It was written that the price include everything but they charge me 18% extra be careful for this while in other hotels is written the same policy but no need to pay 18% because is included………..

The hotel is very nice and quiet. The food needs a lot of improvement It wasn’t that tasty and wasn’t that varied.

The staff were so helpful and nice! Everything was fantastic - clean and luxurious.  Location could not be better - light rail right outside and it is on Ben Yehuda street.

Very attentive and friendly staff. Issues with the room addressed immediately. Very good breakfast selection.

Overall it was nice, we asked for a few requests and didn't get a response. And early in the morning the cleaners woke us up. It wasn't nice. There is room for improvement.

Nestled right in the heart of the city yet strategically tucked away on a vibrant street near one of Jerusalem's busiest ancient gates, this hotel offers both convenience and charm. Even though it’s located in a lively part of town, it remains a safe and welcoming place to stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem!

The sanitary environment is still pretty good, but the room is slightly small, which leads to the double beds being combined together; the check-in / out are very fast, I solved it in two minutes, the bathroom has a bathtub, but there is no toothbrush, Toothpaste, so you need to bring your own; The hotel is relatively close to the ancient city, commercial streets and other famous attractions, the location is relatively good; 50 thanks for breakfast, is a typical Middle Eastern style, may not be used to eating. In short, overall is good.

Отель для этого скучного для туриста города расположен идеально, шикарный вид на бухту, парк рядом. Ужасная шумоизодяция, Шабатной ночью сосед устроил нам вечеринку с танцами и песнями. Отчетливо слышали каждое его слово. Завтраки шикарные. Сам город Хайфа неинтересный и скучный, смотреть в нет нечего, гулять негде.
