Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Lombardy, Italy

Unfortunately, my stay at Glam Milano was very disappointing. The room temperature was around 27°C throughout the night, and despite air conditioning being listed as an amenity, no effective cooling was available. I contacted reception multiple times and was told the heating would be turned off, but this never happened. The room remained uncomfortably hot and made proper rest impossible. I arrived late at night after a 16-hour long-haul flight and had no realistic alternative but to stay, despite the conditions. To make matters worse, I was also required to pay an additional fee on arrival, which felt unacceptable given the circumstances. A hotel at this price point should be able to regulate room temperature properly or at least resolve issues when guests raise them. The lack of solution, combined with poor handling of complaints, significantly impacted my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort, rest, or responsive service.

Very clean hotel. Rooms were clean and fresh. Comfortable mattress. Kind and friendly reception staff (beside departure day). Good location - close proximity to metro line 5. Cons: for the first night I have got smaller room than I booked, there was no heating working - temperature dropped to 17,5 Celsius in the room. I reported that to the reception and the only thing they could do that night was to give me blanket. Next day reception staff changed my room to the standard I booked (double bed) and with heating working. Sink was clogged and doors didn’t close - it was necessary to push them strong. Hotel haven’t proposed me any discount or complimentary service instead of that 12 pm (sharp) got phone call from reception to vacant the room (first time in my life I had sth. like that) - despite the fact a day before reception staff told me I can stay until 13… No complimentary water, coffee or slippers. I don’t have big expectations and usually make some concessions but that time I am rather disappointed.

Wir haben hier zwei Nächte übernachtet und haben zwei Zimmer à je zwei Personen gebucht. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet. Alles piccobello sauber und gepflegt. Das Badezimmer, insbedondere die Dusche ist sehr bequem. Die Betten ebenfalls, die Matratzen vielleicht ein bisschen zu hart, aber genau nach meinem Geschmack. Wir haben alle 4 sehr gut geschlafen. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hat uns dabei geholfen, ein gutes Restaurant für das Mittagsessen zu finden, weil das Hotelrestaurant über die Festtage geschlossen war. Er hat uns sogar einen Tisch telefonisch reserviert. Das Frühstückbuffet ist, fûr italienische Verhältnisse, reich am Auswahl. Das Personal auch sehr aufmerksam und nett.

Have nothing but appreciation to this amazing hotel for redefining what hospitality truly means. I love it when people are serious with their business and job. Amazing staff who pay attention and provide anything i ask for. Cleanliness is top notch. Dropping off and pick up just when I call them. It was just wow. Thanks for all you do and please don't reduce your standard. I won't stop speaking about you and recommending whenever I have to. It's 5/5 across board. I'm safely back to my base after 3 nights with this amazing hotel. Weldone y'all!

Large rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Not too expensive. The food in the restaurant is a bit overpriced for the size of plates your getting, but the quality makes up for that. Sadly I forgot to take pictures 😅

Hotel ok, for one night. I stayed 2 nights. Too long for the given conditions. Uncomfortable pillows (I had a headache) I didn't sleep, noise in the hallway and outside, poor soundproofing. Overall ok, but if i can, i will choose another hotel for future visiting!

В описании написано, что чек-ин с 14 часов. Дорога была длинная. Приехали в 10.55 , в 11 p.m. девушка с ресепшена сказала, что регистрация закрыта в 11 и мы должны выйти и зарегистрироватьсЯ самостоятельно в автомате. На мою просьбу о помощи в регистрации через автомат, ответила отказом и закрыла грубо дверь в отель перед нами, так что мы не могли зайти и забрать уже оставленные в лобби отеля вещи. Это было время 11.02 p.m. сказала звонить в поддержку через автомат. В поддержке ответили, но не стали регистрировать. Случайно заметили человека за дверью и попросили через дверь нам помочь. Только с его помощью смогли связаться с поддержкой для регистрации. Я думаю, что такой сервис, какой предоставила девушка на ресепшене недопустим для работы с людьми.

Honestly, I was skeptical because there were no pictures or reviews prior to the time of the booking! But honestly my husband were pleasantly surprised!! Newly built so obviously in good condition. We had a corner room on the top floor that had a nice balcony. Shower with 2 heads with good water pressure. Some parts of the hotel were still working on construction so a bit busy, but besides that it's close to the station. The staff are lovely. The room itself was beautiful!! Definitely would come back!!

C'est la troisième fois que je viens dans cette hôtel, les chambres sont très spacieuses, les lits sont King et la salle de bain est parfaite avec l'hidromassage. Je reviendrai sûrement.
