The hotel was in the best location downtown. I was able to easily find street parking next to the hotel with the city meter. I stayed Sunday and parking was free but the main entrance was locked due to construction I believe. My only “complaint” is having to access the room via another hotel, but it was manageable. I was able to walk to popular spots like 6th street in minutes and walked to the Moody Center for a concert. There were many places to visit nearby with many attractions nearby. Overall great hotel!

Extremely friendly service. Clean rooms. I was nervous about staying near a busy area, but it was pretty quiet. Super convenient to walk to and from rangers games. Pool was nice, and had a park area nearby to take my dog to potty. Hotel provided my dog a bag with bowls, tag, treats, and poop bags. Would love to stay here again!

Great hotel for airport layover and transfers, there are shuttle services for airport pickup and breakfast was relaxed in a quaint area.

The room was filthy microwave was disgusting bathroom sink was disgusting it reeked of smoke even tho it was a non smoking room. My husband and I was extremely disappointed an dissatisfied the headboard was disgusting it was a complete disaster a 190 bucks down the drain

Lain kali kita akan membawa anggur sendiri kerana harga alkohol terlalu banyak. Kami sarapan termasuk dalam bil hotel kami dan itu sangat berbaloi. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. 2. **Noise**: The walls were thin, and I could easily hear people talking and walking in the hallways, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Overall Experience: It might be a decent option for someone on a tight budget and just to stay for one night, but I would recommend spending a little more to stay somewhere with better facilities.

Great location especially since we spent time at museums. Room was dirty. Cleaning supplies left in room when we first entered. Went to bathroom and clump of hair left on toilet seat. This property is nice but a bit over rated I believe.

I booked this hotel because it says that this hotel does have an outdoor and heated indoor pool, but only to find out that only a small indoor pool that wasn’t even warm at all. So for us, it was a misleading information, my son is expecting for an outdoor pool for his birthday celebration here but he just got disappointed. Second is, I ask the housekeeping if she can give me a laundry bag, but she is kinda rude and says “no!”.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. Easy to get to with a car. Close to the university and to some great eating spots, like Pinkertons. Staff members were lovely, like Tank. Breakfast is good there too.
