Outstanding customer service & cleanliness. What a wonderful find. My husband first stayed here while on a business trip last year. Our daughter is now doing a 7 week internship nearby and he proposed the Residhome to be her home base while here. I’m so pleased we didn’t chose an Airbnb or a hotel in the city. This place feels brand new. Everything is immaculate from the common areas, laundry facilities to the parking lot, everything feels and looks brand new. Now onto customer service, there is no one single person that has not been attentive, cordial and accommodating. Everyone treat us like a good old friend and we love to feel the connection and the closeness of the personnel. The room is spacious, consisting of floor to ceiling windows so there is plenty of light to make it feel bigger, it also has a sitting area, kitchenette (complete with dishwasher, refrigerator, pots, pans & cooking and eating utensils) bathroom is spacious also with a nice two shower heads. The breakfast is wonderful. You’ll find a vast variety of delicious baked goods, cheeses, jams, deli ham, yogurt, fruits, French soft boiled eggs, coffee and juices. The area is safe and has everything you need within walking distance. The shopping mall across the street has supermarket, dry cleaning, nail salon, a discount store called Action that can be compared to a small Walmart in the US, a movie theater plus all the stores you expect in a mall. You also have an Aldi around the corner and a beautiful revamped coal factory area with several restaurants. A gym is also within waking distance. Our daughter feels safe and at home and we have peace of mind having her staying here. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for a lovely experience. We will definitely recommend Residhome to anyone coming to Lux.

The hotel is pretty much far from the city center and the airport. There's no bus stop near the hotel and you have to walk around 12 mins to the nearest bus stop. It's located in a national highway also so quite dangerous when walking towards the bus stop. If you mistook booking in this hotel and you don't have a car the best way to go to the city is go to Bettembourg Fankenacker bus stop you either take the bus to Bettembourg station and take the train to the city or ride the bus all the way from Bettermbourg Fankenacker to the city center. The hotel is not equipped with a mini fridge and blow dryer but neat and clean and the hotel staff allowed us to check-in before 2 pm. So it was nice afterall.

It is a good hotel: rooms are spacious and clean. Rooms have the necessary comfort if you travel on business: there is a kitchenette, which may be very helpful. The wi-fi is very good and there are enough conditions if you need to work. The staff is kind and helpful. If you drive there, then the hotel has a parking area. If you travel by public transport, then you have to walk either a few hundred metres to more than a km. depending on whether you travel by bus or by train. Also, it is not so easy to get a bus straight to the centre, although it is only 2 km far away- Currently breakfast is served at the brasserie (arbre du pain), next door. The offer is so broad there, mainly with Portuguese pastry, that there is no need to purchase the breakfast at the hotel. Opposite the hotel there is a cosy Italian restaurant - Dimmi si.

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a coach trip. Check in was quick ( mainly done by the coach driver). There are only 2 small lifts so waiting time can be long, no stairs to use! We asked where the stairs are as only on the 1st floor, was told we had to go outside and a member of staff would have to open a door! The room was cold on arrival but did warm up with the heater on. Twin room but beds pushed together and no room to separate them. No tea/coffee facilities, limited storage and space. Small but adequate bathroom. Shower was good, spacious and hot. Basic toiletries offered. and one towel per gest, no hand towel. Breakfast was OK, usual offerings, limited hot food but enough to have some choice, not laid out very well, with the que for coffee in the way of the cold selection. Evening meal was provided as part of our coach trip, no choice offered, salad to start, which was very nice, chicken and tinned potatoes as a main and artic roll for dessert, no water provided so had to buy drinks. Overall, disappointed as very basic, Ok for few nights, would not have wanted a longer stay.

Terdapat bar, kafe dan restoran di kedai, dan anda boleh memilih untuk layan diri. Kelemahannya ialah ia tidak menyediakan berus gigi, ubat gigi, selipar. Terdapat sedikit habuk di atas meja. Lampirkan pandangan di luar tetingkap, ➕menu dalam kedai.

Hôtel de qualité où nous avons dormi à 3 personnes. Triple vitrage côté route dans une rue calme. Propreté du lieu et 15% de remise si vous mangez au restaurant. Mention particulière pour le petit déjeuner riche et varié dans la vaste salle du restaurant.
