Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Rio Negro, Argentina

Reception asked us to make the check in ourselves with a link they provided which wasn’t working. After 30 mins trying without success they said it was ok and they could do it 🤨🤨 Plus they gave us a room and then changed us to a different one with 3 small beds (when we asked for a double and a single)

Fizemos uma reserva com quarto superior, devido a vista… mas no dia do checkin disseram que não tinham aquele quarto e nos dariam um upgrade de quarto.. mas o quarto que nos forneceram era no terreo, com vista para grama e o lago longe.. e ainda com a academia ao lado sem privacidade nenhuma no quarto!

SERVICE WAS GREAT, MARIA AND MELINA SO GENTLE AND READY TO HELP, FACILITIES VERY GOOD, GREAT INTERNET AND WIFI, GREAT BREAKFAST WITH EVERYTHING YOU MAY NEED, LOCATION CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, CLEAN SPACIOUS ROOM, CLEAN TOWELS AND SHEETS, I WILL BE BACK , THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Not sure why this hotel gets so highly rated. It was noisy. I had room 502, a large room on the 5th floor, facing Guemes Street (I think..). It had a large king bed, a kitchenette and a balcony.  I found it was a bit tired.  The wall that leads out onto the balcony is all floor to ceiling glass and has sliding doors.  I don't think that it was double glazed, the seals were non-existent and let in every bit of noise from the busy street below as well as the noisy air conditioner compressor on the balcony. There were no seals on the hallway door and no soft close.  I definitely won't be staying again.

Viajo por una formación ( Estudios), una vez al mes. Me sorprendió una oferta de trip, por lo cual en vez de volver a casa, me hospedé en Bariloche. Una estadía agradable y cómoda. Muy cordial, todo el personal. Gracias Trip, por hacer más placentero mi fin de semana.

Классный отель, очень удобно расположен, есть парковка. Номер бы большим с джакузи и видом на озеро. Очень понравился ресторан, хорошие завтраки и великолепные ужины. При отеле есть турагентство - брали экскурсию на корабле по озеру! Рекомендую данный отель!

En pleno centro, a pocos metros del hermosísimo lago, restaurantes, Centro Cívico, buen desayuno, limpio, habitación y baño espaciosos, la cama un poco dura pues la habían comprado recientemente (a algunos les gusta así) , en general un buen hotel que tendremos en cuenta si regresamos algún día al bello Bariloche, la atención muy buena, gracias Pablito, un abrazo desde Guayaquil , Ecuador

Hotel is very centrally located on a main shopping thoroughfare. Because of a fiesta it was noisy until about midnight. Very little English is spoken which was a problem when we asked for help with a cancelled flight. We moved to Hilton Hotel which was cheaper and much better in all respects. Hotel Cristal is in need of updating. The Jacuzzi shower cubicle in our bathroom was extremely old and awkward to get in and out of and was totally useless. Only a spray head worked and the pressure was useless so goodness knows how it ever worked all the jets! Waited ages for hot water and then it would suddenly go freezing cold. Went for a drink in the bar and they could not offer a glass of wine. Wine only by the bottle! I asked about the notice saying Happy Hour and was told that was only if you had Campari or Vodka! Buffet breakfast was fine. Would I choose it again - no. Plenty other hotels in Bariloche.

Хороший отель, но ! Все номера с видом на озеро- выходят окна на проезжую часть(( очень шумно, особенно, когда едут мотоциклы и пр. Мы поменяли себе номер с видом во двор- сотрудники пошли на встречу, но номер был хуже конечно- меньше и более старый. Вообщем и целом не вернусь в этот отель, к сожалению.

Fue una estancia muy placentera. Estuvimos varias noches y el hotel contaba con todo lo necesario. El desayuno muy rico
