The staff were so helpful and nice! Everything was fantastic - clean and luxurious.
Location could not be better - light rail right outside and it is on Ben Yehuda street.

we asked for a few requests and didn't get a response. And early in the morning the cleaners woke us up. It wasn't nice. There is room for improvement.

Отель для этого скучного для туриста города расположен идеально, шикарный вид на бухту, парк рядом.
Ужасная шумоизодяция, Шабатной ночью сосед устроил нам вечеринку с танцами и песнями. Отчетливо слышали каждое его слово. Завтраки шикарные.
Сам город Хайфа неинтересный и скучный, смотреть в нет нечего, гулять негде.

BBerelI recently stayed at ibis in Jerusalem and had an exceptional experience! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the hotel's exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, and made me feel like a valued guest.
I would highly recommend ibis to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Jerusalem. I can't wait to return!

MMelody at HushEscapesThis is a great hotel if you are looking to stay in Palestine, but sadly if you are looking to visit Bethkehem and other attractions in Israel, its a difficult task to find. The hotel and staff were fabulous. If I was to return, I would consider staying again. There was easy accessible underground parking with rlevators dorectly to the rooms.

Terrible noise isolation, on Shabbat night, a neighbor gave us a party with dances and songs. Heard his every word clearly. The breakfasts are superb.
The city of Haifa itself is uninteresting and boring, there is nothing to look at, nowhere to walk.
