Hospitality at its best! Our first stay in this hotel was in summer of 2022, we stayed here during our visits to some family and friends and we asked for a room with less EMF radiation and that is exactly what we got. The receptionists are so professional and accommodating, tthey were always ready to provide as help for extra information. The hotel has a pool and they won't shoo you off in case you overstayed your time in it. The restaurant is a jewel in this hotel. We had a wonderful experience from breakfast to fine dining during our stay. We take our hat off the hotel chef assigned for breakfast as well as the crew during our stay here. The chef is very attentive to the guest, he was never out of freshly grilled tomatoes or sunny side up fried eggs which you don't usually encounter in any other hotels we stayed in. You don't have to ask for a refill because he does this automatically with all smiles and passion. I also noticed that on the day a guest was with a kid, there were mini pancakes served. I am not a fan of pancakes but I had three of them that same day because they were a yum! As for dinner, the food is divine, it is worth every penny especially for non meat eaters, one could tell a lot of attention and passion were put in them despite the fact that it was buffet, grilled meat and fish were fresh and warm. As for the crew, you don't have to ask them to provide you utensils on your table, it is all done automatically and professionally. We take our hat off to the whole crew and the management of this hotel for being so organized and for providing guests and extra great service! We hope that you would stay as so! Thank you for making us feel at home! We shall definitely keep going back!

Ik had nog nooit gegeten in dit fraaie hotel, afgezien van een heerlijke lunch lang geleden. Het was 1 januari en probeer dan meer iets te vinden. Het familiehotel dus. Het was even zoeken in de grote zaal maar met enige hulp vonden we een gezellig gelegen tafeltje bij het raam. het kostte enige moeite de aandacht van de bediening te trekken maar het eten was prima. We aten een niet en een wel vegetarisch gerecht en beide waren prima. Ook de porties waren van voldoende omvang. De prijs viel evenmin tegen.

Very nice hotel and very professional and polite staff. All my requests were met and I enjoyed my stay for 16 days at the Fletcher Langewold hotel in Roden. I will come to back to this fantastic hotel. Also the restaurant work very good and the food is very good as the whole menu they have

Horrible service. Unhelpful and quite frankly rude. I had emailed the hotel to say that we would be arriving after 11pm for check in. I received a polite reply that said, ” That is no problem”. I continued to keep the hotel informed va email once we left Amsterdam. They did not inform us that there was a fesival in thier town and that it would be difficult to get to the hotel. After driving around for an hour and asking several people, I phoned the Hotel directly. The man who I spoke too was the most unfriendly, unsympathetic and unhelpful person. He basically said that it would be impossible to get to the hotel and that he could not help us. When I pressed for more information, he suggested I park the car anywhere that I can find a place and walk to the hotel. When I asked how far away we were and how long it would take to to walk to the hotel, he laughed and said that it would take us all night. Very disappointing and disheartening when we had 2 rooms booked and paid 691 euros (345.50 euros per room; 1 comfort double and 1 comfort twin). We arrived approximately 15 minutes later (around 3am!). I explained that the service was terrible in getting there. They tried to blame it on all the drunk people at the festival when in fact, the service from the hotel was unsatisfactory. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good (at the restaurant across the street) but we were only there for a few hours. The service of the staff in the morning made up for the unacceptable, rude, unprofessional and unhelpful man from the night before. He should not be working in the tourism industry. Disappointingly, this was our first time staying at this hotel and it will be the last. Which is a shame as we like to support small, family run businesses. I do not recommend staying here during the weekend that we stayed in June. We were there for the MotoGP and will stay elsewhere next time. I suggest you do the same.

Mooi hotel, ruime kamer en luxe badkamer. Het eten is matig. Mooi zwembad en best groot. Het ontbijt: het nodige ligt er maar niet meer dan dat. Het diner: de bediening was goed. Het eten veel heel erg tegen. De carpaccio was lekker, de mosselen heel klein, dus veel schelpen en weinig mosselvlees. De entrecote was werkelijk niet te eten, totaal geen smaak en helemaal doorbakken. Een schoenzool is lekkerder vrees ik. We kregen iets anders na er over geklaagd te hebben maar dat was entrecote in plakjes voor een broodbeleg of zoiets. De sliptong zou in roomboter gebakken moeten zijn (ik eet dit regelmatig in IJmuiden bij de Kop van de Haven) maar hier leek het gestoomd te zijn want het was heel bleek. Al met al zaten we wel gezellig buiten maar het eten was ronduit slecht. We kregen een glas wijn voor niets vanwege de entrecote. Maar daarentegen wel een rekening voor de patat bij de carpaccio terwijl ik mocht kiezen tussen brood en patat waarop ik als antwoord kreeg op mijn vraag’zit dat erbij dan? Ja hoor dat zit erbij. Dus niet! Bij de patatboer op de hoek eet je veel lekkerder.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to where we would be visiting. It is a 5-10 minute walk from the train station, which was not a problem for us, because we were not carrying a lot of bags. I understand that it is a relatively new place, and it seemed it. Everywhere was clean, modern and new. The staff with whom we interacted were efficient. The room was a good size. The room did not have a refrigerator, which was disappointing. But, there is a grocery store in the same building, which was very convenient for grabbing things to have for breakfast. Our room had north facing windows. I woke up in the middle of the night and thought it was morning, because the lights from outside were so bright! I suggest closing the curtains to prevent this. We were allowed to leave our belongings in a locked room after check out the next day, which was very helpful. The hotel is on the second floor, but there is an elevator. The doors to get in to the lobby are heavy, though.

Very large hotel. Spacious room and bathroom with bath, separate shower and toiletries. Sliding door gives access to shared outdoor space (balcony). We had food in the bar and we really enjoyed it, reasonably priced. Pool table and dartboard in bar area but slightly tucked away. The pool and wellness facilities are free and really well maintained. Very clean and lots of choice: salt sauna, herb sauna, Finnish sauna, hamam, infrared sauna, foot baths and snow shower. Towels are provided and there are free lockers in the changing rooms. Changing rooms are not mixed. Enjoyed our stay.
