Stayed for one night on a solo trip from corralejo, everything was spotless,great location the place was lovely will definitely be back again.

We were placed here due to a 35 hour delay over 200 guests and the hotel dealt really well with tired stressed passengers it is not where we wanted to be but they have dealt with the whole situation very well and compassionately unlike tui who left us stranded

A lovely, large, stylish hotel - I would describe it as relaxing. Tasteful rooms, lovely pool area and spa. The gym looked good too (not that we went sadly!) It was worth the extra money for a garden view room. It seemed quiet when we stayed at the beginning of September so at times it felt like it lacked a bit of atmosphere. A little background music around the pool and bar area might have helped with that as it was almost a little too quiet. Lovely professional staff - especially Carlos from the pool bar who went out of his way to make everyone happy - and also Carlos and Laili in the bar.  Reception staff were generally helpful apart from one lady who made us feel like we had done something wrong when there was a problem with our booking (the travel company's mistake and not ours). Breakfast was fresh and delicious - so many varied options - it was hard not to have at least three courses! It's about ten minutes walk into the heart of Santa Cruz. It's worth noting that it's not a resort hotel - it's more of a city break hotel, but there is a nice beach which is easily accessible by bus or taxi. All in all I would definitely recommend.

My Mum and I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton for 4 nights as part of her birthday celebration and it was perfect! The rooms are so comfortable and the bedding is sublime! The team who work there are so fantastic - nothing is too much trouble and ever so helpful. There are beautiful towels by the pool which don’t slip down and you get two as standard so not everything is wet when you get out! There is even suncream at the pool so you don’t have to bring your own! Wifi is brilliant throughout the hotel. Cocktails are beautiful, about 17-18 euros each but worth every penny! Absolutely delicious. My only criticism was the lack of food choices in the hotel by the pool - not a huge amount to choose from, very fish based (I don’t eat fish) and the service was a little slow for drinks but that could be the time of year. But there was fabulous popcorn cones and fruit kebabs which were shared in the morning which was great. When planning you’re trip, just be aware that there is nothing around without a taxi from this hotel - there’s some lovely local places nearby but you will need to get in a taxi. The beach area is incredibly well set up - the little train takes you there, there’s a full bar and restaurant, toilets, suncream and sun loungers. Overall it was a brilliant stay and would recommend the hotel for sure - would be even better once the refurbishments are done and there are a few more pools and the restaurant with a view is open again! The hotel is in a very good location, has very fast WiFi. Rooms are cleaned daily. Cleaning staff really needs solid re-training. Every time I left the room, I closed the window so that no one could jump into the room while I was gone and steal valuable things there, such as a laptop, camera, tablet, etc. However, when I returned, I found that the window was wide open. My room was on the ground floor, so anyone could jump in and rob my room at any time (It wouldn't take longer than 1 minute). The window led to the courtyard where there were no cctv cameras. Despite complaining to the hotel manager for 5 days in a row, nothing changed. Even when I put a sign on the window asking the cleaners to close the window after cleaning, they simply ripped it off and left the window open again. This put me under a lot of stress because for several days of my stay I was constantly wondering whether my things were still in the hotel while I was away from the hotel... this is unacceptable!!! besides, two times my towels were taken away and I never got clean ones, I had to go to the reception and ask for clean towels... with all due respect but your cleaning staff really needs solid re-training

My phone broke and i slept very little and told them what i a need so i could carry on with work and only 1 3 guys tried to help. Some of the staff was very nice i tipped the guy that came with the pizza he was very nice but he when i woke up it was bad and you told me i needed to lesve the room and i had to stay awake and it was ****

Appartement une chambre très confortable, avec balcon et table, table à l'intérieur, tout confort cuisine. Ménage fait presque tous les jours. Très propre, personnel très gentil, y compris à l'accueil. Nous étions à côté du restaurant au rez-de-chaussée, donc un peu de bruit le soir, mais à côté pour profiter des animations. La résidence est bien placée pour se déplacer à pied en ville, voiture garée à l'extérieur à 5 minutes maximum dans les rues adjacentes. le personnel explique d'ailleurs comment s'y rendre... Très satisfaites de notre séjour.

I went on holiday with my partner far away to celebrate our anniversary and we were super lucky and got an upgrade to one of the duplex with golf views, absolutely beautiful and massive for the 2 of us, but it was a bit disappointed as the room was not clean enough and the housekeeper had to come to clean the bathroom a bit better and also the horrible stains on the floor in the room but after that everything was perfect and we were very happy. The hotel is very good located if you are looking for a quiet place to stay far away from the hubbub but be aware that you need to take taxi to get the beach or rent a bike or a car, walking distance is not an option. The swimming pools are really good and you have plenty of space to sunbathing. The staff at the hotel are exceptional and with a high level of customer service and always willing to help, special mention to Martin from the restaurant and also Raul and Diana from the Reception, very good customers service and happy to help. The breakfast was really good and we were very impressed with plenty of variety for everyone and the staff really efficient. On the negative side we would like to mention that we would have liked a small touch from the hotel to say congratulations as we got engaged and we mentioned to Diana and Raul from the Reception and also to Martin but not a small little thing to say congratulations like a card or 2 glasses of prosecco or kind of. About the room, we would like to mention that the mattress are not very comfy as you expect from a 4* hotel and even though the room was very well equipped we missed a bin in the room and we had to use the one from the bathroom in the living room. We did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot tell about the food there and we did not use the gym or the spa either. We will definitely come back next year.

We had a lovely stay at the Sheraton. On our arrival we received a friendly welcome by the reception team. Miguel offered us a glass of fizz and took our cases to the room. The room was huge, spacious area with bed, settee and chairs. Large bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, his and her basins. The hotel was really clean, as was our room and the cleaners came in everyday. We stayed B&B, the food selection at breakfast was really good and we enjoyed everything we had. All the staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The pool areas were kept very clean, plenty of sunbeds, some people do still put their towels out early, but there really is no need, we never had any problems, no matter what time of the day it was. There are lots of activities available during the week, Arran who organises these, does a great job encouraging people to join in. We did the archery, which was good fun. We also played mini golf, which you pay extra for, but was 18 holes and a good course. We also used the gym. The hotel is in a good location, the beach is easily accessible, right outside the hotel. The town was about a 20-25 minute walk along the beach path, which is a nice stroll on an evening. We would definitely recommend a stay at the Sheraton and we would return.

Before I begin,Secrets Bahía Real is a lovely,luxury hotel. It lived up to my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone. My husband and I have just returned from a 2 week stay and we had a great holiday. Just a couple of ‘niggles’ that could be easily rectified - 1) Why oh why is it necessary to completely soak the sunbeds before opening the pool in the morning? Meaning,it’s a bit awkward when it comes to putting towels on. Surely this can be done at night,giving them time to dry? 2) Market Cafe is the place for breakfast and I was a big fan of the bacon - however it was only ever lukewarm which isn’t great. 3) Drinks service in Rendevous Bar in the evening was sometimes chaotic due to the fact there just isn’t enough staff. Placing an order twice and having to wait 40mins to get your drinks isn’t acceptable in a 5 star hotel. On one occasion we left,without receiving our order. Not the fault of the staff,but the fault of management for not employing enough of them. We still had a great holiday,in spite of the points I’ve mentioned and would definitely return.

This has been the most wonderful holiday. I'm standing here looking at The Arrecife Gran Hotel and Spa and I want so much to run back in. Its a marvellous hotel but it's the staff that are the heart if it. They are the most friendly and helpful staff that I have ever encountered. The reception is not the old counter style, it is 3 beautiful tables and comfy chairs and there are so many of the reception staff and they all seem to speak English so well. I must give a shout out for Ruth who is just starting her career as a member of the reception staff. She was courteous and friendly and helpful despite being very new to it all. Our room was an Ocean view suite and it was perfect A very large room with a sofa and coffee tables for relaxing and a table and chairs at the floor to ceiling corner glass windows showing the fabulous view of the Bay and harbour, so beautiful. Everything is automatic so when you open your door the curtains swish open to reveal the magnificent vista. Little sensor lights pop on at night to guide you to the toilet and back without all the main lights coming on. There was a bottle of tasty prosecco to greet us, a coffee machine, pods replaced everyday also a kettle but do bring your own tea bags. Two small bottles of still water are provided daily too oh , and chocolates.The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the room was almost soundproof. Could fault it. Now for food. We booked B&B but when we arrived they offered us a couple of deals and we availed of both. One was book some meals at their buffet and the more you book the cheaper it becomes so we booked 4 nights which I think worked out at about €22 each per night. Then they offer a clever deal where you agree to pay a certain amount in advance to the hotel, to spend in the hotel and they give you a little credit incentive on it . For example, we paid €130 and they added €10. Brilliant idea. Breakfasts were fabulous, everything you could ever want. Warning , if like me you don't like much salt then tell the chef ' sin sal, por favor ' they use rock salt and its very strong. One of the Breakfast chefs was a wonderful lady called Anna. She was so lovely and also helped me with my Spanish every morning that she was there . The buffet meals are themed but it was all beautiful, plentiful food and not a bun fight, plenty of room. The Sky bar Blue 17 on the top floor is a must. The view are incredible and the food is very reasonably priced for such a fancy place. We didn't realise they had entertainment up there and sadly on the two occasions we went up there we missed it but never mind there is always next time. The sun lounge terrace was lovely but being lined up on beds on a terrace is not for us or the beautiful but small indoor pool when you have the beautiful sandy beach and clear sea just outside the hotel. This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful hotel in club volcan section. We had a slight issue which staff could have rectified easily using their own initiative but after meeting with manager Fredriko on 3rd day this was quickly sorted out which was appreciated. Restraunt in club volcan serves lovely breakfasts & hot food cooked to order,afternoon tea & open bar in early evening. Rooms are large & always cleaned to high standard daily although some days we just asked for fresh towels. club volcan has its own pool, jacuzzis,&pool bar area is big with plenty of bali beds sunbeds with stunning views..very relaxing place Main restaurant is lovely & has plenty of choices for dinner with all waiting staff very friendly & work hard to keep tables clear. Hotel is stunning & has relaxing atmosphere Would be nice if bar on same level as reception stayed open after 8pm as we preferred seating areas but not a problem to get drink from other bar &, bring back up. Hotel is right on beautiful rubicon marina which gives easy access to the shops,bars,restaurants in that area.Entrance to hotel always gives me sense of calm & enjoyed the concert held in there one night. We stay regularly all over Playa blanca but this is one of our favourite hotels in favourite area.

Een heerlijk hotel voor een paar relaxte dagen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer en mooie zwembaden. Laatste 2 dagen upgrade naar Preferred genomen, zeer aan te raden. Gebruik van Lounge, Spa en Infinity Pool uiteraard. Geld meer dan waard! Eten is divers, voldoende vertier en prima lokatie. Bezoek aan Rubicon is aanrader, ook gebruik van Link step zeer aan te raden. Indien je met OV naar de Aeroporto gaat, stap op bij de haven (Muelle de Playa Blanca) en niet bij de Estacion. Hotel is zeker een aanrader!

Beautiful hotel with wonderful facilities and services including private pools with plenty of sunbeds, a gym, spa, art exhibition room, games room with pool tables and football tables and TVs showing live sports matches. There are also organised daytime activities and evening entertainment. I loved the neutral and mint earth tone colourway theme throughout the hotel which is very calming and relaxing. I also respect the hotel's commitment to sustainability by installing water filleting machines to reuse bottles and refillable soap and shampoo dispensers. My room was warm, cozy and clean with a nice balcony view and a variety of tv channel and movie selections including Netflix. The cleaning lady was kind to remake my bed from two twin beds into a large double bed with beautiful flower petal decorations and chocolate truffle treats which were delicious and I appreciated the additional touches. The breakfast was delicious ans very filling, presented in a buffet style with so much variety and choice of different stations within the dining room (cereal and granola; fruit, salad and juice bar; toast and baguette station; pattessarie station; hot English breakfast station with a section dedicated to different preparations of eggs). Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location with stunning sea and mountain hill views and has direct access to Torviscas Beach which is less than a 3-minute walk. There are also many local shops, bars and restaurants including a mcdonalds by the beach. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely revisit in the future!

We stayed at the Best Hotel, unfortunately, it didn't live up to its name. As airline staff, I get to stay in lots of 5 star hotels worldwide and this hotel is far from 5 star. It lacked the basics, such as tea/coffee making facilities, basic shampoo, no conditioner or soap so bring your own. No continuous music by the poolside only when there was an activity. Or no music in the lobby area. It lacked atphosphere. Postives The room was spacious, with comfy beds. Most of the staff were friendly and offered good service. The shower was powerful, and plenty of hot water. Room service was excellent with fresh towels daily, and beds made. When i received a feedback email, during our stay I filled the form in and an hour later a kettle tea/coffee was brought to our room . Which was nice. Negatives Unfortunately, the food was repetitive, as many others have previously mentioned my daughter got food poisoning. I mentioned it to the reception manager Vanessa who did offer alternative options and tried to rectify eg, preparing her food separately, and upgraded our wrist band to gold, but it was wasted on her, as she couldn't eat anything, as she was vomiting. Food temperature below standards. Dirty plates and glasses. Not enough staff for the size of the restaurant, as they were run ragged serving drinks which too a long time to take our order. Very few choices for vegetarians, only salads, vegetables, pasta, fruit and eggs and not much protein. Bar staff were rude as they was only 1, and if there was a queue building they would be stressed. Facilities Both pools were nice, although the larger one was colder. Bar food had limited food option, the rest you have to pay for. The staff need to manage the tables in the dining room better, as there were many couples seated on a 4 table, so we spent a vast amount of time searching for one. We even had to split up, and not dine together as there wer many 2 seated tables. This was not ideal. Overall, this was an average hotel. If we ever decide to travel to Tenefrie again, unfortunately we will choose a different hotel.

Booked through British Airways (BA) Holidays and stayed in a fabulous junior suite with sea view (#1308) from 21 - 27 September. We usually stay at the Bahia del Duque next door and in fact, I visited this hotel many moons ago when Mirador and Bahia were still one resort under the Melia brand. We were excited to try something new based on the consistent five star reviews of El Mirador. Safe to say, the countless accolades are more than deserved. The tone is immediately set upon arrival. The main entrance and lobby exude a sense of tranquility, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth, accompanied by a glass of champagne. One of my key bug bears are hotels that just check you in, slap the roomkey in front of you, and send you on your way to find the room without any explanation of the hotel's facilities and/or important timings to keep in mind (breakfast, spa opening hours, check-out, etc). Happy to report that El Mirador went above and beyond here. In the blink of an eye, the wonderful Isabella appeared who walked us through the hotel grounds and gave us a mini tour of the premises. Subsequently, Isabella passed the baton to the most energetic bellboy who accompanied us up to the room with our luggage. First impressions matter, and the Mirador absolutely nailed it. Room - utter perfection, zero feedback or comments. Hugely comfortable bed, wonderfully spacious bathroom and walk-in closet. A request for more hangers and coffee cups was met in warp speed time. Breakfast: ah-ma-zing. Yiorgi swooping in with glasses of champagne from the moment we sat down, the friendly Amilkar preparing the most scrumptious eggs, and the mother of all breakfast spreads laid out inside. Staff here are absolutely top notch. Breakfast, on many occasions, was the highlight meal of the day and really something to look forward to. Pool - the grounds are immaculately kept, service around the clock and they swing by with freebies during the day (freshly prepared cocktails, Aperol Spritzes, ice cream, etc). We appreciated the little digital buzzers by the loungers to call for food / drink - without fail, someone showed up promptly after a few minutes to take our order. We tended to venture out to the beach for lunch, so can't comment on the food offering at Las Pardelas. On occasion we rocked up late to the pool (early afternoon) and there were always loungers available. Dinner - we tried the buffet once. El Mirador restaurant looks magical at night, tables set up beautifully (mood lighting, fresh flowers) but we found the buffet overpriced in terms of value for money (60 euro / p.p., excluding drinks). I was really pleasantly surprised with La Pergola Restaurant however, probably my favourite dinner at the hotel - class all the way and excellent food (try the sea bass!) Cenador was also lovely and the head waiter (sorry, forgot your name!) has a knack for builing rapport with customers. The bar is a great place to have an aperitif before dinner, or a nightca

Absolutely amazing. The architecture was beautiful and modern with exotic plants and open spaces. Staff were very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Large swimming pool with bridges to lead to an island in the middle of the pool (very deep!). Rooms were clean and well appointed - enormous bed but made it feel a bit cramped. Entertainment was provided by singers performing every night (til 11pm so hard to sleep before then if room above). Nice child’s room with a trampoline, table football and air hockey. Upgraded to the preferred club option which gives access to a lounge with free drinks and snacks from 1.30-7pm which we used instead of lunch! Good breakfast buffet. Only used the evening buffet once, was reasonable but not amazing. Some of the other onsite restaurants didn’t appear to have been open all week. The position was outstanding as many good restaurants were nearby and beaches with water sports only down the road. 10/10 would definitely recommend and visit again!

The hotel is fantastic, the food is fantastic, the staff are all very helpful and friendly, I would totally recommend. The resort itself is in a beautiful and well kept setting with lots of plants and gardens. It’s an interesting place to stay and walk around as its collection of pools, bars and restaurants are set across different levels and terraces. All of the restaurants are excellent and having a different choice every evening made for a varied and delicious selection to choose from. It has private access to the beach which is white sands and its own beach bar which is really handy. The spa is excellent, with a warm salt water hydro pool, sauna, hamma and cold dunk pool… the Thai massage was so good I went back for a second before I left! The added surprise was the resort’s observatory and chance to to see Saturn 🪐 Bahía Du Duque (Dukes Bay) is an ideal place for a very relaxing and rejuvenating holiday… would totally recommend 💯

We’ve just returned from seven days of heaven, what an amazing holiday we all had. My husband and I took our adult kids with us, aged 22, 19 and 18. Each one of us said it was the nicest hotel, most accommodating staff and fantastic food that we’ve had in an all inclusive hotel. When we checked in we were given a glass of champagne to welcome us, taken to our rooms, showed how all the gadgets in the room worked and felt very welcomed! We did all three al a carte restaurants and each one was fantastic, you really did feel that you were in a proper restaurant. But the food in the Central Market was lovely too! We were in a swim up room, which is sunny all morning but then goes into the shade. But it was welcomed as the sun can be deceivingly intense. Comfiest sun beds ever! Finally thank you to all the staff. They were all so friendly, professional and as I say just smile! Best smiles and teeth ever! Best holiday I’ve had in a long time - thank you to everyone there.

We stayed 26 Sep -3oct Room 464 Privilege All inclusive We stayed in May 2024 so will Just review anything new from that stay The Gaudi restaurant has re opened after a refurbishment We had a table on the outside area service was great and food was some off the best we have ever eaten .I would recommend the black rice with cuttlefish to start Sole for main meal and the pomegranate sorbet amazing The Italian good service choice off starters was limited for ourselves however to had two we enjoyed.The pasta we had was amazing thank you Pizzas looked good as well Sakura Restaurant This style off cooking and eating was not for ourselves so cannot comment To fully enjoy the restaurant experience especially if staying Privilege download the app so you can book all the restaurants very easy to do Our favourite restaurant is Naturalia for lunch our absolute best times thank you Perdomo Cecilia Jacobo and Lorena whom gave us far to much Red wine We have already re booked to come back 11-21 May and maybe January subject to weather This is absolutely our favourite hotel The privilege All Inclusive give you access to 5 a La carte with no limit on how many times you can go in Cleanliness great staff very helpful Amazing staff yet again Thanks Ed Christine

We stayed for a whole week and had a very lovely stay. The breakfast is really nice, with a spectacular view on the ocean. The staff was very attentive during the whole stay-it was my boyfriends Birthday and they left cake and a note for us, which was very sweet. Housekeeping was excellent, Drinks and food at the poolbar very tasty. The spa is a must as well. Usually don’t write recommendations, but this Hotel and its staff really deserves it!

We have just had a wonderful couple of nights stay at Suites 1478. From the moment we arrived we received a very warm welcome from Lucia who showed us where to park. She took us to our suite and I cannot recommend attic suite 9 enough - it has its own terrace with sun beds, lounge chairs and sitting area. The perfect place to sit in an evening and there is an honesty bar so you you can have a drink while enjoying the view of the Cathedral. The position of the hotel is perfect for visiting the old town. The breakfast is very nice with a lovely selection of breads, cheese, meats, fruit and pastries. All the staff are friendly but Lucia is exceptionally hospitable and I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was ok.Very nice architecture reminding of Africa. They even have some real baobabs. But there was one issue why we will not return. The light in the evening was so dim, they you could not read the menu in the bar. Same in the rooms. They do not give the guests the opportunity to decide how much light there is in the room. No extra lamps or a dimmer. There is only this African savannah light everywhere. Also light from outside all over the day is dim, due to loggia construction instead of balconies. Difficult to read a book in the evening.

I've stayed here many times - last time in september 2022. The staff at the reception are so lovely, and always give me a warm welcome and are otherwise very helpful. Early check-in, late check-out, room allocation, cant fault it - its usually no problem (depending on capasity of course). Stayed 2 nights this time, shortly after going to my room i got a lovely surprise delivered to the room. It was very much appreciated! Breakfast is wonderful, with everything you could desire. Staff there and in the pool bar was nice and helpful (minus one time at the pool bar, waited and did not get served). Im coming back in July this year, and cant wait!
