Hotel Dengan Sarapan pagi di Viti Levu Group, Fiji

Nice and close to the airport for our early morning departure. Clean and comfortable room for our family of 3. Pool and slide were great for a bit of afternoon/ evening fun before dinner. Nice bar and restaurant area next to pool. Great stop prior to heading out to the islands or on the way back. Would stay here again. A little bit of airplane noise as you would expect being so close to the airport.

I stayed in the female dorm and thought it was great! Had a peaceful nights sleep both nights I was there. It seemed pretty clean to me. The bathroom facilities were fine. Unfortunately, after having a “fresh fruit smoothie” (fresh fruit is questionable.. it was a white milkshake by the looks of things, see pics) I was violently ill and spent the rest of my time at Smugglers in my bed. I thought the bar/grill was a bit expensive for what you got, I had a deckhands breakfast and I was still hungry afterwards (see pics). Also the pool is quite small and it’s right in the middle of all the tables chairs, I didn’t see anyone swimming in there ever. There also isn’t much of a beach. The majority of the staff were super friendly and helpful!! Especially the ones at reception. There is a desk for booking a wide range of excursions, I didn’t book any though but heard from other guests that they enjoyed them.

Room is spacious and generally clean and well equipped. Staff are generally quite friendly and smiley, and helpful. The view is nice with a vast ocean view. However there’re a number of points which could have been improved. First, our reservation for the room is for 4 adults. However on the first night we arrived, everything was not prepared for 4 adults (i.e. the towels, toothbrush, slippers, shower and shampoo set, toilet paper, cups). After check-in, we had dinner at the hotel’s beach restaurant, then we took the buggy to the room - by that time it was almost 11PM. We had to call the reception/housekeeping to request for all these insufficient items. Then, next day, after housekeeping, again we were short of towels, shower and shampoo sets and water (which should be replenished right?)

I have left 5 stars for the service as cleaning , buffet , wet cafe staff all we’re exceptional! We did not have a good experience with tatavu grill & bar . Firstly they brought fries with chilli for toddler , the second time they totally burnt kids meat and we waited for the glass of wine for over 40 min ! Hotel is very clean , There is a bus going to town every 15 min . The kids club is not as strong as we were hoping for , but still there is entertainment for kids as well. Overall , we would recommend the hotel.

Pros: People are friendly and kind. It was nice service, Breakfast & swimming pool was nice and there was a Beauty lab which we had a nice massage. Cons: hot water is suddenly out of order. I had to have a cold shower because they weren’t sure when it can be fixed. There were a lot of insects in the room, bed bugs and cockroaches we ended up giving up to catch all of them. I missed my tour bus because they said I was late, which I didn’t. And said to me “just take a taxi” And They didn’t even checked how many people&who was waiting for, I wish they could do something more or put a little bit more effort for their guest when pick up bus driver was there.

A most pleasant vacation. The location of the resort hotel is good, along the beach. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Popular among family groups. There was some upgrading renovations in the main building of the resort which was away from the accommodation areas.

Beautiful stay at this quite new modern style hotel surrounded by lagoon! But it’s sad that there is no beach to enjoy there. *room- it’s small but they have everything we need and amenities is quite good and they bring us enough tea en coffee during our stay. They maintain a room quite clean so it was very comfortable staying here. We can see it’s new and good design as well! *breakfast-variety choice of food that you can fully enjoy! They even had a Mimosa drink and you will never get bored with beautiful and tasty food they prepare! *facility- it’s quite big so to reach to the infinity pool it takes time to get there on foot and there was not enough baggy so had to walk all the way there. And even though this hotel itself is big but infinity pool is quite small and each seat is too close to each other so I felt it’s a hit congested and didn’t feel so relax being there. But surroundings are beautiful we can see mountains and oceans. Blue lagoon view from our room was also beautiful! *Stuffs- sorry to compare to other hotel but some of the stuffs are not as friendly as other stuffs we met at other hotel. Some are lovely but I felt they’re so tired of helping us. But the driver who helped us to give us a loft to the airport, he was very friendly and nice, we can see he is willing to help us and made us comfortable till the end of our trip! Thank you Maffie! ( sorry not sure about spelling ) And the receptionist lady was very attentive when we checked in-Sweta, she was willing to prepare a room for us even we arrived a bit early than the check-in time, thank you!

위치는 데나라우랑 생각보다 거리가 있다고 느낄 수 있음 아직 공사 중이고 옆에 건물 완공일자는 25년 2월이기에 참고 요망 대신에 프로그램도 많고 수영장이랑 음식이 기가막힘 수영장은 중앙 말고 왼쪽에도 있으니 참고 요망 흡연장소는 입구랑 해변가에 있으니 나처럼 바보같이 수영하고서 호텔 입구까지 가서 흡연하는 일이 없길바람 모든 직원분들 친절하고 선셋은 왼쪽으로 지지만 아주 좋으니 꼭 와서 호텔을 즐기길 바람

Check in was easy but they almost forgot to give us our room key. The whole trip the key didn't work to get in and out of our room so we had to get staff to let us ion every time. They said they upgraded us but when we got there there was only 1 bed. We asked numerous times to get the bed ready but by the 3rd time we asked they eventually did it. Room was fine for what we needed with mini fridge, littler back deck to sit on which was nice and enough space. The bathroom was ok however, we had a shower and the shower head started spinning cold water everywhere but we managed to get over that. The pools were great and to have water slide and nice chairs round the pool made the day go quick as we we hung out there for a few hours. The food was good and having music all day was enjoyable. The check out was easy and courtesy bus worked out really well.so all in all a few issues but nothing major and had everything we required

We stayed there for overnight for an early morning flight the next day. The hotel is approximately a 10-minute drive from the airport. While the hotel provides a free shuttle bus, upon arrival, you'll need to call the hotel to request the shuttle. There is a small shopping area next door, making it easy to grab snacks, drinks, or a meal outside of the hotel.

清潔感はあり、5つ星レベルだと思います。 部屋に洗濯機があったのが嬉しかったです。 プールも大人用とファミリー用があり、どなたでも楽しく遊べると思います。 ただデナラウエリアのホテルを３つ泊まったのですが、 ロビーについた時に空室がなく、15分くらいで部屋を空けれると伺ったのに、30分もロビーで待たされ、結局忘れられていたのか15時までは無理だと別のスタッフに言われました。 結局外出しましたが、預けた荷物はエントランスにそのまま放置というスタイルを取っており、誰もが取ることができるので、家に帰ってくるまで不安でした。 他のお客さんの荷物もエントランスに並んでいました。

我們是夫妻倆出行，住了五晚，還想在住兩天，是一個躺平發獃的好地方。比較而言，潛水、浮潛的感覺不如外島，但酒店有五六個餐廳，選擇很多，價格相對便宜，活動項目也很多。Sundowner餐廳一日三餐都推薦（不喝酒的話，早餐或早午餐比自助餐還便宜）。服務人員也很棒，有位叫Savaria的女服務員，第二天就能記住我的姓名，專業👍🏻強烈推薦～尤其適合親子出遊。

這家應該是蘇瓦最好的酒店，位於海邊，滿滿的英式風格。離CBD也很近，離博物館和花園也很近，都是步行距離。相對來説這個位置治安好也很安全。當天晚上是週五酒店內有一活動，所有嘉賓都盛裝打扮着裝非常精彩。

並不像網上吐槽的那樣，其實環境還可以。普通房間比萬豪普通間好太多了，而且麪積也大很多，重點是隔音比萬豪好！！這裏真的算得上最大的酒店了，還自帶高爾夫球場，可以潛水，還自帶教堂。除了遠，沒毛病。 意式晚餐+早餐比較好吃。 酒店押金150斐濟幣一晚。打車去機場211斐濟幣，衹收現金，21點前酒店前台可以幫忙預約送機。

Second time for us to stay here this hotel! This time we were able to stay at the pool view, we appreciate the kind help from reception assistance manger Aman as well as Keleshi’s help! We recommend Intercontinental if it’s first time to visit Fiji because of below reason! -friendly stuffs who are willing to help us always with beautiful smiles! May stuffs try to remember us and feet us personally which makes it it stay even more pleasant and we can see that they do it from their heart! -spacious dining with great choice of food for lunch/dinner with love music everyday and some activities at the bar lounge -Intercontinental has got public beach just in front and we can enjoy beach as well as Infinity pool for adults. What I love about this hotel is that we don’t need to go other places to enjoy beach as we can get to see colouful fishes with our own snorkels! -spacious room and bathtub on a big balcony is something great and you can relax at the balcony even it’s raining day! Thank you for the another beautiful stay and we will definitely come back!!

My recent stay AT NALAGI was a delightful experience that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and comfort. 空港までのアクセスが良く、無料のシャトルバスもあるのて帰国前の1泊で利用しました。スタッフの方々のホスピタリティのレベルが高く、お部屋も綺麗で食事も美味しかったです。

We claimed the room at around 9pm with a long waiting time for the room due to hotel’s issue. The room is dark. The hospitality decision of the hotel is not really good to be honest. But still, the gentleman in the reception are very willing to help us and he is friendly with a smile on his face.so overall is fine in this hotel.

It was beyond my expectations, cooking area and washing machine was really a good one, the only downside was the television and Olympic coverage often freezing, there was WiFi but I got a sim card and a weeks plan which was enough, shopping center downstairs and everything close by very nice

除了酒店的沙灘因是黑沙顯得不那麼清澈之外，這家酒店達到預期。酒店很大，綠化很好，別墅的泳池也非常乾淨。一家六口出行選擇了含早晚餐的別墅，性價比很高。早餐符合五星級酒店標準，自助晚餐如果現場買是129斐濟幣，每天有三文魚，大蝦之類的海鮮，在我們住的三天裏，還吃到了琵琶蝦，大青蟹。一家人在這裏度過了愉快的假期。需要注意的就是，離店時一定要看清消費後再付款，我們就是因匆忙離開沒仔細看，不是我們的消費記在了我們名下，是我們的消費又漏記了一些，好在後來交流後都妥善解決了，前台有中文服務，挺方便的。落日很美！

部屋は清潔で過ごしやすかったです。子どもたちも広さに喜んでました。キッチンも使いやすく、色々揃っていて満足です。デナラウの中では港にアクセスしやすいので離島などに滞在する人向けのホテルだと思いました。
