Complete staff was welcoming and deserve appreciations.

巴基斯坦參展首選！安全感+地道美食，華人友好度拉滿 這次來巴基斯坦參加展會，選酒店的經歷堪稱“驚心動魄”，直到住進這家店才徹底踏實，真心推薦給所有來巴的華人朋友！ 先説説最關鍵的安全感——現在巴基斯坦對華人外出有嚴格安保要求，我之前住的小酒店直接被警察警告，不僅沒有接待華人的安保能力，衞生差、服務更是敷衍，逼得我緊急換酒店。而這家店完全不一樣：硬件上連防彈車都配備，更難得的是老闆從不用“安保”謀利，反而處處替客人着想。我要來回展會時，他不會強制推薦高價服務，而是幫我協調安保、推薦經濟的找車方式；每天安排來回展會的專屬車輛和安保人員，費用衹要1500，性價比超高。平時想外出，他也會主動提供解決方案，幫我避開被警察扣留的麻煩，這種設身處地的貼心，在當下的巴基斯坦太重要了！ 再誇誇基礎體驗，舒適度、專業度、衞生和細節都無可挑剔，住起來特別舒心，和之前的小酒店簡直天差地別。尤其要重點推薦酒店5樓的餐廳——這絕對是隱藏驚喜！早餐種類豐富，午晚餐還能單點，提供的巴基斯坦本地美食比附近購物中心的快餐地道太多，想嘗當地特色又不想冒險外出的話，在這裏吃完全能滿足。更貼心的是，餐廳還有啤酒供應，忙碌一天後小酌一杯特別解壓。 對來巴出差、參展的華人來説，選酒店不僅要住得舒服，更要“住得安心”。這家店既解決了最關鍵的安保難題，又用地道美食和貼心服務打動人心，下次來巴基斯坦，我肯定還選這裏！

Clean hotel in a safe area with great security and service. Would highly recommend.

Excellent 5 star hotel with exceptional staff. I had the pleasure of a young lady from guest relations help me with an internal flight ticket issue I had, and she also helped me book some business class coach tickets to Islamabad showing me considerable care. All the staff are kind and courteous and will do the upmost to help hotel guests. Rooms are well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. Gym was large with good equipment for cardio weights., whilst the pool was perfectly temperature controlled. I genuinely was surprised and impressed with how good this hotel is and I would definitely go back in a heart beat.

Firs time stayed in this hotel and honestly it’s 10 on 10 . Amazing location and great atmosphere.

It was beyond my expectations in such a attractive price And I cam to know they have multiple sites So they are all over the city Plenty of space to park your cars Multiple rooms options hot water also avalaible amazingly The best thing is the reception and the found house keeping staff They are ready to serve and ready to make u comfort As much there in capacity ROOMS ARE EXACT AS AS THEY SHOWN ON PICTURE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Dear Hotel Management !!! Can't praise this hotel highly enough - they are really amazing The staff at reception in particular have the best customer service skills I have experienced in Pakistan - feels like being in a western hotel. I wished I remembered his name but the man who checked me in and checked me out was extremely professional with fantastic customer service skills. Reception management should find out who he is and give him a pay rise. God bless you man

Booked a room from *********** the room was noisy and the view was in Parking lot of hotel. Room was clean and service was good. The was only the Parking and noise cancelable windows.

Overpriced for the service provided. Asked for airport service but they couldnt reply even if they were online on whatsapp. Cleanliness was average. Dusty.
