This Hotel was perfect! We had a suite on the 8th floor with a wonderful view of the mountains and the city. The staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating when welcoming us! There is a free laundry room available to all! The hotel is perfectly located in the hart of the city right on the pedestrian street Zhengyang and 2 minutes from the Prince Jingjiang City to visit! Great breakfast at the Percent restaurant on the 9th floor also a restaurant for lunch and dinner! Right above a large underground shopping center! I highly recommend and will be back again!!!

We also truly appreciated the room upgrade — the rooftop jacuzzi room was incredible. Delicious breakfasts and dinners, excellent coffee, cozy atmosphere, and convenient motorbike rental nearby. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again! Recommend 200% !!! 🥰

It was a fantastic stay at this gem. Right in the heart of West Street , easy to get to anywhere. We arrived early and our room was not ready. Girls at the reception were super helpful and upgraded us to a beautiful two level room on the 7th floor. Modern , clean , roomy , VERY comfortable bed a nice bath with a nice view. Oh and nice thick towels 👍 Customer Service was 10/10 , I contacted them on Wechat after I booked with many questions and that was never a problem to them. They were also so very helpful to book tickets for us on our arrival for Hot air balloon and Ruyi Peak with a discount price. We wanted to travel around on a scooter, the lovely girl from the reception offered advices and options to hire a longer or shorter distance scooter. Not only that she personally took us to get one. We had a great deal for one to use for the whole day , return before mid night for 50Y . Overall it was a superb stay . If there is one thing they can improve on , maybe an easy instruction on how to use their projector . A very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend it to all . Gulong Stay Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) I recently stayed near Gulong Canyon and had a wonderful experience overall. The area is surrounded by lush green mountains and rivers, so the views are absolutely stunning, especially in the early morning with mist in the valley. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had a rustic charm that fit the natural setting. The main attraction — the glass bridge and skywalk — was breathtaking (and a little scary if you’re afraid of heights). Staff were friendly and helpful, though English was limited, so having a translation app helped. Local food was fresh and tasty, especially the river fish dishes. One tip: bring comfortable walking shoes and be prepared for some steep climbs. It’s best to visit on weekdays to avoid heavy crowds. Would I come back? Definitely — especially to enjoy more hiking trails and maybe try the zipline next time.

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was very spacious and surrounded by a beautiful landscape—it genuinely felt like living in a painting. Waking up to such scenery was one of the highlights of our trip. Breakfast was decent, with options like soup noodles with minced pork, sweet potato, porridge, and fruits. Simple, but satisfying. The hotel is located away from the busy areas, which makes it very quiet and peaceful. You can hear the river flowing and birds chirping, which I personally enjoyed a lot. However, my parents preferred somewhere livelier with more activity, so it really depends on your preference. Getting to West Street is convenient, with a DiDi ride costing around 20–25 RMB. Overall, a great stay if you’re looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat.

The hotel has superb view from the room and breakfast lounge. the overall service is great, they create wechat group chat that you can enquire anything there, shout out to our personal butler victoria and icey. :) breakfast is ok, I like the noodle one, its good. my booking has free photography service for 30 minutes, which is very good, thanks to Jiajia our amazing photographer. 😁 lastly, my booking also included free transport to west street, which is very convenience, just make sure to ask them car plate number for pick-up service and how long would it take for the car to arrive, my recommend is just keep actively communicate with your butler. overall, Im very satisfy with the stay, the view itself is totally worth it, other things is just add-on that make this a better stay.

It’s the best hotel we’ve stayed at in China so far! All the staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. The room facilities are excellent and very high-tech. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. There is even a water filtration system providing both hot and cold water. The hotel is about an 18-minute walk from the busy food street. It’s a pleasant walk along the river, which is beautifully illuminated in the evening.

The front desk were so helpful, and the room cleaners were so nice too!! the room is clean and modern and the price is really affordable Breakfast is amazing aswell, as its buffet style. All in all, this is the best hotel to say for an authentic Guilin experience, P.S if you're reading this review, this hotel is New and literally so worth it for value, don't hesitate to book this place, im being serious hah.. Now time for the negatives.. The sink doeant have Soap or hand wash and theres no chairs to sit down on. Other than that. It's good!! I would stay here again.

The view was awesome as shown on picture. Room size was sensible. The front desk lady has helped quite a bit in liaising with the local tour agent, but the tour leaflet on desk was quite misleading (with/ without bamboo raft) and lead to mismatch in expectation and also due to language. Suggest the leaflet to be very clear and detailed of items and attractions included.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Place Liuzhou, and let me tell you, their in-room steak dinner was ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! The steak was cooked to perfection, tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It was honestly one of the best steak meals I've ever had, and the fact that I got to enjoy it in the comfort of my own hotel room made it even better! The room itself was spacious, clean, and modern, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring Liuzhou. But that steak... wow! If you're a steak lover like me, do NOT miss the opportunity to try it during your stay!
