The rooms and suites are spacious, elegantly decorated, and well equipped — guests repeatedly praise the cleanliness, comfort, and quiet atmosphere. Facilities such as the spa, indoor pool, fitness centre, and fine dining (including a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views) make this hotel great for both business and leisure travellers. The staff are noted as friendly, attentive, and helpful, which adds a lot to the overall experience.

The hotel is some distance from the main road, and the road leading to the hotel is quite challenging and bumpy. It's hard to imagine how difficult it could become during the rainy season. The hotel mainly caters to guests from China and provides three daily meals featuring local Chinese cuisine and delicacies. The menu is mostly vegetarian, with eggs and fish/beef/mutton served occasionally. The hotel is family-run with additional staff, and they are friendly, offering helpful information when asked. The only drawback is the poor internet connection.

Better than expected it is a former upscale hotel that has gone out of fashion. Bar is closed, gym is closed, reception isn't very helpful but it is still pretty comfortable at the discounted price compared to other upscale hotels

The hotel service was excellent 👍 I would definitely stay here again next time. The manager and staff really value customer feedback and are very down-to-earth. The environment is also very nice, the rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are complete.

這個算是努瓦克肖特的老牌酒店了，房間乾淨，服務還不錯，早餐也還可以的。這個酒店位置好，周圍吃的用的多。鬧市區，但是隔音還可以。衹是必定是老的建築物翻新弄出來的酒店，大概就是國內如家的水平。出差幹嘛的，可以考慮！

The area where the hotel is located is quiet and safe. The room size is good, and the sound insulation is quite good. The facilities feel enough, but not very good. The room is very hygienic and the bed and pillows are comfortable!
