Hotel Dengan breakfast di Canary Islands, Spain

We had an amazing time here the staff are very friendly, the food was very nice and a variety. The drinks are better than most 4 stars I stayed at. The location is on point, the rooms are comfortable enough, it's worth vtge prices. Thanksvto the restaurant and bar staff for working hard to please the customer. The pools are clean and well located. They also have a pool bar which is not part of all inclusive. Drinks are reasonably priced too. I will definitely go again.

Absolutely gorgeous stay in every way! Lovely staff, clean facilities, relaxing and quiet!

The breakfast was really good and well organized. There are lots of activities you can do in the hotel (pool, sauna, spa, gym, table tennis, billiard and other games) and the golf area around looks great from above (I don't play golf though). The beach and other sights (e.g. Siam park) are close by and easy accessable by car or taxi The room was huge but needs some renovation (e.g. there was a broken flagstone in my bath room and a rupture on the couch)

It's a hotel for mass tourism... and achieves good success that way so all was well arranged for guests. Some trivial problems may come for individual guests in that setting... Such as parking our rental car was a bit difficult due to the lack of parking spaces at nights. Oh well... It was a nice stay for us anyway.

Hotel con una buena ubicación en el casco antiguo, cerca de todos los puntos de interes.la habitacion interior normalita , la cama comoda. El unico pero es la bañera que al entrar y al salir te puedes resbalar

El servicio y el personal estupendo, la limpieza muy bien, la ubicación no está mal, pero no está cerca de la playa, pero si quiero hacer una reseña negativa con el estado anticuado del edificio, nos defraudó mucho que un establecimiento del grupo Axel estuviera en este estado, escogimos el establecimiento por pertenecer a la cadena Axel la cual tiene muy buen gusto y decoración. El Axel Maspalomas deja mucho que desear y los apartamentos,los baños y el interior del edificio es muy viejo y no reformado, sólo tiene un ligero lavado de cara. En este punto, muy mal y decepción total para nosotros.

Staff were very nice and the breakfast was good. The property is a bit old, but the room was spacious. However, the advert showed that there was a gym, and there wasn’t one on-site. This was disappointing, as I specifically chose the place for the gym.

Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.

A charming, old-fashioned hotel in an isolated, spectacular location. Food in restaurant is authentic and excellent, even if the service is a bit slow. I stayed in 6 places in El Hierro, and no question this one is the top as regards international service standards. I had a room with a balcony and it was lovely, with the only annoyance for me being that all rooms seem to offer 2 twins beds and none with one double bed, which is pretty common among old-style Spanish hotels.
