We had a pleasant stay overall. The facilities were clean, modern, and well maintained. Our room was comfortable, and the amenities met my expectations. The staff were friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Check-in and check-out were smooth, making the whole experience hassle-free. Every time my boss visits the factory, he stays at this hotel. It's very close to the factory, and the breakfast is decent. We always stay here, and so do other colleagues on business trips. It's pretty good, and the front desk speaks Chinese, which makes communication easy.

This place is quite far from the central area of Phnom Penh, but the hotel has arranged a pick-up. The business car is sufficiently air-conditioned. The driver is a Cambodian driver who is very kind, but does not speak Chinese. The room was made of high-timbered houses, and the service staff was really good. Both Chinese, English, and Cambodian can say that the hotel is built in a resort area, and there are many Chinese employees in it, so don't worry about language issues. This place is a particularly leisurely place, not suitable for the fast pace of catching sights. Special attention is needed to take a taxi to the sights of Phnom Penh downtown. There are also chartered cars, but it is more expensive and more crowded.
