UUUUhiwThe front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room had a great view. The downside is that our room was in an adjacent building, so we had to walk outdoors to get to the front desk, and the path was very slippery because the ice hadn't been cleared. Also, there's no elevator to the third floor.

From the moment I booked through check-in to my departure, the front desk kept sending detailed emails covering transportation, check-in procedures, and general information about the town. Special thanks to khristin at the front desk — she were incredibly patient and friendly throughout my stay.
The hostel is spotlessly clean, and the shared kitchen is spacious and super practical to use. I will absolutely book here again and highly recommend this place to all my friends.

GGuest UserVery clean and comfortable rooms, with a functional kitchen, ideal for preparing your own meals and a good breakfast that has everything you need to start the day.
The hotel is in a peaceful, quiet area about 30 minutes’ walk from the city center, right next to nature. Its location is perfect if you want to step outside at night and enjoy the darkness to see the aurora.

I stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were small, but the common areas were very spacious and comfortable. Even if you didn't go out sightseeing, just sitting on the sofa was enjoyable. The restaurant and breakfast were also very good, with comfortable decor. We happened to be there on a snowy day, so we could enjoy breakfast while watching the snow fall. Although the bathrooms were shared, there were many stalls, so there was basically no wait. They were clean and spacious. The location was okay, a bit far from the city center, about a 15-minute walk. You need to cross a river behind the guesthouse, which offers a different view. I would recommend this place more than a hotel!

YYANBreakfast was rich! Choose a lot of these! This hotel is the only 4-star hotel in Svalbard! There are saunas and outdoor baths! It's warm inside the hotel! Also close to the local supermarket! Environmental facilities are really good, love his sauna! It's so comfortable!

The heating in the room is very good. The point is that the location is very convenient. The supermarket is downstairs!

MMao♡ZhangThis is a camping wooden house and the overall atmosphere is very good. This hotel also includes breakfast, and overall we are very satisfied. The house is large and there is a kitchen, so we are very convenient to cook. Recommended
