Good rooms. There are boxes for personal belongings, there are good curtains around bed. Breakfast is good. Price is good. I really like so huge lobby, it looks like a cinema hall) But cinema here is only one time per week - in the Sunday evening. There is coworking space here in the top spot of lobby.

Beautiful classic hotel. Excellent service. Quiet rooms. Aircondioning was just right. Beautiful view from the 8th floor premium room with bacony. Rich breakfast. We took a deal with free entrance to the business lounge where they changed the menus 3 times a day.

The location was perfect, so easy to walk to the old city and the metro was at the bottom of the road. It’s also the perfect location for restaurants. The room was quite small but adequate. The bar area was not open during the stay. Was able to drop bags off before check in which was really useful.

It’s a modern and very sleek beautiful hotel. The employees are nice and helpful. However, the spa and gym are out of the hotel. You need to cross a bridge over the Mamilla Mall to get there but entering back, you need to ring the intercoms. The spa is very good, they give 10% off to hotel guest and the prices are very good once you convert it to dollars. The breakfast is a big buffet and is included in the stay. Overall, I would give the hotel a 4.8 star rating. We had a beautiful view of the old city. The hotel is located in the center of Jerusalem so you can get to places easily.

Room looks a little bit rundown but it was spacious and the ensuite bathtub made for a great way to relax after an entire day of walking around in the city. It was located a little distance from the Tram stop, so if you dont know the shortcut, it could take a while to see and walk to the hotel. Breakfast selection and variety was great, enjoyed the meals thoroughly. Location was near the civic centre and National Library, so that was a nice bonus.

This hotel is perfectly located in the dead center of Jerusalem and close to the Old City. The rooms are a good size and the breafast is yummy. The staff are also helpful and managed to arrange an early check in when we arrived after a very long flight. Overall the hotel was excellent

Administrators, front desk, staff, and caretakers were helpful going above and beyond to make my superfast and very tight-schedule in Jerusalem possible. Rooms were neat, clean, and pre-cooled - good for instantly sleeping in my case. I couldn't go for breakfast due to time constraints but the lobby smelled so nice that I have no doubt whatever was inside was amazing! (P.s. 80% of taste is smell). Location-wise, the hotel is located in the heart of Jerusalem and however it is currently rated 4 stars, I feel everything here is equivalent to 5 or 7 star hotel I have visited given that I travel mostly with work on my mind and/or have visited hotels with professional company. The hotel was silent and peaceful and one can work there. Food was too tilted on the romantic side. The location was great. All of this was just 100 Euros is also very economical. Thank You to the lady at the reception for helping me to order a Dominos Pizza at 1 AM when I arrived and staff who received it for me.

Had a one night stay in this hotel. Pros: awesome location, right at the center close to the tram and the old city, clean, good maintenance, good service at reception and breakfast, wifi super-fast, very rich and varied breakfast. There was a bottle of water and chocolate in the room upon check-in - it was really nice for a budget hotel! Cons: It was noisy at night, I could hear adjacent doors opening and closing - it woke me up, constant noise from AC and minibar at night, pillows too stiff for me, towels were very small and thin - time for the hotel to replace them. To sum it up - this hotel is good value for money for a short stay in the city. It's basic, but has everything you need.

A clean hotel with all necessary amenities. Right next to the central bus station (you can travel up and down the length of israel) which boasts restaurants, clothing shops, pharmacy and bakery's, which were all very well priced . Mary at the desk was wonderful and assist us whenever necessary.
