Purposely selecting this hotel for our first night because there's a clinic inside the hotel which feels secured upon flight arrival. Hotel was big with ******* design. Love the warm greetings from the staff and appreciate their patience and reminders of slow pace to minimise the mountain sickness. Room was incredibly spacious. Staff was so helpful to drive and lead us to the room. Showing all the equipments operations and help delivering our heavy luggages. The room has everything you need. Definitely perfect to spend your first night here after a long daunting journey. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. You could recharge and rehydrate yourself with everything you can think of when it comes to breakfast. Both Chinese, ******* and Western. A big thumb up and highly recommend.

The service was first class, warm and helpful. The facilities were excellent. Having dinner and breakfast in there, it is definitely top grade. Hopefully could visit again. Price are excellent too!

As someone sensitive to high altitude, their **nasal oxygen supply** was a *literal lifesaver*, helping me adjust comfortably. The **morning breakfast** was a delightful experience, with fresh ******* bread, warm tea, and eggs served with a **panoramic mountain view** that made every meal unforgettable. The hostel even **customized my food** to accommodate dietary preferences—a rare and thoughtful touch! I was especially grateful for their **willingness to fulfill special requests**. When I asked for a room with the famous **”Potato Field View”** (a charming landscape of terraced fields), they happily arranged it without hesitation. The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenery. What truly stood out was their **dedication to foreign guests**—whether explaining local customs, helping with travel plans, or simply sharing stories over tea. The atmosphere was **both peaceful and social**, making it easy to connect with fellow travelers. There’s room for improvement for the check in service. I provide my personal id card for check in but the customer service requested me the booking number which I find it ridiculous. The hotel was booked under my name and they supposed could have checked my booking right away. The customer service replied that it was relatively troublesome if only id is provided. I am clueless as to the standard of customer service provided by this 5 stars hotel. The rest of my stay is pleasant.

這次住的大床房體驗超滿意！房間打掃得非常乾淨，地板光潔，床品潔白松軟，連衞生間的邊邊角角都一塵不染。設施更是齊全到讓我驚喜——除了常規的電視、製氧機、燒水壺和加濕器，居然還配了小冰箱和智能馬桶。淋浴水壓充足穩定，洗漱用品是進口的，用着很舒服。最貼心的是每個插座都帶USB接口，充電太方便了。在這樣的房間裏，白天逛累了回來能徹底放鬆，幸福感滿滿。乾淨、舒適、智能，這家酒店在大床房的細節上真的做到了極致！

一家值得全5分的酒店，山南這個地方，超出了我的預期，也讓我從新認識“希爾頓”，這個品牌。 酒店服務，從進門就給人，很贊，很貼心，給人感覺很專業，可以看出來，品牌管理很到位。入住辦理很迅速。還給我們送上了暖暖的紅景天茶。 酒店房間設計很大方，而且人性化，那天晚上睡得很舒服。 酒店的早餐，也很有特色，選擇好多，麪包款式好吃而款式美，工作人員會主動地給住客做當地的餈粑，好好吃。 周邊用餐地方很多，有市場，超市，飯店，均可以步行到達。 酒店晚上還有夜粥，牛奶，小麪包，吃完，很安睡。因為時間的關係，沒有多住一天，可惜了，明年去阿里，肯定會再回來您們家的。或者後續有希爾頓，也會優先選擇。

I stayed at this hotel for the first night when I hit lhasa. The receptionists were pretty warm and hospitable. They went with us upstairs and tell the usage of oxygenerator. After request, they took afternoon tea to our room. Everything was perfect.

心儀已久的酒店，入住後果然沒讓人失望！房間佈局合理，空間寬敞，採光和通風都很好。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質不錯，熱水出得快且水温穩定。酒店環境安靜，隔音效果佳，不會被外界噪音打擾。服務人員全程微笑服務，細緻周到，讓人感覺很暖心，下次出行還會選擇這裏！

服務非常好有求必應，入住時有蜂蜜水很好喝很暖心，晚上的夜粥服務很貼心，本來以為衹有白粥，沒想到連榨菜肉鬆饅頭都有，和我們中午的剩飯一起吃，簡直是美滋滋，緩解了我們自駕318的舟車勞頓。床品和裝修也很有品味，和某季比起來還是更喜歡亞朵哈哈哈。洗衣房的阿姨特別好，還幫我們洗衣服烘乾，真的很方便，謝謝阿姨！早飯特別豐盛，最喜歡吃紅油豬耳和那個青椒炒雞，味道媲美飯店！ ps 林芝的櫻花很美喲！
