Service: The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. We had booked a twin room, but she proactively upgraded us to a family suite! The room was spacious and decorated with unique ethnic characteristics. Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, even including a medical oxygen concentrator! They also provide nasal cannulas. Everything you could possibly need is available. Environment: Excellent, and the soundproofing is good! There's also a Nepalese restaurant on the top floor of the hotel that many locals frequent, and hotel guests even get a discount! The hotel's location is also superb; it's only about a ten-minute walk to Jokhang Temple (at a leisurely pace, typical for Lhasa) and very close to the bus stop. There's also a delicious cold noodle shop right next to the hotel downstairs! I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Lhasa!

-Excellent location: Most of these B&B hotels are located near Barkhor Street. The lively street of Barkhor Street is just a few steps away from the Jokhang Temple. It takes about15-20 minutes to walk to the Potala Palace. - Convenient transportation: There are many bus lines around, and the transportation is very convenient for tourists arriving in Lhasa by plane. Facilities and environment: Many B&B hotels retain the original Tibetan architectural style, and the century-old buildings are matched with Tibetan wood carvings, furniture, etc., full of historical charm and ethnic customs.  -Clean and tidy: most B&B hotels pay great attention to hygiene and cleanliness. The sheets and quilts in the room are replaced in time. The bathroom is clean and odorless. The public areas are also cleaned very diligently. Warm and thoughtful: most of the staff at the hotel are hospitable and can take the initiative to help tourists, such as helping with luggage, introducing surrounding attractions and food.

The hotel is relatively large and very good.

The hotel was newly renovated. Manager Wangjiu was very welcoming and even upgraded our room. The room was spacious and quiet, with oxygen supply. We went to Sakya the next day because we had a good night's rest and it wasn't tiring. This was my first time staying at a Hilton hotel this year; I'd always stayed at other hotels, and it was quite good.

The room is nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. As I had to leave early for a flight, the staff kindly prepared a simple takeaway breakfast for me because I was earlier than breakfast time, which I was appreciative of. Able to have a good night rest and wash up after a long day travelling, and being in a central location, I could just walk out and find a restaurant easily.

The hotel management is good 👍 The room is clean and tidy. Convenient parking and convenient transportation. It is very convenient to take a taxi from Tea Horse Square and Qiang Bahrain Temple. Special mention: the hotel's breakfast is very good, the variety and taste good, even after eating two days of dishes are not heavy (hot dishes for breakfast every day, more than a dozen hot meals).

I saw this place online for a holiday trip and decided to check in. It didn't disappoint me. First of all, I really like the environment here. It's clean and sanitary. It's equipped with disposable towels and bath towels, which is very considerate. Secondly, the service is also very good. Free laundry, oxygen supply and humidification are turned on in advance (the most comfortable hotel I stayed in Tibet, the oxygen diffusion is in place, and the humidification is also in place). The room is large and has diffused oxygen supply. A large walk-in closet is a big plus. The housekeeper Chloe also prepared a thoughtful and exquisite little gift, which was very pleasant!

This hotel is located right next to the entrance of Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple, close to shopping and transportation to other places in Lhasa, so the location is perfect. The service is the most impressive, my hotel room was facing the street and there was a loud speaker shouting all day and all night, I had to complaint to the hotel staff even though the speaker was not part of the hotel. They immediately negotiated with the the relevant people, and offered to switch my room to face away from the street. Also the hotel staff helped me to reserve the critical sites and train. I cannnot be more thankful for their help. The room was big and they cleaned every day, they did a good job cleaning the room. The onsite laundry facility was helpful too since I cannot affort to pay for laundry service. All in all, I am very happy with the stay, and will return again if I come back to Lhasa.
