Really like the location, just beside the train station. The service was very good, they changed my room when I complained about the hair dryer that not working. The restaurant located nearby swimming pool, very nice view during breakfast

Great stay overall. The location is perfect, right inside the medina. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast was rich and very tasty. The only small issue was that the hot water was a bit limited, so showers need to be quick, but the water temperature was good. What really impressed us was how kind the host was. We had to leave early on our second day and could not stay for breakfast, so he prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. It was packed very carefully and was perfect for the road. We were very touched by this kindness. Highly recommended! 位置很好，就在medina里面，房间干净，空调效果好，早餐丰富好吃。唯一的小不足是热水稍微少一点，但水温很好。 特别感谢店主，因为我们要早走，专门帮我们准备了打包早餐，非常细心和热心，让人很感动。非常推荐！

Nice location but few things were disappointing. The room didn’t have a toothbrush or toothpaste, and when we asked at night the front desk said we had to wait until morning to get them, which is surprising for such a hotel. Also, housekeeping would knock and open the door almost immediately while saying “room cleaning,” without giving time to answer, which felt really uncomfortable

Отель понравился) Номер небольшой, но есть все необходимое. Чисто. Приятный персонал. По сочетанию цена/качество отличный вариант. Находится рядом с торговым комплексом. И рядом достаточно тихо.

Nice hotel, it was good staffs and amenities. Cleanliness was good that I stayed with confortable. Highly recommend to stay here! But one of concern is Wi-Fi is weak in your room. However even if you detect these deficiencies, it is great hotel.

It is a very nice place in Medina. Madame Hanane makes the rooms very clean and beautiful, she also cooks the guests breakfast. She cooks in the lovely kitchen and her dishes are very delicious. Ms. Jihane is helpful as well, as she replies me very fast. Don’t hesitate to choose this riad. It’s a best riad I lived in Morocco.

Прекрасный,уютный,колоритный отель в самом сердце Феса,в Медине. От голубых ворот идти примерно 7 минут по главной улице. Тишина. Красота везде в каждой мелочи интерьера. Услужливый персонал. Всегда улыбаются. у нас был номер люкс ,он выходил прямо из холла. Дверь в номер-это целое произведение искусства! Сам номер очень колоритный. Горячая и холодная вода,хороший вай фай Завтрак в мвррокаеском стиле ,с выпечкой и джемом. На крыше есть терасса. Вечером приятно там посидеть. Спасибо большое!

The design is stunning—traditional architecture with intricate details, colorful tiles, and a peaceful courtyard that feels like a hidden oasis inside the bustling medina. Every corner is thoughtfully decorated, making it both cozy and visually impressive. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with directions, recommendations, or simply a friendly chat. Their hospitality made the stay feel personal and memorable. Breakfast was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and served in a relaxing setting. It was the perfect way to start the day before exploring the vibrant streets of the medina. The location is excellent, close enough to major attractions yet tucked away in a quiet area, allowing for a restful night’s sleep

3 minutes walk to Elhdim plaza, situated in quiet area. The Riad is located in the heart of the medina,classic old Moroccan buildings with the terrace with fantastic views of rooftops and minarets. Nice Moroccan breakfast . The service is great , Queen bed with nice soft pillows Shower working fine, Competitive price.
