Very great location, the room is spacious and clean. All the staff are helpful and share the time table of train for how to travel between Cinque Terre( five villages).
Walking distance to the central town and offer a breakfast vouchers (complementary) to the local coffee shop( around 5 mins walk). Also have a storage lockers after check out. Very thoughtful and great value.

The location is excllent if you like walking along the sea-coast. Though, despite the quiet location and no outside noice, you can hear all sounds from inside (the hotel floor) when you are in your room anticipating relax and privacy. Moreover, in case there is a connecting door in your room, be sure to hear every little sound from your neighbour like they are in the same room with you - that was a huge disappointment. Also, all chats from the corridor, vacuum cleaners and music from the nearby rooms - literally everything. The cleaning was excellent. The breakfast board offers a wide choice. The ladies at the receptin are super friendly and supportive!

The hotel is very close to the station. It looks new but it’s renovated from an old building with slow elevator and worn room. The room is dim and the floor squeaked.

Расположение отеля хорошее, номера морально устаревшие, старая мебель, неуютная ванная комната, какая то табуретка пластмассовая вместо полочки или тумбы под раковиной, предлагаются пластиковые стаканы вместо стеклянных, одно средство в душе на все случаи жизни, в ванной нет ни одного крючка для полотенца для рук, полотенца вам складывают каждый раз на кровать, нет комфортного освещения в номере, либо все, либо ничего. Совершенно отсутствует какая либо шумоизоляция, если вы не привыкли просыпаться рано, выспаться вам не дадут соседи и хаускиперы, которые убирают соседний номер. Старые лифты, которые скрипят, кряхтят и трясутся, каждая поездка как последняя.

I had an excellent stay here. The rooms were spacious, clean, and truly comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. What really sets this place apart is its location — it’s right next to a mall with plenty of restaurants, making meals and shopping incredibly convenient. Being able to park for free was another huge bonus.
A great experience overall, and I’d definitely stay again!

Великолепный отель в Сан-Ремо, рядом с казино. Мы в Сан-Ремо уже не первый раз, останавливались в разных отелях, но этот отель нравится больше всех. Очень приветливый персонал, уютный номер, комфортная кровать с белоснежным бельем, прекрасные завтраки. Очень рекомендую всем этот отель.

a very well managed hostel, you can see their experience in this business, as they thought about everything.
the dormatory room is spacious and clean. breakfast is good too. the staff is helpful and the whole place has a good vibe. bike storage is available too,on one inside terrace (not accessible for outsiders)
only downside, the area didn't feel safe, got nearly attacked by some ***** *** on the street nearby, but that's of course not the hostels fault.
would definitely pick this hostel chain again when going to Italy.

GGuest UserThe appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room.
The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes.
We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini.
On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients.
I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic..
I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep.
Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

RRuslansI recently had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite Grand Hotel Villa Balbi in Sestri Levante. It was an experience I will never forget. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning location and unparalleled hospitality this luxurious hotel offered.
The hotel is in a magnificent historical villa, surrounded by lush gardens and overlooking the spectacular Ligurian Sea. The breathtaking views of the sea and the picturesque town of Sestri Levante made my stay even more memorable.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff, attentive to my every need throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and efficient.
My room was delightful, with a plush, comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower.
The room was immaculately clean, and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure it remained so during my stay.
Breakfast was a lavish spread of freshly baked pastries, local cheeses, and various fruits and cereals, providing the perfect start to my day.
I took advantage of the hotel's beautiful outdoor pool area. The pool area featured comfortable loungers, allowing for relaxing and soaking up the Mediterranean sun.
The true highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by the Grand Hotel Villa Balbi staff. They were always friendly, courteous, and eager to assist, making me feel at home. Their professionalism and attention to detail were commendable and contributed significantly to my overall experience.

ZZHENVery good niche travel destination, it is recommended, the hotel is good: 1, diet: breakfast in the middle of the rules,; booked half-board, dinner dishes can be; service attitude is very good; 2, parking: definitely have to go by car, stayed for two nights, the hotel garage 40 euros stopped for one day, Italy parking costs are similar in several cities, very expensive. 3, room: booked is the administrative sea view room (that is, the 4th floor room), the room area is really small, it is more than a dozen flat, a suitcase will be, two suitcases can not open, slightly have a nainai tide However, the executive room has a small balcony that can be smoked to see the scenery (the balcony will be covered by the room, which does not affect the view), and if it is the 4th floor (408, 409), the balcony does not have a room. But basically can't stand, no area, and the view will be blocked by other rooms, we just switched to other rooms. It feels like the room with 2 floors is the best room type. Compared to the Italian attractions, the hotel pays attention to the view, not the inner space (area, facilities, etc.). 4, small town: Comments can not describe, you need to experience, I lived for two nights, one day by boat to go to the Cinque Terre, I feel no sense and necessary, just relax in the port town to stay and go very good (especially Easy to get motion sickness and seasickness, the boat is very bumpy and easy to seasick, very tossing, the Cinque Terre did not look at it during the day) Overall satisfaction is very worth remembering

GGuest UserOur room was very comfortable and the 4th floor location was great! The room was listed as a garden view, but from our lovely terrace, we definitely had partial ocean view! We loved having a terrace complete with a table, 2 chairs, two lounge chairs and a remote control awning, to make shade if needed! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The front desk staff and the staff in the dining area were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were varied and good. We didn’t use the rooftop pool, lounge chairs, or hot tub but it looked fun. We also didn’t swim or access the private beach; the price of 50 Euros for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella seemed a bit expensive. We were unsure if we could have gone there just to sit and have a drink without paying a fee. We should have asked.
The location is about a 20 minute walk from the train station and there are no sidewalks for a small section as you get close to the hotel, so you have to change to the water side of the street and then cross back over. The city buses from the train station seem to always be very, very full so using the bus with any luggage would have been almost impossible.

Amazing
TTrip LOVERssThis is the best hotel I had ever stayed in Europe. It is an old historical building and all interiors had been renovated. The best part is they had kept a historical lift and overall interiors was beautifully arranged.
Location is 5-stars because this hotel is only 6 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes to central area.
Amenities is also 5-stars because this hotel offers a FULL minibar of drinks including two bottles of water, two pop drinks, one bottle of juice and peanuts and they are all free of charge. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap and shower cap are fully provided.
Cleanliness is also 5-stars. We had messed up the room with two big full luggages of things and the housekeroinh had helped us to tuck in our two luggages under the window sill
Seevuxe is also 5-stars. We bought two bottles of wines and they provided us with wine glasses and cork with great service. Also it was our first time in Genova, the receptionist had detailedly explained which area we should go and how to go.
Overall, it is the best hotel i had stayed so far.

DDomantasOur vacation was simply fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished. The central location of the hotel was another plus point, as we could easily walk to many restaurants and private beaches. We are already looking forward to staying here again on our next vacation!

GGuest UserThe staff at Hotel al Sant’Andrea were TOP NOTCH! Very kind, informative, and always greeted us with a smile! The breakfast was basic but delicious and we always left full. The rooms were very basic and a bit run down but the beds were very comfortable. The rooms kind of felt like a dorm room to me. A/C worked well. Rooms were big for European hotel rooms (I’m Canadian and used to very large hotel rooms). The shower was very small but for only a 2 night stay it wasn’t a big deal. There was a mini fridge that actually kept items cold! I find hotel mini fridges are usually subpar. The location wasn’t ideal for us because the train station was a 15 minute walk away but if you are driving, location wouldn’t be an issue. We did not explore Sarzana, this was used as a home base to explore Cinque Terre, and for the price, I believe this hotel is worth it.

YYudumPersonal à l'accueil très sympatique. Ils parlent français c'est donc très pratique. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner a bcp de choix. Le service est efficace et propre. Only bemol the draps are not changed every day... there is just a cleaning of the rooms without change of draps. Good stay. Near the city. I recommend.

GGuest UserThe gentleman at the front desk had to move me three times to get a room with a working air conditioner during the June heat wave across Europe. This meant managing three luggage on my own. Then, a plumber had to called to fix the non-working toilet. Finally, the dinner (Caesar’s Salad) at the restaurant was sadly unlike ANY such salad I’ve eaten in my 71 years.YUCK! The large window was broken and wouldn’t close all the way, the main door’s chain lock was broken, as well, there wasn’t any food menu or tv instructions in the room, and no toiletries other than shampoo. The positives? Well, the room was very clean, the staff were all pleasant and the wake up call actually worked! Certainly a no frills hotel but very convenient to the airport.

GGuest UserThe hotel was excellent and in a great position in the town. The staff were excellent and very nice. The breakfast is a basic continental but it is very nice and the coffee was lovely. I would go back to this hotel again, no question. The spa swimming pool was cold and overall the spa wasn’t worth €18 each to go in but overall the hotel was superb. One thing the staff did do was cater for our need for having hot drinks in our room. No kettle provided but they were more than helpful in providing a tray and tea pots when needed. Gotta have our cup of tea in the morning. Thank you Hotel Europa!
