Отель не клиентоориентирован. С нами отказались говорить на русском русскоговорящий персонал , так в глаза и сказал один молодой человек « я не говорю по русски».
В первый же день не смогли получить пляжные полотенца, их не было! Как так!
На завтраках было ощущение, что персонал либо не справляется, либо не хочет этого делать. Столы не сервированы, элементарно не было салфеток, соли. Не хватало стаканов для воды и сока и чистых приборов. При этом персонала было много. Но они не справлялись. Не уютно, не чисто, и не старательно для гостей.
Номера чистые, но в них нет ни телефона, ни меню ресторана для заказа еды.
Все как- то непродуманно. Сделали красивые номера , но на гостей плевать.
Пляж считается приватным, но рядом поле, приезжают на машинах, останавливаются купаться и свободно могут посетить это так называемый « приватный пляж».
Расположение вдали от инфраструктуры. Рядом стройка( приостановлена, словно продают соседние здания)
Территория не уютная.

Отдых очень понравился. Правда при заезде были трудности с заселением, потому что мы не получили инструкцию по заселению. Заранее необходимо обязательно связаться с объектом и тогда будет все отлично.
Местоположение очень удобное, виды потрясающие! Кондиционер работает на тепло, номер быстро прогрелся, прохладная погода нам не мешала. В номере есть все необходимое. Учитывая что это апартаменты, уборка не предусмотрена. Вынос мусорка тоже самостоятельно. Рядом с домом много контейнеров, все удобно.
Каждое утро в 9-00 доставляли в номер завтрак. Разный каждый день. Салат из свежих овощей вместе с омлетом, или сосисками, или гречка, или вареные яйца. Пакетик чая и кофе.
Спасибо хозяевам, все понравилось.👍

Из положительного только расположение рядом ТЦ и все хорошие рестораны.Уборки не было 2 дня,завтраки никакие от слова совсем.Все пожухлое как будто позавчера резали.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

Когда заехала в комнате была чистота и безумно вкусно пахло!
Очень понравилось, что можно перед заездом никуда и ни с кем разговаривать не нужно, просто сам идешь к себе в номер.
Хозяева данных аппаратов подробно все рассказали, как заселяться, и всегда были готовы помочь🥹🩷
В номере есть сушилка для белья, утюг, фен, посуда, дополнительные одеяла на случай, если будет прохладно.
С радостью вернусь сюда ещё! Спасибо 🩷🥰

Отель располагается в 40-50мин ходьбы до достопримечательностей. Номера чистые, светлые, просторные. Уборка, смена полотенец, каждый день! Завтраки довольно разноообразные, на свой вкус однозначно подберете. Есть фитнес зона, сауна финская, бассейн, мини детский лягушатник. Минус бассейн плоховато очищают, по углам на дне виден мусор, немного но он есть. Хаммам работает номинально, нагнетение пара нет, просто как в теплую комнату зашел.
Соотношение цены-качество.

GGuest UserNew large apartments in a new residential complex, comfortable beds, all equipment works. The pool didn't work.
I had to buy washing powder, washing liquid and trash bags. No trash container near the building, with trash it is necessary to walk a little down the street to the nearest container.
A few minutes walk to the sea, but you have to cross the highway with large traffic and rail. There are several shops around, but there are no cafes and facilities where to eat. There is one beer bar, several vegetable/fruit traders. We have been in the road improvement (for Moscow is a common business), but the experience of rest does not add, especially when at midnight a tractor comes and starts to drill a pit((
To the Botanical Garden walk 30 minutes, but not on the beach, there will have to jump and cross 3 rivers, and on the track, then small streets. You can get by bus.
On the bus you can get to Batumi, about 20 minutes.
In short, a good place, but around no infrastructure, you can stop for a few nights. Service is pleasant, but the guards of the complex are dark and harsh guys. Girls on the respiratory are always ready to help and speak good Russian.

BBuerderenLocated in the new district of Batumi, it's close to the airport but a few kilometers from the old town. However, Batumi's traffic is extremely congested; it took us over an hour to travel just a few kilometers in the afternoon. The city's management is truly terrible.
The room was small but fairly clean. It's very close to the beach. Because our flight was in the morning, we hadn't had breakfast, and there was a 50 baht deposit required to borrow an umbrella.

SsmithHotel location is good, very close to Batumi's European Square and the seaside trail. The service attitude of the hotel was very bad. I returned to the hotel at 9 o'clock on the night of the stay. The door lock of the room could not be opened. There was a staff member in the whole hotel. I couldn't open it with the hotel card. I said that there were no technicians now and offered to open another room for us. Solve it tomorrow morning. Because we will return to Tbilisi the next morning, the time arrangement is tight, and all the luggage is in the room, and there is no peace of mind to change the room, so I insist on asking the hotel to find a way to open the door, but the hotel has been shirking. After dragging for 2 or 3 hours, through the coordination of Trip.com , the manager came to the scene. At first, he did not solve the problem in the attitude of solving the problem. He said that the door was originally good, but why it would not open now. It was not until 2 am that the door was opened and the room was changed for us. During the whole process, we stayed outdoors for 5 hours. If the hotel handles it early, it can solve the problem in up to half an hour. Here I would like to thank Trip.com , the overseas hotel department customer service staff of Trip.com have called the hotel many times during the handling of the matter and given us a lot of help.

When I asked for some ice to treat a bruise on my head after accidentally knocking into a glass door, the bar staff kindly provided me with a full basket of ice, which I truly appreciated.
The hotel is new and very clean.
Overall, everything was perfect.

EELENAWe really enjoyed our stay. True, there were some difficulties with check-in upon arrival, because we did not receive check-in instructions. It is imperative to contact the property in advance and then everything will be fine.
The location is very convenient, the views are stunning! The air conditioner works for heat, the room quickly warmed up, the cool weather did not bother us. The room has everything you need. Considering that these are apartments, cleaning is not provided. You also take out the trash yourself. There are many containers near the house, everything is convenient.
Every morning at 9-00 breakfast was delivered to the room. Different every day. Salad of fresh vegetables with an omelet, or sausages, or buckwheat, or boiled eggs. A bag of tea and coffee.

ККатерина24The hotel is located 40-50 minutes walk from the sights. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious. Cleaning, change of towels, every day! Breakfasts are quite varied, you will definitely find something to suit your taste. There is a fitness area, Finnish sauna, swimming pool, mini children's paddling pool. Minus the pool is poorly cleaned, in the corners at the bottom you can see garbage, a little, but it is there. The hammam works nominally, there is no steam injection, it's just like entering a warm room.

AABMD US INCExcellent location within walking distance of everything, courteous and very helpful and patient staff. Tremendous service team especially at front desk and in the restaurant at breakfast who are indeed hardworking and made the 14 days spent there not only a great experience but presented a sumptuous breakfast buffet that few can equal from twenty types of bread and pastries to fresh honey still on the hive tray that you carve out yourself. I was impressed.
