I flew from Rome to Milan last minute, with a flight departing from Milan the following midday, so I chose this hotel. The hotel facilities are very new, and the room is clean and simple. The free shuttle service to and from the airport is very convenient. For the shuttle to the hotel, you need to call ahead to confirm the time (+***************), and for the shuttle from the hotel to the airport, you need to book a time with the front desk a day in advance. All in all, it's a great hotel for a layover.
The hotel is great. The first front desk and the check-out front desk speak standard English, but the second front desk accent is heavier.
I'm Chinese and I think Italian food is not my appetite, but I still get the service I want. It's great and attentive.
The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is that it is very quiet near the suburbs. The soundproofing is good. I sleep well at night.
But such a good hotel may not be able to have such a low price in a good location
There is a supermarket next to the hotel. When the hotel does not provide meals, we can buy it ourselves.
It is worth saying that the hotel is perfect, but unfortunately there are no slippers and toothbrushes.

A high-class hotel in a remarkable location. A beautiful view from the magnificent and very large swimming pool. The outdoor restaurant is superb, but a storm prevented us from enjoying it. The pool bar, with its very comfortable furniture, was excellent, and the cocktails were accompanied by numerous appetizers. Breakfast was generous and generally of good quality.
The room was very spacious and very bright, with a view of Lake Varese.
Dinner at the hotel restaurant was satisfactory, although it could have been a little more substantial.
The only downside: a porter could be useful.
A little outside Brescia, there is a relatively large supermarket ten minutes walk away, and there is also a sushi place ten minutes walk away, but the 28 yuan per person opened by the Chinese is still worth it. Um breakfast is right, that's it. Because it's outside, it's a little quieter.
1. I was happy with the facilities and cleanliness, but everything in the minibar cost money. The complimentary water bottle was tiny (pic 3), and a bottle at the downstairs bar was 5 Euros (pic 7). Make sure to go down and buy it yourself, as they charge an 8 Euro service fee for delivery, making one bottle 13 Euros.
2. There was an extra charge for ordering an omelet at breakfast.
3. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory.
The lobby looks very nice. The first room was dirty with spit. We later changed rooms because they didn't have anyone to clean. Saturday breakfast was good because we were downstairs around 8 a.m. This morning's breakfast was disastrous.
The coffee machine was broken and they tried to fix it three times. There weren't enough cups for the coffee, and some guests drank their tea and coffee in soup bowls.
The hotel is first of all well located near the highway.
It is close to Milan by car 30-35 minutes.

This is the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel. The last time was over 10 years ago and the service then was excellent with a fresh new hotel. This time round, I find the hotel continue to maintain it quality and service is continue to be excellent. The rooms are modern, very clean and well designed. Keep up the good work and I will continue to visit this hotel whenever I am at this region.

GGuest UserI stayed here in July with my friend. The hotel location is really convenient (5 mins walk to the main station). For two people the room size is good, amenities etc however at night it got really cold and spare duvets were not provided (had the AC on the entire night as my friend needed it). It would be useful for duvets to be stored in the cupboards already as we had to make a phone call around 2am for it which took a while to come. Reception staff were nice, stored our luggage and umbrellas were provided for the day.
GGuest UserAndrea, the PR manager, is definitely the best I met in Milan, Bologna and Parma. He is extremely helpful with excellent hospitality. Thanks to him for avoiding the traffic congestion due to a concert at Duomo and arrange for us a direct transportation to airport at a reasonable price. Andrea is definitely a good reason for us to come back to Milano more often and stay in this hotel.

LLenaKasselThis was just an amazing hotel! We were incredibly pleased! The case when we liked everything! The food in the restaurant was delicious, the rooms were beautifully decorated. Everything was clean, fresh and new! What was especially pleasing: shampoo, shower gel, body cream, soap were organically certified (Cosmos Organic), and in our time it is especially valuable to find cosmetics in hotels without aggressive additives, this is very captivating. We didn't even have to get out our jars of cosmetics. I wish this hotel further prosperity!

Located just overlooking the beautiful lake como. A must visit to this place and hotel try and book the room facing the lake. Unfortunately when we tried it was completely full. Breakfast is really good and all staff were extremely courteous. Loved loved loved it
XXiechenchenIf you plan to take the airport shuttle to the hotel, make sure to contact them in advance to confirm the schedule. Otherwise, you'll be waiting indefinitely at Gate 5 of T1. Also, be aware that the pick-up fees for T1 and T2 are different!
I previously read many reviews complaining about the hotel's front desk staff being incredibly rude, but we didn't experience that this time, which was a relief. At check-out, a lovely front desk employee (short in stature, wearing a tape measure-style bracelet) even helped me print two tax refund forms for free.
The room's hardware and decor are quite new, but there isn't a traditional door lock. The hotel explained that once the door is closed, it cannot be opened from the outside.
The breakfast was pretty good, high quality, but it's typical Western fare.
