Отель не клиентоориентирован. С нами отказались говорить на русском русскоговорящий персонал , так в глаза и сказал один молодой человек « я не говорю по русски».
В первый же день не смогли получить пляжные полотенца, их не было! Как так!
На завтраках было ощущение, что персонал либо не справляется, либо не хочет этого делать. Столы не сервированы, элементарно не было салфеток, соли. Не хватало стаканов для воды и сока и чистых приборов. При этом персонала было много. Но они не справлялись. Не уютно, не чисто, и не старательно для гостей.
Номера чистые, но в них нет ни телефона, ни меню ресторана для заказа еды.
Все как- то непродуманно. Сделали красивые номера , но на гостей плевать.
Пляж считается приватным, но рядом поле, приезжают на машинах, останавливаются купаться и свободно могут посетить это так называемый « приватный пляж».
Расположение вдали от инфраструктуры. Рядом стройка( приостановлена, словно продают соседние здания)
Территория не уютная.

Отдых очень понравился. Правда при заезде были трудности с заселением, потому что мы не получили инструкцию по заселению. Заранее необходимо обязательно связаться с объектом и тогда будет все отлично.
Местоположение очень удобное, виды потрясающие! Кондиционер работает на тепло, номер быстро прогрелся, прохладная погода нам не мешала. В номере есть все необходимое. Учитывая что это апартаменты, уборка не предусмотрена. Вынос мусорка тоже самостоятельно. Рядом с домом много контейнеров, все удобно.
Каждое утро в 9-00 доставляли в номер завтрак. Разный каждый день. Салат из свежих овощей вместе с омлетом, или сосисками, или гречка, или вареные яйца. Пакетик чая и кофе.
Спасибо хозяевам, все понравилось.👍

Из положительного только расположение рядом ТЦ и все хорошие рестораны.Уборки не было 2 дня,завтраки никакие от слова совсем.Все пожухлое как будто позавчера резали.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

Отель располагается в 40-50мин ходьбы до достопримечательностей. Номера чистые, светлые, просторные. Уборка, смена полотенец, каждый день! Завтраки довольно разноообразные, на свой вкус однозначно подберете. Есть фитнес зона, сауна финская, бассейн, мини детский лягушатник. Минус бассейн плоховато очищают, по углам на дне виден мусор, немного но он есть. Хаммам работает номинально, нагнетение пара нет, просто как в теплую комнату зашел.
Соотношение цены-качество.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable.
The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair.
The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors.
The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure.
The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included.
There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant.
Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

CChessmasterI have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

BBuerderenLocated in the new district of Batumi, it's close to the airport but a few kilometers from the old town. However, Batumi's traffic is extremely congested; it took us over an hour to travel just a few kilometers in the afternoon. The city's management is truly terrible.
The room was small but fairly clean. It's very close to the beach. Because our flight was in the morning, we hadn't had breakfast, and there was a 50 baht deposit required to borrow an umbrella.

SsmithHotel location is good, very close to Batumi's European Square and the seaside trail. The service attitude of the hotel was very bad. I returned to the hotel at 9 o'clock on the night of the stay. The door lock of the room could not be opened. There was a staff member in the whole hotel. I couldn't open it with the hotel card. I said that there were no technicians now and offered to open another room for us. Solve it tomorrow morning. Because we will return to Tbilisi the next morning, the time arrangement is tight, and all the luggage is in the room, and there is no peace of mind to change the room, so I insist on asking the hotel to find a way to open the door, but the hotel has been shirking. After dragging for 2 or 3 hours, through the coordination of Trip.com , the manager came to the scene. At first, he did not solve the problem in the attitude of solving the problem. He said that the door was originally good, but why it would not open now. It was not until 2 am that the door was opened and the room was changed for us. During the whole process, we stayed outdoors for 5 hours. If the hotel handles it early, it can solve the problem in up to half an hour. Here I would like to thank Trip.com , the overseas hotel department customer service staff of Trip.com have called the hotel many times during the handling of the matter and given us a lot of help.

MMarinaaa_009I stayed in these apartments from February 11th to 17th. When I checked in, the room was spotless and smelled amazing! I really liked that I didn't need to talk to anyone before checking in; I could just go straight to my room. The hosts of these apartments provided detailed instructions on how to check in and were always ready to help 🥹🩷. The room has a clothes dryer, iron, hairdryer, dishes, and extra blankets in case it gets chilly. I would happily come back here again! Thank you 🩷🥰

Everything is within walking distance; all attractions are nearby. It was a bit noisy outside the window in the evenings, but that wasn't due to the hotel itself. The hotel itself is new; that's clear to see.

The dont have phones in the room so one night I went to the reception to ask for toilet paper because i had finished and they told me they dont have and it would be better if I go to the market to buy one or come next day morning to get one. We are talking about a huge brand with thousands of rooms and I cannot understand how is it possible they dont have toilet paper or why the people attending the reception can not handle small issue this property.

EELENAWe really enjoyed our stay. True, there were some difficulties with check-in upon arrival, because we did not receive check-in instructions. It is imperative to contact the property in advance and then everything will be fine.
The location is very convenient, the views are stunning! The air conditioner works for heat, the room quickly warmed up, the cool weather did not bother us. The room has everything you need. Considering that these are apartments, cleaning is not provided. You also take out the trash yourself. There are many containers near the house, everything is convenient.
Every morning at 9-00 breakfast was delivered to the room. Different every day. Salad of fresh vegetables with an omelet, or sausages, or buckwheat, or boiled eggs. A bag of tea and coffee.
