Amazing hotel very clean and everything is new. Staff are very polite and helpful. The location is very convenient however to get to the parking lot is a bit tricky as there are no clear signs on the gate for the hotel. I had to go around a couple of times until I found the entrance. All in all a very pleasant experience and highly recommended.

We stayed for 5 nights in the X-Alp hotel during our summer holiday/honeymoon. Everything was perfect! The staff helped us to plan our daily activities and they're extremely friendly and helpful both in the reception and in the restaurant. The spa section was tastefully decorated and a perfect ending for an active day on the mountains. The breakfast wasn't so versatile, but you find every morning something to fill up your plate. The best thing in the breakfast was the cake table with several different tasty pleasures. Kiitos, kaikki oli erinomaista! :)

Personale molto cortese e disponibile, ampia scelta per la colazione e rifornito continuamente il buffet, camera adatta alle nostre esigenze, abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti, per una gita fuori porta, durante il giorno stavamo fuori e la sera si rientrava in hotel, un po' alta la temperatura del riscaldamento, ben pulita. Ubicato vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada di Rovereto Sud, a 20 minuti da Riva Del Garda e a 30 minuti da Trento.

Excellent value hotel and a great location for exploring the Italian Alps. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was clean, cozy and incredibly warm, which was appreciated given the -9 degrees outside. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast included in the price had a great variety of hot and cold food, good coffee, pastries, cakes and fresh fruit. Would gladly come back again.

Un hotel fantastico!!! Camere bellisime molto pulite e profumate, colazione perfetta c'e tutto quello che vuoi e in più il pane fatto in casa di qualsiasi tipo e gusto dal semplice bianco al pane fatto con le farine di vari ceriali di vari tipi come ceci, farro, avena, segale, riso, patate ect. E i dolcetti di qualsiasi tipo strepitosi!!! Colazione per tutti tipi di etnie! Italia, inghilterra, amirica, est dell'europa!! Super!

Very nice family hotel. We stayed in a room on the first floor. Very nice personnel and very nice breakfast. It was quiet. The room was spacious. Very nice big walk-in shower. Maybe a handlebar grab would be safer. To get to the hotel you need to turn into a cuve on the road.nit requires a bit of attention. Surely recommended

I give this hotel and its staff the highest possible rating in all categories. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights initially, in July 2022. The location is ideal--a short, tree-lined block from the train station. The property itself is elegant. The rooms are immaculate, with marble baths, large windows which open, excellent views and comfortable beds. (This became very important because of my unique circumstance described below.) The breakfast, included in the price of the room, was a sumptuous buffet of breads, pastries, sliced meats, poached eggs, yogurt, cheeses, fresh fruit and muesli. If one desires something not on the buffet such as scrambled eggs, the kitchen will serve it up in minutes. Room service delivers food on time and in ample quantities, beautifully presented. The price is very reasonable for the location, amenities and service. But the best feature of the Hotel is the staff. We came to Bolzano to participate in a hiking tour of the Dolomites. I became ill the day after our arrival, and the day we were to check out for the hiking tour. I tested positive for Covid and therefore was required to isolate for at least 7 days. (In Italy, one must isolate until they test negative.) This was the height of the summer season and rooms were scarce. Without prior notice to the staff, and with no reservation, they graciously allowed me to stay in our third floor hotel room for an additional 6 nights. They even gave my husband (who was asymptomatic and Covid negative) a separate room for the night, as he made plans to return to the US. The staff was outstanding during the rest of my stay. As I was unable to leave my room or have any in-person contact, I was completely dependent on the hotel staff. I could not have scripted a better response to every request I made of the staff, whether food, trash bags, fresh towels/sheets, etc. Before leaving, my husband thanked one of the young desk clerks for being so pleasant and attentive. Her response, in near perfect English, captured the essence of my experience. ”Covid will touch all of us”, she said. ”We are treating your wife like we would want to be treated.” This could represent the best application of the ”Golden Rule” that I have encountered. I strongly suggest you stay at the Park Hotel Laurin while in Bolzano. I hope to return one day myself, to enjoy the Hotel and the wonderful people of that city.

This was our second stay at the Adler (last time was the Balance half of the hotel). We really like this place. The rooms are rustic but roomy and good plugs availability. The view of the mountains are great. And I enjoyed the church bells going off. Wi-Fi is good but they now have a limit on devices which isn’t great. It is odd that the hotel doesn’t offer use if an iron and only offers ironing service that can take 48 hours. It seems an easy fix to offer irons and an ironing board like 99% of hotels do. The spa at the hotel is wonderful. With multiple pools and saunas. I really like the lakeside sauna as it’s got great views and the only hot hot sauna. I wish they were textile optional instead of textile free. The gym/ fitness area is great. Lots of cardio equipment, weights, a yoga room, and any equipment you need. The resident cat might be my favorite perk of the hotel. But I really enjoy the daily activity options. Great group activities and a perfect way to explore the amazing Dolomites. Breakfast is good. Mostly buffet options with pretty much anything you want - breads, eggs, pancakes, waffles, muesli, yogurt, fruit, juices, and coffee/etc to order. Dinners are tasty. I like the salad bar and the regional options. The dessert options were the most impressive. The wine list is comprehensive and includes a good variety of wines. The team is always helpful and friendly. The hike guides are great. It would be nice if they would maybe have an advanced and then a beginner option (like the ski guides). The location is perfect It’s a super short walk to two gondolas to two areas of the mountains. I Also close to many shops and restaurants. It’s a great place to enjoy the holidays and I can’t wait to go back in the summer. And of course visit the cat. 🐈‍⬛

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in early August. We can't speak well enough about the staff--kind and informative--and about the location, close to many wonderful trails and hikes. Our room was spotless and essential. Don't expect a 5* hotel, but everything you need is there. The breakfast buffet was generous and tasty. We had dinner at the hotel twice. The first time the restaurant was pretty empty, so our plates were generously refilled for free. The second time the restaurant was busy but we ate well. Food is mostly home-made and traditional. Don't expect fancy presentations or fine cuisine, but everything was fresh and tasty. Menu options are limited, but that's reasonable given that there is only one cook and she makes almost everything from scratch. Don't hesitate to ask staff for hike recommendations. We were given plenty and their adivice was excellent. We loved our stay and we would definitely come back!

Premesso che questo è un hotel residence veramente grande dove immagino la difficoltà di gestire così tanti ospiti, devo accettare con delusione che ci si sente spersonificati e svuotati nella folla e anche presi in giro soprattutto quando si arriva alla SPA (12 euro) e si apprende che l’utilizzo della vasca prevede altri soldi in gettoni..assurdo..che anche gli armadietti della piscina vogliono 1 euro, piscina sottoposta a prenotazione! Quindi insomma vuoi andare in piscina? CODE. Vuoi fare la lavatrice? CODE, una sola lavatrice per tutti! Insomma prezzi alti per quanto in alta stagione a fronte del servizio offerto. Le note positive però ci sono: ristorante con qualità colazione ottima e personale mediamente molto gentile.

Essenziale e funzionale, grande parcheggio gratuito, camera moderna e con il minimo essenziale per un breve soggiorno business. Soddisfatto.

Pintu belakang hotel ialah Tasik Garda, di mana anda boleh berenang dan luncur angin, dan terdapat sekolah luncur angin di hotel. Sarapan pagi agak banyak di Eropah, dan perkhidmatan ini selaras dengan piawaian tinggi Itali utara. Gaya bilik di bangunan baru dan bangunan lama agak berbeza. Hotel ini seperti taman yang besar, dengan reka bentuk landskap tumbuhan yang bagus. Satu-satunya masalah ialah haiwan peliharaan dibenarkan di hotel. Ramai orang tinggal bersama anjing dan mereka akan membuang air kecil di mana-mana. Walaupun individu juga menyukai anjing, mereka juga bimbang tentang kebersihan dalaman dan luaran hotel...

Abbiamo appena trascorso un weekend nella cornice del Lago di Garda e abbiamo soggiornato presso questo albergo, prenotandolo tramite un voucher Welfare. Il trattamento prevedeva pernottamento e prima colazione. La stanza era molto ampia, dotata di un balconcino, frigobar e cassetta di sicurezza. Lenzuola e asciugamani pulite. Unica pecca: l'assenza di una finestra nel bagno o di un impianto di areazione, particolare secondo me da non sottovalutare. La colazione è di tipo internazionale, è possibile trovare uova strapazzate, bacon, formaggi, pane tostato, cornetti, brioches, yogurt e marmellate di ogni tipo. Il mio consiglio è quello di utilizzare prodotti locali, a partire dai succhi di frutta. In Trentino vi sono tanti succhi naturali, (tipico quello di mela), perché utilizzare i succhi delle macchinette ultra industriali e pieni di zuccheri artificiali? Lo stesso dicasi delle confetture. A mio avviso sarebbe utile avviare delle collaborazioni con produttori locali e valorizzare i prodotti del territorio. A parte questo, comunque la colazione è molto varia. La piscina è davvero rilassante, con possibilità di poter gustare un cocktail a bordo vasca dopo una giornata intensa di passeggiate. L'hotel si trova a poca distanza dai punti turistici, come Tenno, Arco, Riva del Garda e dispone di un ampio parcheggio gratuito con cancello elettrico che si chiude alle 23 tutte le sere, (per entrare e uscire basterà usare un codice). Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura per le vostre vacanze sul Garda!

Schloss Hotel Dolomiti is centrally located in Canazei, right in the shops and a short walk to the ski lifts. An historic hotel built in 1904, the hotel and furnishings are spacious and elegant. As an Australian visiting the Dolomites for the first time the experience has been fantastic, the staff are very friendly and the food with lots of different options including traditional recipes from the local area as well as pizza I couldn’t have asked for more. The ski area is huge and very well suited to all levels of skiers. The scenery and mountains including the famous mountain known as the marmolada are jaw dropping beautiful. At the end of a day skiing, the spa including jacuzzis, saunas and steam room were very relaxing! I would highly recommend the hotel Dolomiti for your next ski trip. You will not be disappointed 😀

Hotel situato fuori dalla Ztl e a pochissima distanza da stazione e centro, posizione top! Top anche il personale che è stato davvero gentile e disponibile per tutto il soggiorno, complimenti! Venendo alla struttura, l'impressione è che viva sui fasti di un tempo lontano. Infatti, oggi necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione, soprattutto all'interno delle camere (io avevo una standard). A tal proposito, note positive sono state il letto king size e la TV (che era comprensiva di sky). Tuttavia, il letto l'ho trovato molto molto duro (magari sarà un gusto personale), la doccia in muratura, anche se grande, era poco funzionale e senza pannelli, sicché l'acqua finiva ovunque. Le mattonelle del bagno in alcune parti erano rotte, mentre in alcune zone delle pareti mancava l'intonaco. Nel complesso la pulizia mi è sembrata buona, peccato per alcuni ”particolari” come ad esempio una macchia su di una tenda e una su di una parete. Per il resto albergo un po impersonale che avrebbe bisogno, oltre che di una ristrutturazione, anche di una caratterizzazione che ricordi un po di più la splendida città che lo ospita. Va bene l'alta stagione (ponte dell'Immacolata) ma ho trovato il prezzo troppo alto per quanto offerto. 3/5

The hotel is really nice and the rooms big and well furnished, normally is also one of our favourites on the way home, however this time we were very, very disappointed!! Even if the check-in was done very professionally and the lady was very nice we had to wait until all documents were manually entered into the system. We came from 3 hour queue on the highway and honestly would have appreciated if the process would have been smoother (e.g. make a copy of the documents or just scan them into the system). When we asked why, we got told that privacy laws obliged them to do so… privacy just requires the company to ask for consent to keep the data for the minimum amount of time required to fulfil the purpose for which the information were collected, honestly this procedure could be easily improved, as I had to sign anyway for different consent (I’m currently employed as Privacy Engineer). In the morning even if we had a suite and are Mariott preferred guests, as we could only enter the room late at night we wanted to sleep over but got 4 different persons knocking at the door from 10 onwards…one even entered the room to check the minibar with us inside…is true we did not put the “do not disturb in the door” but first of all the floor supervisor should coordinate with the reception to know which guest has left the room and which has not, and second after the first person knocked the info should maybe be shared with the others…paying 300€ for one night and getting asked “when are you leaving the room” 4 times is not my idea of premium hospitality! Last at check out was not asked how was the stay, was not thanked for staying with them…when asked to talk to the FO mgr to complain I got told that the Room Division mgr was having lunch and I should wait 30-40 minutes before talking to him… ne only on my insistence I got to talk to him. not sure where they learned to work in a hotel but this is not my idea of premium experience…once again I hope the single persons will not be blamed as here is more an issue with processes and training than single Persons.

This rating should be a 5. It went back and forth between a 4 and a 5, but stays a 4. The parking was hard to find. The entrance from the garage was filthy. I thought we had arrived at the bowels of hell. No signs and no directions just umpteen stairs to drag your luggage across. They made it as unsightly and unwelcoming and physically difficult as possible to get to the main desk. Reception was cool. It was a 3. The halls were plain and sp****. They reminded me of a hall in a girl’s dorm. A 4. But then we got to this fabulous luxurious room overlooking the plaza and it was utterly breathtaking. Charm galore. Two bathrooms. Roomy. Definitely a 5. The shower door leaked, but we made due. The facilities were clean. The furniture was charming but a little warn. Down to a 4. The next morning, we had the most divine breakfast. It was incredible and the staff was above and beyond. Back to a 5. Then we checked out - well I checked out while my sister handled the bags. The reception had asked for someone to help her with the bags. He called the elevator. That’s it. She was left struggling with 6 bags up the stairs back through the bowels of hell to the parking garage. Now it’s a 4. And there it remains. What makes a hotel a five is service and hospitality. This hotel did not succeed. Which is too bad because it should have been a 5. Management needs to do some work here. Great view though. We voted it the best view and best breakfast of our 3 week trip to Northern Italy. It makes me sad when people who should succeed fall short.
