Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Lombardy, Italy

I stayed there two times already. Extremely close to the Milano Central station to perfect for its purpose inside the central station that are various supermarkets and small shopping mall and a very nice food market and the place is very nice.

Exceptionally close walking distance from Milano Centrale, overall it’s convenient and with a small grocery store just around the corner. But I feel like this area is less safe as some people are wandering and just standing on the street. (IMO I feel Via Napo Torriani area is safer) Other than this, the room is spacious, minimal & clean, and the bed was comfy enough too. The hotel provided free luggage storage for the day check in & out, and kudos I was able to early check in too. Overall still a pleasant stay. (Picture was taken by the time I checking out)

Very clean hotel. Rooms were clean and fresh. Comfortable mattress. Kind and friendly reception staff (beside departure day). Good location - close proximity to metro line 5. Cons: for the first night I have got smaller room than I booked, there was no heating working - temperature dropped to 17,5 Celsius in the room. I reported that to the reception and the only thing they could do that night was to give me blanket. Next day reception staff changed my room to the standard I booked (double bed) and with heating working. Sink was clogged and doors didn’t close - it was necessary to push them strong. Hotel haven’t proposed me any discount or complimentary service instead of that 12 pm (sharp) got phone call from reception to vacant the room (first time in my life I had sth. like that) - despite the fact a day before reception staff told me I can stay until 13… No complimentary water, coffee or slippers. I don’t have big expectations and usually make some concessions but that time I am rather disappointed.

Our stay in HSM was excellent. The location is easy access to highway and close to Lake Lecco and Lake Como which are within 30 minutes drive from hotel.

WORK IN PROGRESS...la gestione è cambiata e qualcosa è stato migliorato, anche se la struttura ha decisamente bisogno di un restyling. Soggiornato più volte per impegni sportivi, per la qualità/prezzo è sufficiente. Camera pulita, ma migliorabile. Colazione ok, da migliorare per scelta frutta fresca e macedonia. Personale gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo manca una colonnina di ricarica per auto elettriche.

The hotel is very conveniently located next to Linate airport. 10 min walk and you’ve reached it. The staff at reception are very friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The window shades let quite some light through in the room : so if you’re a person who needs darkness to sleep well , it could be a bit difficult also because of the emergency light which has a bright green spot light always illuminated. Through the water conductors is possible to hear every drop of water moving from other rooms ,so silence is a bit disturbed. Breakfast is good. I’d suggest the stuff to keep the hot dishes display closed to avoid the “scrambled eggs “ and sausages to get dry as they were the day I was there. For the price paid , I’d keep this hotel surely as 1st choice, as it’s perfect f you arrive at Linate airport in the evening and fly out early in the morning.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and the shuttle was very helpful. Room was clean but located near the elevator and an alarm went off in the middle of the night. I had a simple dinner at restaurant (chef’s choice ravioli and aperol spritz), but 2 hours later was so dizzy I could barely stand or sleep. I managed to check out at 5:00am but was very ill and had to vomit in the airport. The dizziness lasted the whole day and it was quite terrifying. I cannot say it was caused by the restaurant food, but the other travelers in my party who didn’t eat there were fine. It was a traumatic experience I hope to forget.

Camera molto ampia e molto ben insonorizzata. Non ho usufruito della colazione, ma solo caffè al bar, 2eur al banco un po' caro. Hotel funzionale a pochi km dal metro Gessate, in zona tranquilla. Valida alternativa economica a chi preferisce la qualità stando fuori Milano.
