Purposely selecting this hotel for our first night because there's a clinic inside the hotel which feels secured upon flight arrival. Hotel was big with ******* design. Love the warm greetings from the staff and appreciate their patience and reminders of slow pace to minimise the mountain sickness. Room was incredibly spacious. Staff was so helpful to drive and lead us to the room. Showing all the equipments operations and help delivering our heavy luggages. The room has everything you need. Definitely perfect to spend your first night here after a long daunting journey. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. You could recharge and rehydrate yourself with everything you can think of when it comes to breakfast. Both Chinese, ******* and Western. A big thumb up and highly recommend.

The room is spacious and clean. The hotel has a lovely courtyard. The service was excellent. We were offered welcome snacks and there’s a great variety of food for breakfast. They even offered hingjingtian drinks to sooth altitude sickness. It was all very thoughtful.

The **morning breakfast** was a delightful experience, with fresh ******* bread, warm tea, and eggs served with a **panoramic mountain view** that made every meal unforgettable. The hostel even **customized my food** to accommodate dietary preferences—a rare and thoughtful touch! I was especially grateful for their **willingness to fulfill special requests**. When I asked for a room with the famous **”Potato Field View”** (a charming landscape of terraced fields), they happily arranged it without hesitation. The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenery. What truly stood out was their **dedication to foreign guests**—whether explaining local customs, helping with travel plans, or simply sharing stories over tea. The atmosphere was **both peaceful and social**, making it easy to connect with fellow travelers. There’s room for improvement for the check in service. I provide my personal id card for check in but the customer service requested me the booking number which I find it ridiculous. The hotel was booked under my name and they supposed could have checked my booking right away. The customer service replied that it was relatively troublesome if only id is provided. I am clueless as to the standard of customer service provided by this 5 stars hotel. The rest of my stay is pleasant.

I booked this hotel for a three day stay and had an amazing time. The front desk staff and the third-floor restaurant team were incredibly kind, sweet, polite, and respectful. The food was not only super delicious but also reasonably priced. The bathroom and blankets in the room were all spotlessly clean. It’s absolutely worth a visit – I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Lhasa who’s struggling to pick a place to stay. You won’t regret booking here.

山南城市建設相當不錯，酒店品質非常好，服務人員都很熱心。318路上的驚喜之城，推薦入住。特別是前台小姐姐慧珍，很nice。介紹的很詳細。早餐餐廳工作人員服務也非常到位，充滿笑容，還幫忙做糌粑。酒店邊上吃飯方便，邊上就是文化藝術中心，還有市集，表演，很熱鬧。

I stayed at this hotel for the first night when I hit lhasa. The receptionists were pretty warm and hospitable. They went with us upstairs and tell the usage of oxygenerator. After request, they took afternoon tea to our room. Everything was perfect.

酒店小姑娘服務態度很好 比有些五星級的服務都很好  給我免費升級了房間 送了水果還有小禮品 裏面還有一個小小的冰箱貼 很可愛 還有小哥拿行李 酒店早餐也很不錯 房間給我升級了有氧氣 一晚上睡的很舒服 一點都沒有感覺到頭疼氧氣濃度堪比醫用氧  超級推薦  房間設施設備配置的都很好   閉眼定就對了 朋友們

服務非常好有求必應，入住時有蜂蜜水很好喝很暖心，晚上的夜粥服務很貼心，本來以為衹有白粥，沒想到連榨菜肉鬆饅頭都有，和我們中午的剩飯一起吃，簡直是美滋滋，緩解了我們自駕318的舟車勞頓。床品和裝修也很有品味，和某季比起來還是更喜歡亞朵哈哈哈。洗衣房的阿姨特別好，還幫我們洗衣服烘乾，真的很方便，謝謝阿姨！早飯特別豐盛，最喜歡吃紅油豬耳和那個青椒炒雞，味道媲美飯店！ ps 林芝的櫻花很美喲！
