We stayed for a long weekend . The hotel is very nice , the rooms were large with high ceilings and nicely decrated as was the rest of the hotel . Breakfast was very nice great selection and very nice staff . The reception were very nice and very helpful , answering any questions we had . But one member of staff called Markita in reception when above and beyond the call of duty , she was fantastic . We will certainly reccomend this hotel to all our friends .

The hotel is somewhat off-centre (away from the business districts of Milano), but within broader city centre with reasonable public transport (~20 mins tramway including wait at the stop) and ~10 mins by taxi. Lively city area for non-business travellers (tourists) with choice of restaurants and more public transport links to areas of interest. The cleanliness is rather good, I only scored it less (2/5) because of the interior in bad need of renovation. The design is 1970-s/1980-s and the age since last decoration is probably not much fresher. This gives it the appearance of a run-down place, although they make good effort to keep it clean. The choice of darker brow-nish colours, combined with the installation of (very) very economic light bulbs, makes the room feel too dark and thus - less pleasant to stay in. For a business traveller it is impossible to read anything outside the spot of the reading lamp. It is also impossible to shave in the dark-ish bathroom, except for people who know their face well enough to shave with their eyes closed. The extra lamp above the mirror did not work, it was a bare little bulb (apparently in need of replacement) and the lampshade gone. Further need for maintenance in the bathroom was the sink - with the waste plug not opening to empty the sink, and the latter filling to the safety hole near the top, even form just a brief handwash.. The breakfast area has capacity for a busy crowd in the rush hour of all tourists taking a late breakfast, but the staff struggle to serve everyone fast enough. Some supplies were not replenished (e.g. bread, the fruit juices, milk for coffees) and later nobody ever came to the table to ask if we need something (perhaps they are not meant to serve tables, just clean them and replenish supplies?) The reception area was much brighter lit than the rooms, had modern automatic glass doors, and overall felt newer and better. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Based on the overall experience, approx. 4/5 is a reasonable score, but by the hotel categorisation criteria I think 4 stars is too much and 3-star would describe it more accurately. They should remember that satisfaction is always biased by expectations - from the higher expectations of '4 stars' there would be more dissatisfied guests (like yours truly) than if you honestly promise a decent 3-star experience (then I'd have scored everything 5/5). This wouldn't impact revenues as, from what I know form MIlano hotels, the price was very competitive and would fit a 3-star property. Would I recommend it? To tourists - yes; to business travellers - only as a backup in case of fully-booked Milano like duringthe trade fair or Fashion Week ;)

ENGLISH VERSION : If you book at ostello bello you're making the best decision! A great youth hostel with comfortable, spacious, well-appointed rooms. Each bed has its own light and a socket for recharging appliances. A work desk in room 3, hanging space and large lockers under the beds, with a free padlock. In-room bathroom with hairdryer and washing-up liquid, hanging towels, bath mat and quality towels provided free of charge. All-you-can-eat kitchen (pasta, rice, corn, some vegetables, coffee and tea). An aperitif dinner is offered every evening from 6.30pm. A breakfast is offered for 5€ in the morning (very complete, sweet and savory, croissants, ham, cheese, fruit juice etc.)...In the basement a room where there are shows and great organized evenings. Half-price drinks at the bar, cocktails etc... A great place to party and meet great people... the staff are great and very available. It was my birthday and they offered me breakfast and a 50 percent discount on my drinks. They lend you umbrellas when it rains. Super-central location, close to all monuments, all transport links, streetcar, bus and metro at the foot of the hostel. I recommend the hostel, which is extraordinary! Thank you all! Une lumière individuelle à chaque lit et prise pour recharger ses appareils. Un bureau servant d'espace de travil dans la chambre3 , de quoi suspendre ses affaires et de grands casiers sous les lits, on vous fourni un cadenas gratuit pour le fermer. Salel de bain dans la chambre avec seche cheveux et produits pour se laver à disposition, de quoi suspendre serviettes, tapis de bain et serviettes de qualité fournies gratuitement. Cuisine avec nourriture à volonté (pates, riz, mais, quelques legumes, cafe et the a volonte. Propreté impeccable tous les jours.Un aperifif dinatoire est offert tous les soirs à partir de 18h30. Un petit dejeuner est proposé pour 5€ le matin (tres complet , du sucré et du salé, croissants, jambon, fromage,jus de fruits etc ..) ..Au sous sol une salle ou ily'a des spectacles et des supers soirées organisées. Des boissons moitié moins cher qu'ailleurs au bar , cocktails etc.. Un super endroit festif et rencontrer des supers personnes.. le personnel est genial et tres disponible. C'etait mon anniversaire et ils m'ont offert petit dejeuner et fait discount de 50pour cent sur mes boissons. Ils vous prêtent des parapluies quand il pleut. Lieu hyper central à coté de tous les monuments, de tous les transports, tram, bus et metro au pied de l'auberge. Je recommande l'auberge qui est extraordinaire ! merci à tous ! Tamara de France

Pros: 1. Very large room with affordable rates considering it was located within the city centre....and with big name 2. Friendly and fluent English speaking front desk staff. 3. Easy check in as I booked via Trip.com only 5 hours earlier. 4. My room has 2 conjoint single beds and an extra single bed (I didn't use it as I'm a solo traveller). Bed was comfortable and the pillow, eventhough a bit thin, still feel comfortable on it. 5. Large and modern bathroom. Amazing rain shower with immediately heated water. Plenty of toiletries were provided (shampoo, soap bar, bath gel)..only setback was no toothbrush. They provide a hair dryer and magnifying mirror. 5. Room was provided with kettle, sachets of coffee and tea plus with sugars. 6. Minibar was equipped with chips, chocolate bar, juices and beers (these were payment items) 7. The best part was the room has a large balcony. 8. Breakfast has plenty of choices. Need to be there early as the seat might be fully occupied. 9. They had a large lawn and garden between the main block and next block. If you have kids, they can play and run in this area. Small swimming pool here but was close during my visit. 10. They had spa and gymnasium. 11. You can rent a free bicycle to cycle around Milan. it took me just 10 minutes to cycle into Via Buenos Aires and another 5 minutes to Duomo. 12. They allowed my luggage to be kept in the store after checking out as my flight was at night. Cons 1. The nearest metro station is Turro which is located about 10 minutes walking if you come with a large luggage. 2. At first impression, the hotel did not appear to be like a typical version of the hotel from the outside, instead it looks like one of the neighbourhood blocks with a boring design. (However, once you enter it, your view changes 360°) 3. Breakfast has no variety on other days. Seems a repeated menu every morning. Overall, I was really satisfied to stay in this Ramada chain hotel. You will never regret staying here. Only distance might give you a second thought on it. But after staying here, this will be my repeated hotel if I will be back in Milan.

Excellent. Our room wasn't quite ready yet but they were able to switch us to a room that was right next to our friends on the top floor! Everything was wonderful and safe and clean. Would definitely come back again

We as a family of four visited Acca hotels for this year summer holidays to visit Milan city. I would like to rate 5 star because it's excellent in customer service, breakfast( variety of selection must try fruits selection - Kiwi) , cleanliness(our rooms were made everyday during our visit) I would like to mention about the commute we did using public transport was so cost effective.( tickets can be purchased from a coffee shop in supermarkets right in front of hotel) The hotel is around 30 min away from linate Airport and Milan City centrale or if you are planning visit to Dumo. ( we used Google navigator for direction it was perfect in terms of finding Tram stops). We used uber taxi for Airport transfers., it will cost around 39 euros one side. To commute to milan railway station and Dumo we used bus number 99 & 222 ( there is bus ever 20 min) right in front of hotel. This bus will drop you at Vigento bus stop and there is tram station right in front ( tram number 24) and it takes around 54 minutes to reach Milan Central ( hotel to central) It costed 15 euro ( full day ticket to use in bus tram) and kids travelled free. Overall good holidays. 😊 Overall Milan has got the best transportation facilities.

First impression is that it's OK, however not a 4 star hotel at all, more like a 3 star. Reception service is good and friendly, but when you go to the restaurant they barely look at you when you want to order. It's like they're trying to hide from their customers. There is almost never anybody if you want to order a drink or a coffee.. terrible F&B management.

It's a hidden gem. Traveling from Malpensa early morning we didn't expect much from this hotel. I wish I had known the place before! Nor far from the motorway it provides separate rooms (with your own parking lot right in front of the entrance) which is super convenient. Inside there is a spacious room, very tidy. Quiet, great bed. And the stuff was super sweet to make us ”breakfast bags” despite our late arrival. Loved everything, highly recommended!

Good location just in front of “ glam hotel@ in front of central train station which is convenient to travel, the hotel was quite new but one elevator was out of order so need to wait for more than 10mins to get down since the elevator is quite small if you need to bring the luggages with you and there is no porter to help the luggages since there is a lot of steps in front door! However, the reception is very friendly and helped me arrange a bigger and quiet room to sleep, will come back again in my next trip!
