"The hotel’s location is its biggest advantage — right in the heart of Sevilla’s old city center, making it perfect for exploring on foot. All the main attractions, restaurants, and charming streets were just steps away. However, the room itself was quite small and lacked any natural light, which made it feel a bit cramped. Overall, it’s a good option if location is your top priority, but comfort inside the room could be improved. And also there is a coffee shop at the reception which is very convenient for a quick breakfast."

"The room did not look like the photo at all. We were offered to stayed in a room with a small window. I asked to change to room and they offered me the room next door, slightly better but still not enough sun light and feels like a dungeon. "Such a beautiful hotel located right next to the La Mesiquita.It is richly decorated with lots of paintings and antique style stuff. The room is spacious, clean, and toiletries are well stocked.No coffee or water offered in the room but given the really reasonable price it's fine. Value for money!"

"This hotel has a lot of history and I really enjoyed my stay. Location is excellent—very close to the C50 and C52 lines, and within easy walking distance to restaurants. It’s right next to the Palace of Seville and not far from the Seville Cathedral either. The breakfast was good, and overall I was quite satisfied with my stay. My only small issue was that the towels looked and felt quite old and worn out. They seemed a bit unclean and could really do with being replaced."

"The hotel is very nice. The interior reminds me of the Titanic. The location is quite convenient. The rooftop pool and bar are very convenient during the summer, too bad it closes at 8pm."

"The hotel is totally brand new and the decorations are luxurious. Also, the service provided by Lorenzo Centella is outstanding and impressive. He is always energetic and enthusiastic. He made us feel really warm in Granada. Even though he said he is still exploring and studying (really humble), what he has done is nearly perfect. It’s also worth mentioning that the breakfast of the hotel is nice and the environment is chill and cozy. And if you get some time, spa in the hotel is also worth trying. Thank you for giving us this unforgettable memory and we will be back in the future."

"Room prices were crazy during the NYE period, so we were really pleased to have snagged a good deal with Ibis considering the relatively good standards of the hotel. The room’s design was cute which was a bonus but more importantly, its location was pretty good and staff were nice and friendly too. Housekeeping service was not the best upon check-in, but we didn’t request for housekeeping service during our stay so can’t comment on that. Amenities were pretty minimal or even lacking as there was no mini fridge nor kettle & cups. However, there is a filtered water dispenser at the lift corner so that makes up for the lack of kettle and in fact is a good idea since it’s environmentally-friendly. Would be good if the hotel could provide some cups though. Overall, a v enjoyable stay and would recommend Ibis to all coming to Seville!"

"The hotel itself is very nice, and the location is excellent—strategically located just outside the city wall, making it convenient to access the historic area and nearby transportation. The facilities and overall environment were pleasant. However, I could not give full marks because of the service we experienced during checkout. We needed to get to the train station with two carry-on bags and two large suitcases, and I was traveling with my 70-year-old mother. I asked the front desk if they could help call a taxi for us. Surprisingly, the request was refused. I find it unacceptable that such a basic request could not be accommodated. It was also lightly drizzling at the time. Instead of offering assistance, the front office staff who did our check-out told us that we could simply walk across the street to the taxi stand and get a taxi ourselves. Doing so with multiple pieces of luggage and an elderly parent in the light rain is clearly not reasonable. What made the experience even more disappointing was that after giving this response, she did not offer any further help and simply ignored us. By the time I walked to the taxi stand, there was no taxi available. It’s also worth noting that Paseo de la Victoria is a large multi-lane avenue, not a small street that can be crossed easily. In the end, I had to leave my 70-year-old mother waiting in the hotel lobby while I went across to the taxi stand myself. When a taxi finally arrived, I asked the driver to come back to the hotel entrance to pick us up. We were also rushing to catch our train, so the whole situation became unnecessarily stressful. Thankfully we still managed to make it on time, but this could easily have been avoided if the front desk had simply helped call a taxi. I have been traveling to Europe multiple times every year since the early 2000s and have stayed in well over a hundred hotels across the continent. In all those years, this is the first time a simple request to call a taxi was so bluntly rejected by a hotel front desk. For a property that presents itself as a five-star hotel, this level of indifference to a basic guest request—especially when an elderly guest is involved—is simply unacceptable and left a very poor final impression of what was otherwise a pleasant stay. Based on this experience, I would be very cautious about choosing to stay at other Eurostars properties in the future."

"Excelent personal staff, the atmosphere was lovely, I wish I could talk with someone, as a solo traveler, sometimes I miss connecting to people and I always dreamed of making friends in hostels, next time maybe!! But the hostel was so cool, lived the vibe, the energy, the whole building, I cannot complain at all."
