Fully maintained and had a calm, polished feel. Common areas were clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere felt both upscale and comfortable. I also appreciated how safe and organized everything felt, especially during busy periods. The breakfast/restaurant experience was excellent—fresh, well-presented, and a great start to the day. The service was just as strong as the rest of the property.The location was also a major plus—convenient and easy to navigate, with everything I needed close by. It made the entire trip smoother.
Overall, this was one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for delivering a stay that felt genuinely high-quality from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be returning the next time I’m in Providence

The breakfast package is selected, the production is exquisite and delicious, and the parking is convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Brown and can be reached on foot. The surrounding environment is safe and clean. It is very comfortable to take a walk. There are many supermarkets and restaurants next to it. Starbucks is on the second floor! The hotel has free coffee in the lobby in the morning, which tastes good!

GGuest UserA friend and I stayed at the Newport Harbor and Marina Hotel.
We choose a room overlooking the water and marina.
What a beautiful view. Really helped with the Winter Blues.
The location is awesome, so close to tons of shops, restaurants, and easy walking.
The pool was so refreshing.
Wish the restaurant and lounge was open for dinner, but hopefully that will change in the near future.
All in all, would definitely go here again.

叶叶Let's talk about the highlights first. The hotel provides a shuttle to the city. Although it is very close, it is inconvenient to park by yourself. The hotel driver is very friendly and the recommended Hemingway restaurant is very good
When checking in, the hotel repeatedly charged the room fee. When checking out, I found out and negotiated but never returned it. After that, I contacted Ctrip to deal with it and gave Ctrip a thumbs up.

GGuest UserI stayed in this hotel with my children for 2 weeks. The room was large and new, without any decoration smell. The kitchen facilities were complete, the sound insulation was good, the breakfast was affordable, the hotel was cleaned every other day, the gym and laundry room were complete, and it was a pet-friendly hotel. I saw many tourists with dogs. The shopping mall and the station next to it were not far away and could be reached on foot. I will book here again next time.
