整體體驗還不錯，但停車場的進出確實遇到了一些麻煩。
第一天準備出停車場時遇到了問題，系統不抬桿。我去前台詢問，但前台非常忙，幾乎無暇顧及，簡單問了一句後不敢再打擾，衹好站在旁邊等了很久。車裡還有朋友和他的孩子在等，實在沒辦法衹能再次詢問，對方説讓我開車到閘機前，他們會遠程抬桿。但我按指示去做了，閘機依然沒有反應。於是我又返回前台求助（前台在忙的時候電話也打不通，衹能當面問），這次對方表示會幫我抬桿。我再次去開車，終於成功出場，整個過程前前後後花了至少半個多小時。
本以為衹是偶**況，結果第二天又遇到同樣的問題。這次我打電話求助，對方説稍後會抬桿，但掛了電話後反覆嘗試仍未成功。我鼓起勇氣再次撥打，對方問我是否已經嘗試過，我説明嘗試了很多次，之後她説會聯繫Unipark，然後就掛了電話。等了一會後，有一位工作人員過來，雖然他不會説英語，但通過手勢我明白了他的意思——讓我掉頭走員工通道。最終才順利離開

Отель восхитительно расположен; отличные номера категории family room. Чисто, удобно заселяться и постоянно на связи супер-отзывчивая служба поддержки в WhatsApp (их номер есть на двери и работают они круглосуточно). 10 из 10! Обязательно приеду на обратном пути 😘

El edificio está a unos minutos andando del centro de Kaunas. La habitación es bastante pequeña, más aún de lo que parecía en las fotos. No hay espacio suficiente para moverse ni abrir la maleta.
Cabe destacar que no había enchufes en el baño, por lo que no se podía enchufar el secador. Los únicos enchufes de la habitación estaban detrás de la cama (inutilizables ya que no había espacio para poder moverla) o al final en un espacio bastante inaccesible.
La limpieza de la habitación también podría mejorar.

Hotel Metropolis, located in the heart of Kaunas, is a charming hotel that exudes a sense of history. This time, I stayed here as part of a journey tracing the footsteps of Chiune Sugihara, and it did not disappoint. The hotel faces the main street, with restaurants and shops nearby, making it convenient for sightseeing. The rooms, with the stately construction characteristic of historic buildings and modern comfort, were perfect for relieving the fatigue of travel. What left a particularly strong impression was the courteous service of the staff. They willingly answered questions about Chiune Sugihara and their deep knowledge of history was impressive. If you visit Kaunas, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I recently stayed here for one night, and while my experience was brief, there were definitely some highlights worth mentioning. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was clean, cozy, and had all the basic amenities I needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a good night's rest.
While my stay was just okay overall, I can see the potential for a truly great experience here. And with a few small improvements (which is in progress at the moment with renovation works) it could easily stand out even more. I’d consider staying again if I’m in the area and would love to see how the hotel continues to grow and improve. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

This hotel has an awesome toilet for a family of 3. It is spacious and clean. The toiletries are of good quality with a nice fragrance. I like it. The front service has a water dispenser and is very convenient for us.

GGuest UserThe hotel is ideally located for using coaches or trains, a bit further to the city centre but you can easily walk there, the rooms are clean, I didn't find anything that would disgust me. The hotel staff is very helpful, the possibility of much earlier check-in after an overnight journey greatly improved our moods. Classic breakfasts, good, neither sophisticated nor poor. The only drawback is the terribly poor soundproofing, you can hear conversations and sounds from the lewd entertainment of hotel guests.

GGuest UserLocation was excellent, room was o k, no wardrobe or drawers to store your cloths or belonging. I ordered a round of drinks in the bar, I had to pay for the drinks before I received them. After 10 minutes i had to ask the barmaid was she going to finish filling the order, to be told that the barrel was empty. I said I will wait until it is changed. To be greeted by the barmaid holding up her finger to show me a plaster on one of her fingers and asking me how was she going to change the barrel. There were 4 other staff behind the bar just standing there. Surely this is not the first time a barrel has runout during a shift.

AAlon LekerIn fact, this is an autonomous hotel, after booking and payment, you have to send a copy of your passport by email/wotzapp and you will get the homephone code, instructions how to enter. Then you have to dial a number from the phone and the most important thing is to understand how it opens because only a clicking can be heard. My door opened inside after the third attempt. In the room everything is clean, good. Very pleased with a normal hammer coffee for people. The only disadvantage is a broken tap, unclean top shower and a lot of dust on the fan. The terrace is very beautiful, though, in the rest of it is a solid four!

They told me where to go and how to go when i asked them. Breakfast is good and many choices.
Location is very central and can get bus easily to everywhere. Next door is the main bus terminal.

GGuest UserMy recent stay at Kaunas City Hotel was okay overall, but there were a few noticeable downsides. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful during check-in. However, the biggest issue was the noise insulation between rooms. I could clearly hear conversations, TV sounds, and even footsteps from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.
While the hotel has some positive aspects, such as free parking in the heart of the Kaunas City, the lack of soundproofing really impacted my experience. If you're a light sleeper, this might not be the best choice. With some improvements in this area, it could be a much better stay. For now, it was just average.

I encountered a problem when I was preparing to leave the parking lot on the first day. The system did not lift the barrier. I went to the front desk to inquire, but the receptionist was very busy and had almost no time to take care of me. After asking a simple question, I didn't dare to bother them anymore and had to stand by and wait for a long time. There was a friend and his child waiting in the car, so I had no choice but to ask again. The other party told me to drive to the gate and they would lift the barrier remotely. But I did as instructed and the gate still didn't respond. So I went back to the front desk for help (the front desk was busy and the phone couldn't be reached, so I had to ask in person), and this time the other party said they would help me lift the pole. I drove again and finally got out successfully. The whole process took at least half an hour.
I thought it was just an isolated incident, but I encountered the same problem again the next day. This time I called for help and they said they would lift the pole later, but after they hung up I tried again and again without success. I plucked up the courage to call again and the person on the other end asked me if I had tried it before. I explained that I had tried it many times, and then she said she would contact Unipark and then hung up. After waiting for a while, a staff member came over. Although he didn't speak English, I understood what he meant through gestures - he asked me to turn around and take the staff passage. Finally left successfully
