I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect—close to public transport and within walking distance of many attractions and great restaurants. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and well cared for. I’d happily stay here again on my next trip to Milan.

Compared with the old broken small hotels in big cities, this is too nice. Still password lock, very convenient! Very new and clean! I don't want to go! Breakfast is also very good! check in soon! There is a large parking lot, free!

I stayed one night at Golden Milano Hotel. The room has a balcony and a spacious bathroom with bidet which is very Italian. The hotel location is good close to Susa metro station, with a supermarket Carrefour nearby. There is also a nice coffee shop Pan Milano just around the corner. Front desk staff were very nice. The only minus was a weak wifi signal but that didn't really bother me.

The location was pretty amazing, very easy to get to several modes of transportation, especially Metro and Centrale Train Station. The hotel was easy to locate, and the rooms were modern and good-sized (depending of your choice). I was on the 3rd floor and it was quiet as I was facing the inner courtyard. The shower was amazing, and the bedwas big and comfy. Daily housekeeping keeps everything looking fresh and neat. I enjoyed my stay. Just a few steps away, you have access to quick groceries from Carrefour or Pam. Definitely consider this place if I'm back in Milan again.

Very professional and helpful staff, I love this place Very much ! But please don't charge 2 Euro for store the luggage....... Rest is superb..... A receptionist ( Thin & curly hairs ) Very kind & Smart ... overall, you all people are really good in their job. Stay blessed ❤️

The rooms are spacious, the environment is great, and parking is convenient. The front desk staff are also very friendly. It's the perfect choice for a trip to Milan. I genuinely recommend everyone to stay here; it's excellent value for money!

The hotel’s location was amazing – only a few minutes’ walk from the main station My room was clean, and the Wi-Fi was exceptionally fast for any tasks I needed to do.

Our group of 20 had an absolutely fantastic stay at Demo Hotel Milan on June 19th-20th! From the moment we arrived, we were incredibly impressed with the level of service and comfort provided. A special shout-out must go to Ms. Gwen, who truly went above and beyond. Her professionalism and genuinely helpful nature made a huge difference to our large group. No request was too much trouble, and she was always there to assist every guest with a warm smile. It's rare to find such consistent and attentive support, and Ms. Gwen is a true asset to your team. The hotel itself was impeccable, offering comfortable accommodations that perfectly suited our needs. The owner Mr. Demo is also a good artist and you can see most of his obra in his hotel. We highly recommend Demo Hotel Milan to anyone visiting the city, especially if you appreciate exceptional customer service. We can't wait to return!

An average hotel with a nice view, a modern vibe, and convenient proximity to the Central Station. However, the room had several issues: the AC was loud, the temperature controls were locked, and the PIR sensor in the bathroom was overly sensitive, causing the lights to turn off even when occupied. The room wasn’t soundproof, and there were some questionable design choices, such as the sliding door track protruding into the room. Additionally, the USB port was broken, and the shower doors leaked water onto the floor. On the bright side, the breakfast was tasty and offered a generous variety.

The interior design is sleek, and the breakfast buffet, priced at €25, was impressive and satisfying. The front desk staff were also friendly and professional, adding to a pleasant check-in experience. However, one thing to keep in mind is the location. It’s a bit far from Milano Centrale Station, and there’s no nearby metro access, which may be inconvenient if you have luggage or if the weather isn’t ideal. Dining options around the hotel are limited and mostly casual, but there's a Carrefour Express nearby, which was helpful. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for those seeking a stylish, comfortable stay — just make sure to plan ahead for transportation.
