NC6969Free coffee, tea, hot chocolate and hot/cold water all the time, staff generally friendly, clean and tidy and fairly new hotel, location just a wee bit out of the town but with the free transport, it's still quite good with the value/cost we booked the hotel, indoor as well as outdoor seating area, great for nice weather, average breakfast. Amazing great pressure shower, firm bed but with super soft pillows just not what we like channel on television not working at all which was big shame but we were there only two nights so not bothered.

Guest UserThis hotel is located at a 3-4 minute walk from the Central station from where you can also take the tram to reach the tourist spots. The hotel is nice and clean. Minimal breakfast. Located close to multiple restaurants, grocery stores and shopping places.

M I ParamitaThe place was far from the city centre. It’s in the middle of a lush forest, and there’s direct bus 4 and 32 going to the city centre every 30 minutes or so. All public transports are free in Luxembourg. There’s a self-serviced supermarket and a few salons owned by the hotel in the same building. It’s equipped with a swimming pool and gym, but there was no time to try them out. Breakfast was worth it, so it’s best if you book the hotel with breakfast on trip.com rather than adding it when you’re in the hotel, since it costs €16 for breakfast pre-booking 1 night before and €23 for the same-day booking. There are free cookies given to patrons during check-in and upon request too from 10 a.m. and they are delish! So far, Luxembourg is not exactly a well-known tourist destination, but it’s an interesting place with an international palate.

Anzac TravellerThis is certainly one of the best Mercure that I have ever stayed at. The owner and management must have put in tremendous effort to do up the interior decor. The lobby lounge was so homely opulent. The room was tastefully modern and done up, though do note that the bathroom did not have a door, so it was easy to get a chill after a hot shower, especially in winter. Breakfast room was cozy but the spread was excellent with hot selections, a rarity for small european hotels! Bus stop right at front of hotel to catch the free bus #9 to town.

I loved the hotel. I found it beautiful. It has a gorgeous old elevator, and the room was spacious, very clean, with a view of the square across the street. The staff were extremely friendly; they even brought us fruit after we checked in. Highly recommended. It's an old hotel, but everything works perfectly, and it retains the charm of the past. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is conveniently located directly across from Luxembourg train station. It's just a two-stop (free) bus ride to the main attractions, or you can even walk there. The location is truly excellent.
The room was incredibly spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.
The breakfast selection was extensive and truly lived up to five-star hotel standards!
The front desk staff were meticulous and patient, and the restaurant staff were quite enthusiastic, which left a very good impression!
All in all, apart from being a bit pricey, there's absolutely nothing to fault!

The room was clean, even though I'm not a fan of carpeted hotel rooms. It was well-cleaned by housekeeping.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The parking situation isn't ideal: it costs a hefty 27 Euros for one day.
Since I didn't have a badge for the charging station in the underground garage, they helped me charge my electric car and booked it through the hotel's badge.
The bar/restaurant has a great view over the city.
There are good restaurants not far away, and I particularly want to highlight the Italian restaurant Cannoleria.
Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

an0haseyoEverything about this hotel was satisfying, from its location and cleanliness to the service and amenities. All the staff who greeted us at check-in were incredibly kind and lovely, which made for a wonderful start to our trip in Luxembourg. The room was a bit small, but it felt like a palace compared to the UK hotels we stayed in afterward. I also really enjoyed being able to use Rituals products. When I mentioned that my sister's birthday fell during our stay, they gave her a lovely birthday surprise, which made it a truly memorable experience. 🥰

Fumi2323This hotel is right next to the airport, which made it super easy to get around with a lot of luggage. It's a new hotel, so the rooms are clean, and the bathroom facilities are spotless. The shower room was a pleasant surprise for Europe – it had a proper door that closed tightly, so no water leaked out, which was a real comfort.
