Hotel Dengan Gym di Lombardy, Italy

The room isn't big, but it's newly renovated. I've stayed here many times, but this time the room was freezing because it was a corner room, and I was absolutely chilled to the bone. The underground parking garage was under renovation for the latter part of my stay. The biggest drawback of this hotel is that they don't allow early check-in. Sometimes we arrive exhausted right after a flight, like at 12 PM, and they still won't give us a room, insisting we wait until after 3 PM. Where are we supposed to go in the meantime? It's such a rip-off. Plus, I specifically asked the front desk for a room close to the elevator and even put it in the booking notes, but they completely ignored it and gave me the furthest room possible. With 3-4 pieces of luggage, we were practically spitting blood dragging them – it was so inconvenient. The young female staff at the front desk had a terrible attitude, though the older female staff and all the male staff were very nice.

The hotel is great. The first front desk and the check-out front desk speak standard English, but the second front desk accent is heavier. I'm Chinese and I think Italian food is not my appetite, but I still get the service I want. It's great and attentive. The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is that it is very quiet near the suburbs. The soundproofing is good. I sleep well at night. But such a good hotel may not be able to have such a low price in a good location There is a supermarket next to the hotel. When the hotel does not provide meals, we can buy it ourselves. It is worth saying that the hotel is perfect, but unfortunately there are no slippers and toothbrushes.

Room larger than average (it was a superior) very comfortable bed with double pillow and large and bright bathroom. Excellent cleanliness of the room and common areas. A bit small and sacrificed the breakfast room in a 4 star and for the price paid the lack of a restaurant inside remains an unknown. Bad also the parking for guests it was clear that with a full hotel it could not contain all the cars in relation to the number of rooms. Very bad to discover only at check out that it was paid.

A high-class hotel in a remarkable location. A beautiful view from the magnificent and very large swimming pool. The outdoor restaurant is superb, but a storm prevented us from enjoying it. The pool bar, with its very comfortable furniture, was excellent, and the cocktails were accompanied by numerous appetizers. Breakfast was generous and generally of good quality. The room was very spacious and very bright, with a view of Lake Varese. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was satisfactory, although it could have been a little more substantial. The only downside: a porter could be useful.

A little outside Brescia, there is a relatively large supermarket ten minutes walk away, and there is also a sushi place ten minutes walk away, but the 28 yuan per person opened by the Chinese is still worth it. Um breakfast is right, that's it. Because it's outside, it's a little quieter.

1. I was happy with the facilities and cleanliness, but everything in the minibar cost money. The complimentary water bottle was tiny (pic 3), and a bottle at the downstairs bar was 5 Euros (pic 7). Make sure to go down and buy it yourself, as they charge an 8 Euro service fee for delivery, making one bottle 13 Euros. 2. There was an extra charge for ordering an omelet at breakfast. 3. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory.

The service is awesome, very neat and clean the staff is very helpful and the breakfast wow❤️.. but I am really upset because of location, it’s in remote area of Milan and not convenient to go to Milan Center, if you have your own transportation than the hotel is awesome!!! The wifi network was weak on third floor but it was ok on the ground floor

Nice, modern, and warm hotel with a welcoming, charming staff who speak Italian, French, English, and other languages. Comfortable rooms and modern bathrooms with beautiful lighting and subdued lighting in the rooms. On the other hand, the restaurant is a bit lacking, just like breakfast in some Italian hotels; it's also a problem they need to improve a little in this area. We had a great, exceptional stay there; just be careful with the annexes during the winter; some of them have problems with their radiators for heating. We had to change accommodations from the annexes to the hotel itself because of the cold. A good hotel, it deserves its stars 🌟 Absolutely recommended for its location.

Hotel Cruise is located in Como area, though it’s not in Como town. It’s a big hotel with very good breakfast and gym room. With reasonable price, all in all I’m very satisfied with this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Clean, friendly, delicious food. And very friendly. I'm traveling with my dog. There were no complications. What's more, I extended my reservation by a day. They gave me a discount for my dog's stay. Highly recommended!! Excellent choice. 120% worth the money!
