Purposely selecting this hotel for our first night because there's a clinic inside the hotel which feels secured upon flight arrival. Hotel was big with ******* design. Love the warm greetings from the staff and appreciate their patience and reminders of slow pace to minimise the mountain sickness. Room was incredibly spacious. Staff was so helpful to drive and lead us to the room. Showing all the equipments operations and help delivering our heavy luggages. The room has everything you need. Definitely perfect to spend your first night here after a long daunting journey. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. You could recharge and rehydrate yourself with everything you can think of when it comes to breakfast. Both Chinese, ******* and Western. A big thumb up and highly recommend.

The room is spacious and clean. The hotel has a lovely courtyard. The service was excellent. We were offered welcome snacks and there’s a great variety of food for breakfast. They even offered hingjingtian drinks to sooth altitude sickness. It was all very thoughtful.

The hostel even **customized my food** to accommodate dietary preferences—a rare and thoughtful touch! I was especially grateful for their **willingness to fulfill special requests**. When I asked for a room with the famous **”Potato Field View”** (a charming landscape of terraced fields), they happily arranged it without hesitation. The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenery. What truly stood out was their **dedication to foreign guests**—whether explaining local customs, helping with travel plans, or simply sharing stories over tea. The atmosphere was **both peaceful and social**, making it easy to connect with fellow travelers. There’s room for improvement for the check in service. I provide my personal id card for check in but the customer service requested me the booking number which I find it ridiculous. The hotel was booked under my name and they supposed could have checked my booking right away. The customer service replied that it was relatively troublesome if only id is provided. I am clueless as to the standard of customer service provided by this 5 stars hotel. The rest of my stay is pleasant.

I booked this hotel for a three day stay and had an amazing time. The front desk staff and the third-floor restaurant team were incredibly kind, sweet, polite, and respectful. The food was not only super delicious but also reasonably priced. The bathroom and blankets in the room were all spotlessly clean. It’s absolutely worth a visit – I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Lhasa who’s struggling to pick a place to stay. You won’t regret booking here.

山南城市建設相當不錯，酒店品質非常好，服務人員都很熱心。318路上的驚喜之城，推薦入住。特別是前台小姐姐慧珍，很nice。介紹的很詳細。早餐餐廳工作人員服務也非常到位，充滿笑容，還幫忙做糌粑。酒店邊上吃飯方便，邊上就是文化藝術中心，還有市集，表演，很熱鬧。

The experience is quite nice in general, they provide room assistant and free laundry services up to five pieces of clothes each day. The environment is relaxing and clean. The staff are professional, nice, kind and helpful. I would love to stay there again, and also wanna give a credit to my room assistant 小雪 with her prompt replies and kind assists.

心儀已久的酒店，入住後果然沒讓人失望！房間佈局合理，空間寬敞，採光和通風都很好。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質不錯，熱水出得快且水温穩定。酒店環境安靜，隔音效果佳，不會被外界噪音打擾。服務人員全程微笑服務，細緻周到，讓人感覺很暖心，下次出行還會選擇這裏！

家人們誰懂啊！住亞朵真的每次都被狠狠拿捏！ 一進大堂就被香氛暖到了，前台小姐姐笑盈盈的，辦入住快得飛起，還主動問要不要升級高樓層看夜景。進房間第一眼就驚了，床單被子軟乎乎的跟家裡一樣，衞生間乾乾淨淨沒一點水漬，連洗漱台的鏡子都擦得鋥亮！
