Hotel is more suited for business travellers as nearby corporates offices suggests. As a solo leisure traveller the hotel was not for me, in terms of sightseeing etc with everything futher away. Breakfast and dinner selection was somewhat limited but nice food. Prakash the waiter served with care and efficiency. At the Spa on one of the nights there was no one there at the reception to take queries as the one and only therapist was engaged with an appointment! So what does one do wait for hours to be atteneded to? As a sign suggested i left a message for a call back for an appointment, but got none.

It's a wonderful and amazing experience with this hotel and courteous staff. Me and my husband stayed in from 07 Jun to 11 Jun 2024. From the check in to Check out , we were fully taken care by the amazing staff. Afsal is an amzaing staff witty, chatty and caring together with Devika (my favourite beauty Kutty) and Amuritha -they really took care of our food and being vegetarian -they offered the choices for the vegetarian food. Chef Arun is a fantastic and caring person. He listened to our story and As my husband just completed the 24 days or Ayruveda treatment, he has to continuoulsy take his medication and kashyam which need to be brewed for the sometime. Chef Aurn took care of this and also Mahesh also managed this and send this to our room. Because of Chef Aurn's initiative, my hubby coninued his medication without fail. All of them are hospitable and really made us feel at home. The room service is fantastic from providing necessities to water and replacing the spoilt safe. The 6th floor housekeeping sfaff (i cant remember his name but he's slim and had curly hair and very pleasant personality) is fantastic and took care to our needs. My husband felt that he's in wonderland and as the jeanne in the lamp, you ask for something and your needs are fulfilled. They are very timely and fulfilling. Last but not least, I would like congratulate the Hilton Garden's management for finely grooming your team and staff and step up the customer service towards customer excellence. I wish everyone including the front counter staff, the security and guards best wishes and happy working in this fantastic customer oriented environment.

Had a wonderful stay for 6 nights. We got upgraded to room with backwaters view. Thanks to the staff who were always welcoming with smile. Buffet was good with widespread options. Their Bangalore dosa and cheese omelette are a must try. Also their inhouse restaurant Meen by Chef pillai must not be missed. Tried their signature dishes suggested by the staff and it was finger licking good.

One of the best hotel options that is very close to the airport with good eating options both within and outside the premises. Well appointed rooms, a great check in experience and was delighted by the service gesture the offered in terms of room upgrade and late checkout options. Has a good restaurant with delicious Chinese cuisine that I tried out. It's going through some renovation but that's not having a lot of impact on one's stay here. Overall a pleasant stay except the fact that I left behind an expensive chocolate in the room mini fridge and could not get it back when I enquired for it the same day.

Very worst experience!!!! I write this reviews just an experience stayed a day actually my plan was 3 days in same hotel but it’s make me really disappointed from the arrival no one escorts to take my luggage and there a two boys in the reception when I arrive both are stayed in the room inside and watching there phone simply, after I arrived I just ask a help to carry my baggage just simply ignore (note I just ask for a help) After I came to room AC Is doesn’t work at all even I keep on for 3 hours, when I ask yo reception he mentioned to me it’s Hot weather sir will be work soon (after 3 hours come on ) Then in the night I ask for TV is there is any channel is working, he just laugh and reply to me if you want to see the TV just open android smart phone connect to TV Seriously it’s make me really disappointed and I don’t recommend for any new comer in this hotel

Food , Room, Location, Front desk and amenities ***** with room service ,Housekeeping services at mid night. It is truly remarkable and excellent . Especially Mr Ramesh, Mr Rajnish, Mr Anoop and their team. provided best quality food and service with a smile .They also made meals without spices for my child.which is very rare across so many hotels. I couldn't find any flaw in my stay at the hotel. Mr Vinu (manager) and his entire front office team was humble and provided the best of service.

I stayed with my wife and daughter, Overall my stay was perfect however I would like to highlight few things can be improved. Restaurant service is slow, food options are great , there were more than enough varieties orin the Buffet we always had the option to order from the Ala carte menu. I would like to say a big thank you to Sangeeta from the buffet restaurant . She was superb, as soon as we entered the restaurant she attends us with a big smile on the face. She know her job very well. Cleanliness- Room cleaning was done every morning when we leave for breakfast. our room cleaning guy Mr. Afazzudhin was the highlight. He always make sure our room is cleaned before we get back from Breakfast. He is a friendly and very professional I would give 5 star for cleanliness. Hassan & Family

We have taken the family room as we were total 5 members. The room was very clean , it was spacious with balcony too. You cannot smoke in room but you can in balcony. The view from hotel is nice. It is near to Ernakulam town railway station. By auto it will take 5 min to reach at hotel. The food was good , the staff behaviour was very good. They also provide the cab service to munnar and near sightseeing places.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at O by Tamara on our special day and it was truly an unforgettable experience. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Christopher for his exquisite room decorations, which made our stay even more memorable. The food at O Cafe’ was absolutely delightful and every meal was a treat. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt truly cared for. Overall, our time at O by Tamara Trivandrum was nothing short of exceptional.

The Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

Awesome experience in Trivandrum . Morning breakfast is so delicious and specifically vijin and nithin customer services are so excellent and down to earth. Town tower is must vist place in Trivandrum

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner of the hotel well-maintained and spotless. The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

I made a reservation for the KKM international Hotel through by booking com from 17 July to 27 July The price given by Booking com for 10 days total price 31650 INR and on my arrival at that hotel I was charged 15000 INR its mean almost half of my total payment i pay. Again after 5 days i pay 15000 INR so total i pay 30000 INR. 26 evening i going to pay my last payment reception agent tell me i have to pay 6900 INR balance so total i pay 36900 INR My laundry Bill Is 900INR mini bar we eat one nuts packet and one chips packet and one chocolate that's around 1000 INR so my question is how come it become 36900??? Its not finish 27 morning 8am i going to give my room key before i departure reception agent tell i need wait i need pay again 500INR i don't want ask any questions to him i pay again 500INR so total i pay 37400INR so they changed me extra 3850INR guys be careful this hotel. Your payment. The positive point Restaurant staff very friendly. But need more training. Housekeeping staff good. Front desk staff need more training no welcoming no bellboy we carry our luggage by our self to the room. Food is so so all the food itmes very expressive More than most high level hotel in India.

The stay at ginger was excellent and supporting staff were polite, interacted and helpful in guiding me through timely responsive action for attending the workshop nearby, though i reached late night there were no delay in allotment of room, which are near, hygienic and well maintained. The breakfast, dinner served is good, authentic, traditional and affordable. Especially, the manager abhilash sir is knowledgeable, positive response, patience enough and good guiding manager to the guests. So, i sincerely recommend ginger trivandrum for families and everyone for their stay.

My family had a pleasant stay. My room was upgraded to deluxe room and top floor. The breakfast served was delicious. They had a great ambience. It is situated in the center of city with all many attraction very nearby. We have a small babu he was given special treatment

Had a very experience staying at this hotel which is centrally located in city centre. Mr. Thilak GM was very kind enough to offer me the best possible rates. They have a cozy bar with good selections of drinks. The food served is very tasty. Staff members are very courteous and helpful. Overall a very satisfying stay experience.
