Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Beirut Governorate, Lebanon

My only dissapointment was that I didn't book longer. Originally I booked two other hotels for 4 nights before moving here for my final night in Beirut. All were almost equally priced, however, the difference in standards was vast. Napoleon hotel was by far the best. The reception staff were the most professional, well-mannered, efficient and best dressed. The room was the largest by far, including the bed, and had more amenities and newer appliances. The bathroom seemed almost new and was very large, and a bonus addition was the 8th floor balcony. I have no complaints, the only less notbale features were the broken hairdryer, the water taking around 5 minutes to heat and the wifi was a little slow, however, even with these small issues, it was by far the best hotel for the price paid that I stayed at in Lebanon, and I can thoroughly recommend it to all.

A good hotel to have a break from sightseeing and night life. A lot of places around to have a breakfast or snack. Close to Hamra street The staff is helpful in almost all aspects Had a bad luck while going to empty bar on rooftop which actually should be a good place to hang out in the hotel

отличное обслуживание, не работал интернет в первый день вообще, нас переселили в другой номер, где подключение лучше (с 7 на 2 этаж). очень отзывчив персонал, который всегда готов на помощь прийти. завтрак – шведский стол: вареные яйца, скрэмбл, сосиски, фасоль, хлеб, помидоры, огурцы, сыр, колбаса, два вида хлопьев, два сока, чай, кофе. еще делают лепешки с сыром и травами) первые пару дней – отлично, но потом очень приедается, потому что основные блюда не меняются вообще, всегда одно и то же, думаю, было бы неплохо внести разнообразия уборка просто отличная! часто летаем, обычно бываем в пятизвездочных отелях и, честно говоря, уборка здесь прям удивила, на уровень выше многих других мест)) убираются каждый день номера немного староваты, но все необходимое есть и, как отметила выше, реально чисто. единственное – босиком по полу, конечно, не походишь, но в остальном все супер)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Muy buena gente, súper amables todos, al principio son un poco secos, pero cuando ya entras en confianza el trato es súper amable, lo recomiendo mucho este hotel, buen gym, y el restaurante es lo mejor!

Basic facilities. Room is deluxe but old and needs to reflect more brightness and cleanliness. Compared to the international level, the hotel needs to step up on the cleanliness and quality control. The support was good and the efforts were appreciated but the hotel management needs to invest more to meet up with the international equivalent rate per night. Noting that the conditions of the country are currently defying and keeping up with the basic services is nearly impossible, and the hotel managed to provide the basics from water/hot water, electricity and A/C almost 24/7. Can order outside delivery to the room. Suitable for competitive rates, and customers intending to spend time outdoors as for travelers, young tourists, and regional customers.

房間雖然舊了點，但是衞生條件還算可以，整體的房間很大，有大的辦公桌，如果需要近距離接觸市區，可以作為一個不錯的選擇。

WE stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon and it was amazing! we really enjoyed our time. thank you for the great service- the breakfast was delicious .
