Mempunyai penginapan yang indah! Mereka mempunyai perkhidmatan ulang-alik percuma ke terminal feri BBT, pemeriksaan juga terus ke hadapan dan bilik/hotel itu sangat cantik. Bahagian yang menghadap ke kolam mendapat matahari petang, akses terus ke pantai. Mereka juga agak kenyang untuk bufet sarapan pagi, tetapi bukannya membuat anda menunggu, mereka membuka bilik mesyuarat dan menyediakan barisan bufet kedua, penggunaan ruang dan perancangan yang sangat baik! Anda juga boleh berjalan kaki ke tempat restoran/aiskrim tempatan yang berdekatan, ”plaza membeli-belah” agak mati tetapi tiba apabila anda ingin berjalan-jalan. Juga boleh berjalan kaki ke tasik/takungan, senang bersiar-siar ketika matahari tidak begitu terik, sangat cantik juga

The room is very clean and spacious. The hygiene of the room and the bathroom is very good. The location of the hotel is also in a strategic place, near to one batam mall & mega mall. It is very recommended to stay here ❣️

Jenis bilik:bilik deluxe-＞ luas dan padat serta bantal besar dan sangat selesa Kelebihan: lokasi yang hebat dengan jarak WALKABLE ke membeli-belah: bcs mall; kek lapis:kotak kecil; tempat urut: pure, spring, urut kampung; kafe: itsumo, gazoz; a2 medan selera; si fang yuan untuk dimsum; berdekatan dengan semua kedai serbaneka) Termasuk sarapan pagi, saya suka nasi goreng merah mereka Kekurangan: mangkuk tandas sangat berbau…dan mereka hanya menyediakan 2 air mineral kecil percuma setiap hari.. sebarang tambahan dikenakan bayaran

Berjalan kaki singkat ke pusat membeli-belah moden yang besar, medan selera, tempat urut, kedai kopi, malah pasar basah.  Bilik bersih dan perkhidmatan sangat baik.  Tekanan air adalah baik dan air panas adalah konsisten. Hanya ada 1 powerpoint di tepi meja belajar/solek dan tiada di sisi katil. Dan yang ada di dalam bilik saya agak terlalu digunakan kerana usia jadi agak sukar untuk memasangkan pengecas saya. Berfungsi selepas beberapa lama jadi ia ok.  Gim adalah kecil dan tidak dilengkapi dengan baik.

Near that beautiful beach with white sand and a gentle breeze in March, we experienced various kinds of delicious, albeit pricey, Nusantara Fried Rice and breakfast options that we ordered from a freshly cooked menu made with fresh ingredients. I really enjoyed the Pandan Piña Colada during our second stay at this resort. I will definitely miss you, Nirwarna Resort Hotel!

Initially skeptical due to some bad reviews on cleanliness, but I’m so glad I booked! The hotel’s location is perfect close to malls, great food and even alot of massage parlor nearby. The room was comfortable, and everything worked out better than expected. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Lokasi yang bagus. Kami sangat menyukai watak hotel itu. Hotel ini penuh dengan seni yang hebat. Hanya tempat yang menawan. Mengambil kesempatan dari lokasi pusat bandar untuk berjalan kaki ke makan malam, melihat beberapa pusat membeli-belah dan bersenang-senang membeli-belah. Bilik-bilik adalah bersih, sangat selesa, dan keselesaan katil tidak dapat dikalahkan. Perkhidmatan adalah Terkemuka! Kakitangan sangat mengagumkan. Mereka pergi berulang kali untuk membantu menjadikan penginapan kami menyeronokkan. Terima kasih yang tidak terhingga kepada Fenti, Sarah dan Laura kerana menjadikan penginapan kami tidak dapat dilupakan. Pasti akan kembali!

Literally in the heart of a bustling area near Grand Batam Mall and JC supermarket. Itsumo Tart, Gazoz, and Joyi Cafe were all walking distance from the hotel (approx 5-10mins). Suitable for family and if you would like to just stay and explore the area. Bonus: Hotel also gave us starbucks drink coupon for our stay!

Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. Hotel ini bersih dan membantu, kakitangan hotel yang ramah. Tetapi saya terlepas pandang saiz bilik, bilik yang sangat kecil. Perjalanan seterusnya perlu berhati-hati dengan saiz bilik. Sarapan pagi ok2. Lokasi berhampiran dengan pusat membeli-belah nagoya. Masih boleh berjalan kaki. Dan masjid berdekatan juga. Banyak Spa di seberang hotel. Seterika perlu diminta dan mereka akan segera menghantar ke bilik anda.
