家族３人（大人）で宿泊しましたが、部屋の広さは十分で快適でした。なんといっても立地がよいと思います。Mall Roadやリフト（エレベータ）が近く、ロープウェイ乗り場へのアクセスもまあまあです。そのため、一度ホテルに帰ったあとにまた出かけることもそう面倒ではありませんでした。シャワーの温度が安定していない時間帯があったのと朝食会場がやや狭く混雑していたのが残念でした。斜面の狭い土地の建築ですから施設がコンパクトになるのは仕方ないのですが。。。

We recently stayed at Hill River Resort, Manali, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The resort boast breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and offers a serene ambiance, perfect for relaxation. The rooms were luxurious, well-maintained, and equipped with every amenity one could ask for. Credit goes to whole team,who made our stay even more memorable. His warm hospitality, attentiveness, and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction were truly commendable.

We had booked 3 rooms for our family at Radisson Kufri from 30th April to 3rd May 2022. The property is new, clean and has a lovely view. I particularly liked the lobby which had an 'old English inn' appeal to it. The rooms are well-decorated and are decent sized. After reading some reviews on the internet, we had booked superior rooms but realized that they have a 'wall view'. Specially the superior rooms in the wing which has the restaurant are very dark because they have a wall very close to the window. If you are interested in a good view, then either request for superior rooms with valley view at the time of booking or book a delux room. We had one superior room in the restaurant wing which we were slightly unhappy about. The hotel upgraded us to a delux room in the other wing the next day after check-in and did not charge us anything extra for it. Really appreciate this! I would like to thank Siddharth, Aditya, Rahul and others for ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. Considering that Radisson Kufri is a five-star property away from Shimla town, expect the food prices to be on the higher side. But the restaurant amazed us with yummy food during our entire stay. The breakfast buffet had an elaborate spread and everything was delicious. We also tried the dinner buffet on our last night and were again not disappointed by the quality and taste of food. Special thanks to Chef Rajesh Rana for himself checking on with us about the food quality and also the complimentary beetroot halwa which was very tasty. One of the family members was fasting on one of the days and had certain dietary restrictions which were catered to well by the chef. Some things that the hotel can improve on in the future would be to add more staffs at the restaurant during breakfast (they are already working on this). The hotel can also carry out periodic inspections of the entire facility for regular maintenance. For example - There was a bit of a leakage into the bedroom from a small gap between the bathroom glass and the wall in one of the rooms that we stayed in. Other than these minor issues, the staffs at Radisson Kufri left no stone unturned to delight us regularly with their service. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I am very impressed with Infinitea Centric Dharamshala Hotel. The moment you open the room door, it senses your body temperature and the power on by itself. The design of the hotel very modern, excellent service, clean, staffs are superb friendly and their services behaviors 5 star rating. The food are excellent good. The view was breath taking you can see close up for the Mountains. Amazing Beautiful

I must say that this resort is an excellent option to stay in palampur. Far from all the crowd but having all the luxury of a 5 star hotel. The resort is surrounded by tea garden and has an excellent view of dhauladhar range. This resort has limited rooms so all the hotel staff gives you a personal attention, gives a very personalized and special feeling. Food is excellent and the chef was courteous enough to customize and cater to our needs. Resort has excellent heated pool, spa, sauna, steam and gym. We also met the owner mr dinesh butail. What a gentlemen! we had an amazing time with him tasting variety of tea and listening some wonderful songs sang by him. Can't complain about anything. It was a perfect stay at infinite a team resort at palampur. I will definitely visit again.

Clean and spacious rooms with good view of mountians from balcony. Terrace was also good. Hotel has parking and is at walking distance to chowk market.

This is an amazing place for a calm and peaceful holiday, the ambience is really great. Room service and hygiene is wonderful. Staff is very humble and helpful. I would definitely recommend and plan another vacation in this beautiful place surrounded by dhauladhars. Best place to stay away from city life.

It is located in off beat place not known to everyone. Location was the usp of the hotel. Very near to many known places but in a village having vintage legacy. Well maintained and very cordial staff. Good food.

Our stay at indraprastha was mesmerising with beautiful view from the balcony and serenity around us. Loved the hospitality of the staff. Only the breakfast was average, they can work on their breakfast buffet. Overall it was a memorable stay

Stay was beautiful with the location of the hotel was excellent. The main disappointment was the breakfast buffet. Although the food at alacart was good but morning breakfast was terrible. Other than that staff was courteous with absolute great location of bank.
